i love slice. we probably eat it once a week. their pizza and cheese sticks are delish and so fresh. their salads aregreatalso!

a nice pie. loved the crust. italian hoagie was excellent- but i wasn't a huge fan of the steak used on the hoagies featuring steak (gonzo). i will be back for the pie and italian hoagies.greatquality.

in the saturated pizza market of beechview and surrounding communities, slice offers a new and unique pizza to the area. my first pizza was the athena, a crafted pizza that was light and had exceptionally fresh toppings. highly recommended. in addition, byob completed an alreadygreatexperience. outside dining is available. grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a slice or two...

best pizza ive had in pittsburgh so far. ordered the supremo and it was delicious. i love the crumbled sausage and the thin handtossed crust. there is just enough cheese and toppings, and the sauce is pretty much perfect. tastes just as good the next day cold, or warmed up in the microwave. all aroundgreatpizza

for the price cant be beaten..  great crust,, sauce is just the right sweetness but not to sweet.  very reliable and consistent quality.. probably has an owner who is a perfectionist.  can see why it was voted best in pittsburgh.

we have never had anything butgreatexperiences with slice. the people who work there are super friendly, the service is fast, and the food is consistently amazing. i am especially fond of the big salad, which is head and shoulders above the typical pizza joint iceberg and shredded cheese mess. the frisky billygoat is another favorite. this is, by far, the best pizza in the south hills.

wowgreatpie. i'm from the north hills area. my wife and went to slice for a birthday party on saturday, upstairs of the shop, definitely worth crossing the river for. the thin crust awesome,greatsauce & fresh wonderful toppings. we had the house salad & antipasta salad both with the house dressing. (great) we tried the white pizza, cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, margarita pizza, mushroom pizza, explosive flavors in all........this is a bold statement i know, with beto's down on banksville rd. and fiories off of west liberty. when you taste it you'll know what i mean..... dan

great pie-from a new york pizza snob. we traveled from o'hara township to eat at slice. the pizza would stack up against the best in nyc. what made the pizza even better were the guys who work the shop and the owner. they were so excited about their craft and even said "if you do not absolutely love your pie, we will buy it" i can tell you this pizza is bar none the best nyc style in pittsburgh. thanks guys and keep cookinggreatfood!

cooked correctly. there seems to be a trend throughout pittsburgh and it's region with under cooked pizza. too low of heat. not the case for slice.

ordered 2 pizzas - margherita and the athena. both were winners - preferred the margherita over the athena but i would definitely order the athena again when i want that feta kick.

sauce a little on the sweet side but not distracting
the crust was perfect, very thin - very crispy.

mineo's is there when i want a 1 pound slice of pizza with crispy crust. but if i have a hankering for a true nyc slice that is cooked correctly, i will stop by slice, even though it's 24 miles from my house.

congrats on a job well done and i hope they keep it consistent and crispy

slice. all i can say is.....wow..... got the "fancy pants" pizza w/ their green sauce (pesto), prosciutto, goat cheese, sun-dried tom's. it was flippin' awesome! can't wait to go back & get it again. but i must say i think i enjoyed the "peeps" that work there & the service even better! what a fantastic place. i'm mad that i just found out about it & it's been there since july 2010. better late than never...greatjob guys.

slice on broadway has awesome pizza in my opinion it is the best in the south hillsgreatservicegreatstaffgreatdelivery people all professional friendly and always have a smile not to mention are always in an upbeat minute. next time you order pizza order from slice on broadway give it a try you won't regret it. next time somebody asks you where to order pizza from in the south hills the only pizza shop that will come to mind will be slice on broadway

great spot. ordered from here several times, excellant each time!greatcrust, nice sauce, and very interesting topping and choices. ordered delivery, actually arrived earlier than we were told! overall, nice place, good people andgreataffordable pizzia. fiori's is still my favorite, but this is becoming a close second!!

great pizza in the south hills. so we have tried numerous pizza places in and around brookline, and slice is one of our favorites. i'll be honest and say that fiori's is our favorite by a long shot, but they don't deliver. so anytime we are needing delivery, we always call slice. they are so much different than all of the local "italian" pizza places in the area. slice is just more fresh, and they have a lot of differentgreatingredients that they other places don't have. tonight we had the new buffalo chicken pizza, and we added gargonzola, which was amazing. we love slice!

pizza perfecto!. this was a first for me, but the next time i go out for pizza, i will definately stop here. we had the big moe, i think it was called, it has the pep, italian sausage and more, but it was great. i'd have eaten the whole thing had it not been for the steak pizza with red and green peppers and onions coming right behind it. the steak, in my opinion, was better than the first one, and my sister got a hogie to take home. reallygreatfood, passionate employees and the owner is just as cool. small joint, but they said they will be expanding. atmosphere is gread for everyone, kids invited! will definately be going back to see what's new if not, trying a different pie every time!
