hi tg's team,

i have shared pictures of the food delivered from your restaurant. as u can c, i am enjoying veg thali however i have placed an order of non veg thali.. though the taste was good but still i have paid the money for non veg thali ... moreover, the food was spilled badly in the paper bag provided .. i have placed an order with tg's hyatt, one of the premier restaurants/hotels available in ahmedabad, so i didn't expect this service. further, it was sunday , non veg day for me, i was excited about the food but u turn to be a mood spoiler ...

dont worry, it won't stop me for ordering again from your restaurant, because the taste of veg thali was really good ... next time please don't be a mood spoiler ...🙃🙃🙃

please never ever get food from tg’s. portion is pathetic and charges are exorbitant. i think this place needs to shut down permanently. i hope people listen and boycott this place.

hi. today's club sandwich was a total disaster, pathetic. hyatt's level has gone so down? i never expected such a bad product from hyatt. usually any club sandwich is triple decker, 3 slices of bread are there.

here it was only 2.

very unhappy. i am writing this on zomato, but pl inform me your f & b manager's name and number to raise a complain.

they forgot to send salad with kebabs. else it was good food.

burnt chilli garlic noodles were very average. very low amount of garlic which was not even burnt. spice levels were very low. hence, the taste gave absolutely no justice to the name of the item. the quality of the dim sums was excellent although the mushroom filling was very bland. chilli garlic butter bean har gow dim sum was very good.

me and my wife planned to go hyatt after a really long time, since covid situation had been challenging. hyatt, because it’s name and reputation itself carries a satisfaction for food safety and hygiene concerns.

we decided to go to tg’s (hyatt at vastrapur, ahmedabad)after a long debate. since that place doesn’t allow walk-in’s and it’s a strict reservation policy, we confirmed our reservation one hour prior. we ordered our food and decided to go for à la carte instead of their five/seven course meal. our soup and starters were just perfect and we were enjoying our dinner until our main course arrived.

my wife found a dead roasted cockroach in her plate, which was served from a live kitchen, the food cooked right in front of us. this was unbelievable, shocking and a very unexpected experience at tg’s hyatt. the night which was suppose to be a memorable one turned out to be a horrendous experience. noticing the dead cockroach in her plate, my wife felt shocked and nauseated. this just didn’t put us in shock and disgust but also offended our religious beliefs and practices, since we are strict vegetarians.

there was nothing the restaurant could do to make us feel better after this incident. it was a very unpleasant and horrifying experience, the least expected out of such a reputed and high standard place.

one of the best and great restaurants in ahmedabad giving great pan asian food, with good hospitality.

this was my 4th visit to tgs, first after lockdown. there is a stark difference in service pre and post lockdown. extremely low standards of service, just not upto the mark for a hyatt restaurant. food was as delicious as it used to be, no point deduction there but service was pathetic. earlier servers have been replaced by amateurs who need to check for any requests made with someone senior before committing. water refill had to be asked for. chef and server recommendations which were commonplace earlier are non existent now. hyatt must understand that ppl pay more for a 5 star for the experience and not just the food. by the way they have done away with palate cleansers too in between courses. all in all a poor experience compared to the one experienced pre lockdown. very superficial, unprofessional staff.
