must have been an off night. everyone's raved about this place and i could honestly see the potential but went on a friday night and they were packed. we were rudely helped and then told to sit down halfway through our order. my friend didn't order yet. so they just didn't bother to come to our table for awhile. so they brought our food out and she didn't even order. our food came with tons of cilantro after we said we were allergic and didn't want any added. and our food was actually kind of cold. so i was really disappointed and most likely won't be back.

really good food and mediocore service. my first trip here i had decent service but the waitress seemed very lost and more anxious to leave halfway through our visit. nonetheless, the tacos are awesome! i never tried tofu before my visit but the tofu curry tacos are great and the same goes for the thai peanut chicken tacos. if anything, skip out on the expensive and rather bland empanadas.

meh, not impressed. i had the korean tacos and korean burrito, didn't finish either. you are much better off going to hawkers asian street fare down the street or korean taco box food truck.

great food. awful, terrible service. served warm water forgot to refill despite asking three times. forgot about our table in a restaurant that seats no more than 30 watched our food sit in the window while our "server" chatted with some friends.still tipped 20% because i served tables for years but will never go back despite delicious food. go drink at wills first so you don't notice how awful the service is and enjoy the food.

love this place but their phone never works!!

i decided to visit taco cheena because of the reviews. parking is difficult in a truck, so hopefully you drive a yugo. i hope i don’t get towed. the place is really small. like 8 small tables small. dining area is about 16x16. the decor is nice. asian mexican fusion artsy. i ordered the 3 taco special. i ended up choosing panko crusted cod, tom yum mojo shrimp, and the pernil asada. to drink i chose the cucumber water. i started with the pernil. it was pretty incredible. i thought, i should have left this one for last, but i didn’t, so i decided to live in the moment. i then moved onto the shrimp. the shrimp was spicy with staying power. it was nice with a blend of unique flavors. last but not least, the cod. now, i must admit, i not really a fan of cod, but the waiter suggested it so i went for it. nice crispy fried cod nuggets with green onions, red cabbage, carrots and a sauce. delicious. sweet and savory. i think these guys have it figured out. asian mexican fusion. brilliant. really enjoyed it. hope you all do too.

great tacos!!! not a pork person but their pork taco was fantastic. good flavor and good service. parking was not ideal but overall a good experience

highly recommend this place! the food is so unique and tasty i just want to rub it all over my face. the korean beef burrito is my favorite, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

when i first tried tako cheena i was very impressed. still to this day i like going and enjoy their selection of food. i personally love their cod and shrimp tacos the best. the burritos can be a bit bland but their specials tend to be pretty good, like their arepas de pernil. which kinda takes a shot at making puerto rican style pork, it's good just not as good as real puerto rican pork. nonetheless their food and atmosphere is fun. just be careful when you go it might be too crowded.

i get so tired of eating quick fast foods for lunch so when someone tells me about a new lunch i have to try it out. i'm so glad my friend ian told me about tako cheena. as the name suggests they have tacos. but that's where any other taco place pales in comparison. i tried their panko crusted cod tako. tasty, light fish with a sweet/sour sauce and scallions. just the right amount of everything. the bahl mi is a chinese sweet sausage. pickled daikon radish, cucumber, cilantro and spicy mayo. i had my doubts about it but i'm so glad i ordered it, my friend had an epanada with beets and although i am an admitted beet-aholic this was over the top. the corn bread wrap with beets and kimchi slaw was perfect.

the taco are non traditional and have good flavor
service was a tad lack luster and slightly off putting especially since when my friends and i ate there there early - before the lunch crowd.
the flavors of some takos were light to say the least
prices are fair

it's always ok. the sandwiches and beverages are slightly unusual, the prices are good and there is plenty of free parking. it's a bit more than ok.

this place is so good and so cheap.
under $10 for 3 tacos and a full belly, they are moving next door in a bigger location with a pick up window for orders to go.
my favorite tacos are in order: the cod, the crispy tofu, the pulled pork and the peanut chicken!!!!

no joke, this place is magical.  the food is ridiculously good.  the prices are so cheap.  i don't know what else to say, this place is perfect.  tacos, specialty hot dogs, and burritos prepared in a wonderful japanese-latin fusion style.

the empanadas were great, but they were out of pretty much every taco on their menu at 7pm on a friday night. the meat on the tacos we did get was dry and salty. probably won't go back.
