best ever. i love, love,lovethis restaurant!!! we have never eaten in, only take out. ilovethat with the chicken dishes, you can actually tell it is chicken and not some mystery meat! the orange beef, general tsao's and spicy california roll are our family favorites. our delivery person is always so nice! we really enjoy him!

there are a number of taste of asia's around tarrant county.  this one is better than most in both service and food.  from the moment i entered, i was immediately seated and cheerfully given a menu and asked what my beverage preference would be.  my server returned within a minute with my drink and asked if i was ready to order.  i wasn't ready, so she gave me a few extra minutes.  there is no buffet at taste of asia, and their menu is quite large which is surprising for a restaurant of this size.  besides the usual asian plates they also offer sushi rolls.

i decided on the general tso's chicken lunch special which came with steamed rice and an egg roll.  fried rice or brown rice substitution is 50 cents extra.  i did not have to wait long until my lunch arrived.  it was plated very nicely, and was a good size for lunch.  the general tso's chicken had a sweet sauce in line with the normal recipe, but this version actually had a little kick spice-wise.  it seems to me at most places you can't tell the difference between this, the sesame chicken and the orange chicken except that the sesame chicken is covered in the seeds.  flavor is normally all alike.  the flavor here, at least with the g.t. chicken was superb.  the steamed rice was a perfect portion.  i usually never have enough rice.  this was a nice change.  the rice was the sticky steamed kind.

the only misstep was the egg roll which probably was cooked with so many other egg rolls, the oil temperature dropped and resulted in them being soaked in oil.  also there was no hot mustard to be found.  their iced tea was phenomenal.  if youlovetea as much as i do you will like theirs.  it has an actual strong tea flavor and is not watered down.

service continued to be great throughout the meal.  my drink was replenished a couple of times and the check and fortune cookie were brought timely.  so all in all i was quite pleased with this taste of asia.

it was about the third time i have received a menu on my door from taste of asia and iloveasian food, so i finally broke down and decided to try it this evening. it won't beat out my go to asian food spot, but it was not bad. this review is for food and delivery only as i did not go into the restaurant.

egg drop soup- not the best i've had in the area, but still a very respectable variation here at taste of asian. normal thick consistency. not too salty. good amount of cooked egg. recommended.

hawaii roll- california roll with spicy tuna on top. i am not a huge fan of the sushi that i've tried out here except for a couple of places, but this one is the best of this type of sushi from these types of places.

kung pao chicken- not the best. quite bland. no dry hot peppers seen at all.

general tso's chicken- pretty good. it was the nice crunchy consistency on the outside i like. moist interior. great sauce.

in conclusion i think taste of asia is respectable and i would go back again sometime, but it won't take over as my once a week spot.

after many years of avoiding this restaurant because we disliked it, we gave it a second chance. the spring roll appetizer was ok, not great. the sesame chicken was good. nothing special, but i would order it again. i wouldloveto comment on the sweet and sour chicken my husband ordered, but they gave him sesame chicken by mistake. egg rolls were marginal. overall, it was decent.

such good food!. ilovethis place! everything!! is so good! and i'm pretty picky when it comes to asian food! the only bad thing about this restaurant is that it is always too crowded.

order all the time!. it is burleson & there's not a ton of choices for good chinese. taste of asia is a chain but it's by far the best in town.lovethat they deliver! sometimes they have a lady answer the phone who hardly speaks english (reminds me of the dude where's my car, when they argued with the speaker) anyways...as long as they understand you, they are very nice, punctual. i prefer delivery to eating in dining room as food can be slower. we dolovethis place though & eat their every week.

love it. ilovesushi. and taste of asia has the best sushi in burleson that i have found. the portions are large and artfully prepared. be mindful, this is not a buffet. this is a great asian restaurant that has great service and great food. i have been over 10 times and have never been disappointed at all.

best asian food in burleson!!. i seriously eat at taste of asia every week. by now the staff recognizes me and knows to bring sweet and sour sauce to my table with my egg rolls even before i ask :p

their portions are large (who can complain about that?), the food is authentic and delicious (ilovetheir all white meat chicken), the prices are ridiculously cheap (for six dollars i get a fantastic meal with leftovers, much better than seven dollars for a hamburger meal!), and their staff is very sweet to me. i have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a meal.

they always let me adapt my dishes- sesame seeds on the side, no this or that. i always pay two dollars extra for lo mein instead of rice because its so delicious! they give me a huge portion and i always eat it the next day or night. ilovetheir staff, their always friendly, courteous, accommodating, and sincerely kind.

i tell everyone i know about this small new restaurant in btown, and i hope it becomes a huge success!

our favorite!. this is our favorite take out/delivery restaurant. our orders have always been right, the kidslovetheir chicken fried rice, my wife and i enjoy their new york roll and volcano roll.

great food and service !. welovethis place ! mr hong (sp?) is a great host and the staff is always friendly. haven't had anything we didn't like.
