love this place!!. whenever i am in corpus this is a place that i have toeatat. the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing.

too long of a wait. we waited for 45 minutes... the food is like appetizer foods that youeatwhile drinking beers with your food, the food tasted good, but it is only small size portions, this is no place for lunch or dinner with family... i took my family toeatthere and we spent $74.00 and we ended up having to buy a box of chicken on the way home cause the kids were still hungry... and no my kids are not fat... this an outdoors eating place, go after 8:00pm or the sun really gets you

snoopy's is a popular lunch restaurant for locals and visitors alike! a casual restaurant, it has great fried seafood and picnic style tables out by the water. the restaurant is located right on the inter-coastal waterway, so it is nice to enjoy your lunch while watching boats travel up and down the waterway!

we visit snoopy's fairly often with family and friends. the atmosphere is relaxed but upbeat and friendly. the seafood is great. i pretty much onlyeatseafood there, but they don't offer much else. so go hungry for some good seafood.  

there's an "inside" dining area, but the best place to sit is along the pier. you can enjoy the water and sunset while visiting with friends. this place is probably good for a quick lunch, but its strength is in its atmosphere that invites relaxation and conversation with friends.

nice view but they serve captain d's like food at red lobster prices. i didnt enjoy and would not return. waste of money. the good reviews are given by people who dont get toeatgood food regularly.

if you want the best fresh fried seafood in towneathere... if you want anything else this place probably isn't for you. i recommend the sampler platter and the crab stuffed jalapeños!

love this place. we live in houston and drive the 4 hours a couple times a year toeathere.its just casual delicious fresh seafood.friendly atmosphere and well worth a day trip to us.

it's heaven!!!. i'm so in love with snoopys and scoopys!!!!! we made our first trek there last night based on reviews i saw elsewhere.we are here on business and after a very disappointing visit to a diner down the street from our hotel room( the omni if anyone cares to avoid the unnamed diner) i decided saturday's dinner needed to be on point......snoopys delivered on all points!!!!! after growing up on the gulf coast i know my fresh seafood and how it should be done and so does snoopys.....we had fish and chips,fried shrimp with onion rings,hush puppies and coleslaw.we topped it off with a delicious lemon cake and tres leches( not leches i'm used to-was more a yummy strawberry shortcake) the only thing i didn't care for was the coleslaw-vinegar and poppyseed combo that doesn't work for me but with everything else being so perfect it's easy to move on.will make this a must when in town!!!

three cheers for snoopy's. i was surf fishing with my son & daughter-in-law and after a wonderful morning my son drove to snoopy's pier for a late lunch. they ordered a "combo" for me.
when i saw the plate of fish,shrimp,oysters,fries and cole slaw, i said "i can'teatall of this". i made a liar out of myself. the food was so well prepared and delicious that i did not leave a crumb on my plate.
we ate outside and i really enjoyed the experience. my son told me that theyeatthere every time
they go fishing. we sure could use a snoopy's in delaware.

great place to have a bite toeatafter a long day in the sun. sunsets on the patio are really beautiful and watching the boats come in with my kiddos over dinner is good fun! we have had fried and non fried options and both were very tasty. it's about $10 per person with a drink (canned sodas only). refills on the ice tea is a good deal. batter is just like long john silvers but very very good. i think this place is great and will be back every time we are at the beach.

poor customer service, employees eating while working behind the counter. very rude employees, ieatat snoopys all the time but my last visit was horrible experience so not going any more.

first time at snoopy's. we really enjoyed our meal at snoopy's, but it is a bit over priced. the fish was really tender and tasty. the fries were great! if you go there bring cash or they have an atm. they have a great fireplace in the center of the restaurant that was very cozy. if we ever are in padre island again we willeatthere again.

descent food, poor service. i always enjoy the food here, we don'teatfried foods often but this an exception. i always try to call ahead and check the catch of the day to make sure it's worth it. kids always enjoy the view of the water from the dining area. my only complaints are they don't take plastic and the staff all hate their jobs, fortunately you don't have to deal with them very often. worth trying

first disappointment in years. every time i go to corpus christi (and i do so for about 13 years) every time on the "must do" list is toeatat snoopy's. my order was always the same. first goes their great crab-meat stuffed jalapenos. then their fish and chips i considered the best in texas (and beyond) and recommended it to everyone - it used to be 3 big pieces of white fish, so tasty and well done, rarely greasy, i enjoyed them tremendously. thatswhy i was so unpleasently surprised this weekend: the rebuilt menu features now "6 pieces of fish" - but the fish pieces are tiny, getting lost in all that extra breadding. disappointed i barely found any fish in there. it is still the same old nice place for a romantic dinner. but if my next visit will yield the same unsatisfactory fishy-meaty experience, i may start searching for a replacement destination. mister snoopy, please reconsider your decision!

disappointed. snoopy's for years has been the first place weeatat when coming down to the beach, but after this last time we may be changing that. to me, they have always been a little pricey, but for fresh tasting shrimp it's been worth it. when we went down this past may though, the shrimp was tough and chewy and the fish was extremely greasy. i was so disappointed after spending $60 for 4 of us to eat, and having to throw most of it away because it was just too gross to eat. the atmosphere is great and they continue to improve on that aspect but now they need to improve on food that they apparently have let slide down the drain.

we ate there this past saturday for lunch. we all got the fried shrimp and added a dozen hush puppies. the shriimp tasted fresh and very good with its light crispy coating on it. we've been coming to the area for the past 18 years and snoopy's is always on our list toeatat.

over rated and under friendly. just got back from having a late lunch early dinner and was not impressed from the getgo with this place that is so highly rated by various review sites. i'm not sure if the old guy who took our order was the owner but he sure acted like it and treated us like he was irriated that we came toeatthere. of course i "assumed" this place took plastic since i have been to 3rd world country places toeatthat do but nope he scowed and barked at us that it was cash only...really??? ok...not off to a good start i thought to myself as i considered taking my family and business next door to doc's (way better on all levels) but since we ate there yesterday and are here on a mini vacation i went against my better judgement and stayed. we ordered fish and chips, grill cheese for the kiddo and a strawberry salad. the salad was good however not the portion you would expect for $5.95. i wish i had read the reviews before coming to this place because the food is not bad but not anything to write home about either and it took a long time even though we were there when it was not very busy. trust me on this one and do yourself a favor and stop when you get to doc's if you want great "friendly" service and even better food in large portions.
hope this helps some unsuspecting visitor from being treated like crap and paying too much for an under portioned meal.

long john silver's??. the only thing worth coming here for is the view..otherwise you might as well justeatat long john's!!
