one of the few places nearby that's open late. great food. staff is friendly and cheerful. 1/2 gulf fish po-boy and a cup ofseafoodgumbo for $10 fills you up and doesn't break the bank!

the bad reviews are correct. we ate here 3 years ago and were looking forward to proving the nay sayers wrong. unfortunately they are right. we have eaten at a dozenseafoodrestaurants from new orleans to pns, and by a mile, steve's is the worst in terms of quality ofseafoodand service. the staff is very friendly but unorganized. if there was a manager on duty, it was not apparent. we waited at our table for a long time before anyone asked if we had a server. when we said no, they promised one would help us but no one came. when our sever finally recognized our table, she was great but the food was bland and lacked any resemblance of fresh gulf coast seafood. there are better options than steve's in this area.

great food. there were 3 of us that dined at steve's marina restuarant in long beach last night 3-4-14. my husband and i both had theseafoodplatter and our cousin had the rib eye. ourseafoodplatter was absolutely wonderful. the fried oysters were the largest and best fried oysters i've ever had anywhere. light crunchy batter, perfectly prepared. shrimp were fresh and very good as was the fish. our cousin said the rib eye was prepared just right and very good. our salads were cold and very fresh. service was excellent. couldn't have ask for better dining experience. will we return and recommend this place??? absolutely!!!!!

do not waste your time! the food is nasty and extremely overpriced plus the staff nor the manager cares if you actually enjoy your experience there! my wife and i went there last night and she ordered stuffed flounder with chandelier sauce. the stuffed flounder with chandelier sauce was nothing but stovetop stuffing and celery! she wouldn't even eat her salad because it was brown, soggy and withered! i had theseafoodplatter! we also ordered the crab fingers for 12.95, half sautéed and the other half fried! needless to say, they were tiny and tasted like pepper and grease! the fried shrimp were hard, rubbery and sandy. the fried flounder tasted like grease and fish jerky! it was actually a horrible meal. my wife literally took 5 bites of the supposed flounder and was disgusted! my wife is sweet as can be and was very polite but the waitress asked if everything was ok (like she cared) and my wife said she was very disappointed but still thanked her for asking! the manger troy then came over and asked the same thing. i told him the food was very disappointing and horrible and that all you could taste was indeed the celery and stuffing and he did nothing but offer us free bread pudding which was dried out, old tasting and crusty according the people who were sitting next to us! she left her entire full plate of food there on the table and refused a to go box because the food was so horrible. the tab was 60.00 dollars which we paid but i should have insisted they remove my wife's meal as she ate nothing but no, we left and politely told them we would not be back and they said, "ok, yal have a good nite", then went back to talking to each other like it was no big deal! they do not care about your enjoyment or if your happy!!! there are a lot of beautiful places on the mississippi gulf coast ! try darwell's in long beach, the white cap in gulfport and many others but i strongly suggest you stay away from steve's marina!!!!

delicious. i've been to this place 3 times and have eaten theseafoodstuffed fried green tomatoes each time. i recommend this dish to anyone, anywhere. the wait was nonexistent and the service was an 8 out of 10. i will be back.

very satisfied. read the reviews before we went. i was expecting bad service and ok food based on the reviews but instead the 4 of us were greeted right away by several servers, seated timely and the food was outstanding! the quality of the food and portion size were more than expected. i had panteed snapper with fremason sauce over angel hair pasta.seafoodnachos for appetizer.(enough for 4) we will be back.

pleasant surprise. our family went to eat here and was very happy with our choice. i got the fried green tomatoes entree, very yummy. hubs got theseafoodplatter and the food wasn't overly greasy and very ample portions. the creole vinaigrette dressing was wonderful. we even used it to dip the fried shrimp in it.

entirely too overpriced for most items on the menu. most of the dishes my family got weren't great, but i orders stacked fried green tomatoes, which were crabmeat stuffed fried green tomatoes in a pasta, and it was excellent. i've never had anything like it, that's for sure. i wouldn't try theseafoodplatter; my dad ordered it (it was 20 bucks) and it was terribly bland.

local favorite. now that they are back on the beach it is great. great food and great service. if you are looking for greatseafoodit can't be beat. also has great views.

awesome!!!. this restaurant was spectacular. my husband and i went to this restaurant for the first time. we ordered the fried green tomatoes for appetizer and they tasted really good with the crab meat sauce. i ordered theseafoodmanicotti and he ordered the shrimp scampi. both of these took a little time to cook, but they were definitely worth the wait. our server and the manager were both very curteous and kept us informed of the wait time of our food. wonderful experience and the price was great too! the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing!!!

greatseafoodlunch specials (everyone in our party loved their food). inexpensive and speedy. the waitress even let us try a couple of the local brews prior to ordering.
