its soo damn good. i highly recommend eating at taco mamacita. the menu is fantastic, the staff is great, and their margaritas are one of a kind (try the "el camino"). their guacamole is the best guac i've tried in nashville. i can't recommend this place enough. i can say i've tried almost everything on the menu, and have yet to find something i dislike. go now!

great food! terrific atmosphere!. our group of 8 friends gathered there for a birthday celebration. everyone else in our party had tacos and i had the peruvian chicken. the chicken was very well seasoned and had a unique flavor to it. note that this is not your traditional taco place, the taco combinations were very appetizing and very reasonably priced!

my fave new mexican in town!. such delicious food. very cool atmosphere. great staff. patio in the summer is going to be amazing. i recommend the chopped salad, and as for tacos, the general homeboy, caribbean jerk, and taco royale. and of course-all of their dips are great! i appreciate that they aren't advertising as to not get too busy and let quality slip away. if they continue with their excellent food and service, i see this restaurant being around for quite some time.

note: if the owner's read this, i would recommend making your drinks a little stronger. they tend to be a little on the weak side from my previous experiences. very good, just weak.

great experience. great service, super laid back atmosphere, fantastic drinks and fresh non-greasy food! i took eight of my friends there tonight and they all loved it. it was a big hit for a monday evening after work. the seasonal mojitos were fabulous!

venturing out from the traditional is a-okay in our book. just make sure it tastes good. taco mamacita mixes up the mexican classics, with some new twists. along the way you get a well designed and fun restaurant, with an outdoor deck that may prove to be

my wife and i decided to try this restaurant for the first time. now i am from mexico and the food was no where near authentic mexican. it was tex mex but sproosed up. now i am not saying the food was bad. it was good. the service was aaa! our server troy was the greatest i've ever had. a place to try!

go to the edge.... we have our share of tex mex restaurants in nashville. we also have the "authentic" mexican fare spattered about. . this fabu new and fun place is more along the lines of amexicaricuban. what else would you expect to hail from the the island side of tennessee in chattanooga? the water is pretty blue in the aquarium, but i digress.
it's all about the guacamole. best in town. or, the mararitas.best in town.
oy vey! an excellent choice for a taco. yes, that would be brisket in that tortilla.

caliente server. hot as fresh bacon describes the server who brought our drinks. a couple dirty sanchez drinks are guaranteed to get you in the mood for anything! this weird drink is their signature drink and of course they have good margaritas and mexican beer. the nachos and gourmet texmex is pricey, but worth it. if you're gigging or recording on nearby music row it's ultra convenient for a bite of mexican, i promise.
