this food is healthy and tasty!!!!!

i loved this place!!! perfect portions,greatflavor and nice choices!!!! i am from the phoenix area and we have flower child which is similar, so it's nice to have a place to go to when we visit san diego!!!! put one here in gilbert please!!!!!

i always go here for dinner and to get a lunch for the next day whenever i’m in san diego for a teaching weekend. the food is fresh and well prepared, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the restaurant is clean and well ventilated. i love sitting outside. you can’t go wrong eating here. it’s in a beautiful location withgreatfood

i’ve been dying to try tender greens (http://www.tendergreensfood.com/) ever since it opened in liberty station in point loma, san diego. when you walk in, you immediately place your food order. you pass a window of delectable goods, and end up at a cash register where you place your drink order and pay. they hand you your food on a half baking sheet – interesting touch – and you grab your silverware and napkins. you seat yourself either inside or outside. it’s cafeteria style dining, but with 4 star food. there’s a desire to servegreatquality food here: most of the produc

eaten here at least 15 times. consistently delicious, perfectly seasoned, fresh, healthy and its about $10 per plate which for what you get is truly agreatvalue. i haven't tried the sandwich because i'm too much in love w the mashed potatoes. you have to try this place.

love the flank steak in every option...as a sandwich, in a salad with terragon dressing, & as an entree with those delish mashed potatoes! good quality food. a nice break from fast food or heavy, fattening meals.

yum!. i love this place, plain and simple. their salads and sandwiches are made with the freshest, most delicious ingredients and their staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.
it gets a little loud inside, but their patio is agreatalternative and so nice on warm sd day. you will not be disappointed!
