terrible management. we used to eat at this place many times, but they have terrible terrible service. they forgot half ourorderon a deliveryorder- when i called to ask them to deliver the rest of the order, the manager came on the phone and said "that is not in our system. we did not charge you." well....unfortunately, i didn't go to their store and put myorderin their system, but apparently, it's my fault it's not in their system. their incompetent employee repeated theorderback to us on the phone, but apparently was not capable of putting it in the system - and that's our fault. i explained to her that i'm not concerned with being charged, i just want my food. and she (the manager) repeatedly kept telling me how it's not in her system. when i asked if they can just fufill theorderand bring the rest of the food i was told "if you want it, you have to come and get it, we are too busy." not a single apology. i wonder how one manages a restaurant or even calls themselves a manager of a restaurant when their sole role is to provide customer service and clearly from my experience, customer service is not a priority. needless to say, i will neverorderfrom this place again - nor will any of my family or friends. it's not like there aren't an abundance of asian restaurants around. still i wonder....who says that?......btw - this is the fort worth location on beach street, not bryant irvin.
