a decent expensive burger. my wife and i went up and tried tasty burger the other day. she liked her vege burger, i thought the cheesburger i had was a pretty good, sort of char broiled. we had some fries too. mine were a bit soggy. we had a couple sodas and i think it was about $20. it is a semi- fast food place. you go up and order and someone brings it out. located in an old gas station. burgers are pretty much the whole menu. i am saying that i liked it just based on the fact the food was ok...... but lets face it, it's a hamburger. if there is one thing you can get at any restaurant it's a hamburger. it is also a pretty expensive hamburger. i am not going to go back as i don't think it is a particularly good value, but they did a decent job with the one item they sell.

great burgers & shakes. got there before 12 noon today. good thing because after we ordered the line got really long. parking is an issue. you may have to find a place to park & walk to the restaurant. staff was friendly. we ate outside and had a cool cat named felix ride by on his 3 wheel bike selling fresh roasted peanuts. he whipped out a harmonica & played a quick tune, very entertaining. if you're in the area and want a great burger, fries & milkshake be sure to give them a try.

veggie burgers and cheese fries. i love that they have the most delicious veggie burger i ever had and they give you lots of delicious fries. regular and sweet potato fries with different seasonings. the service is also wonderful.

turkey burger!. so turkey burgers usually aren't that great, and they aren't that easy to find at fast food places either right? well i decided i wanted to be a little less unhealthy when i went there and i ordered one- i went off menu and just wanted their regular cheeseburger with turkey instead, i ordered one- and a creamsickle float. both were amazing. the turkey was juicy and really flavorful, not dry or "pattylike" it was so good, i actually went back in and ordered a second one. it was just as good. yes, it is a little expensive but not really anymore than you'd spend at 5 guys or another great burger place, if you are in fernandina, find them and try it out!

i love this place. we come here frequently and always have a good experience. i always get the special and love having something exotic and new each time. my wife and kids love the standard tasty burger. i strongly recommend the sweet sweet potato fries.

best place for a burger. i love the turkey burger. i also enjoy the sweet potato fries. never had a bad meal. i would go 5 times of week if i could.

very solid meal. carolina burger with slaw and bacon was different, but very good. shrimp rolls were good. highlight of tasty's is the fries. handcut. salty. tough to beat.

rode the motorcycle 140 miles to get there with a few friends for lunch. quickly discovered there was little to no parking at the location. parked on the sidewalk and stood in line to order. their burger patties are only 1/4lb so if you want something bigger than a mcdonald's cheeseburger you will need to order two or a double patty burger. ordered mid rare but they are so small and thin it is hard to control temp and mine was overdone. ordered spicy sweet potato fries which were very good and burger was still "tasty". went back in for a chili dog because i was still hungry. the dog was very good and snapped with each bite. overall a good experience. to me the burgers were good but not great enough to go back unless i was close by.

absolutely the best burger i've had in years. i ordered the two patty with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickle and onion. meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned. i ordered the southern style fries which were handcut and seasoned with sea salt. buddies ordered bacon and ranch burgers and sweet potato fries with a "butta - sugah" dipping sauce. they have 3 different types of sauces for the sweet potato fries. also other seasonings for the handcut fries including old bay. here for another week and plan on at least one more visit to this great burger place.

the burger was really good. however the french fries were pretty bad. i got the chili cheese fries. they overdid the cheese, all i could tastes was cheese. its not that cheap either for a burger place. probably never eating there again.

best burger i've ever had!!!! delicious :) cool location being a renovated gas station. great, friendly staff. my husband raved over the sweet potato fries. we will definitely be back!

a good burger all around and hand cut fries reminiscent of five guys burgers. service was a little slow and the seating outside is loud on the main drag. but still, a good burger. the milkshakes looked great if you can handle all that dairy.

great place. tasty's... its the only way to describe the food. very tasty. my fiancée had the turkey wedge salad which was huge! i went with the double burger and a regular fry. it's all fresh, friendly service, great location, and best of all they were open on a sunday! we admit we were going to try t-rays but they were closed (on a sunday?). strike 1 for them. homerun for tastys!

man, what's not to like about this place. loved the burger, loved the fries, loved the sweet tea and the sauce. going to come back on a wednesday for the bison burger.

waitresses get orders wrong!!!. i have orders three times from tasty's and twice the waitresses got my order wornd. when someone asks for a burger w' everything on it, that does not just mean meat and cheese--it means onions, lettuce, tomato, and condiments. don't waste your money or time here--very disappointing.
