bang for your buck!! great taste, generous serving size, affordable price. been looking for good tacos and i was not disappointed when i ordered their soft shell tacos. i got the completo (3 meats): beef, chicken, and pork. theirnachosand burrito are also super sulit!

i've been here 3 times and it's still one of the best go-to places for a fil-mex fix. everything's super savory and theirnachosand paella will leave you wanting for more. if only my stomach is a bottomless pit, i'd order 3 of each. hay, sarap! 😋

by the way, line is pretty long all the time but it's totally worth it.

one of the best restaurants that i have ever tried!!! promise! the line for waiting in order to be accommodated inside was quite long but, it’s worth the wait! take note, i really hate cilantro in general because of the taste and smell but this restaurant was an exception! it seems like the food do not contain cilantro because you cannot really taste it. but, it really does. :p

we ordered nachos, calliente wings,burrito, and steak.

thenachoswas really good!! one of my favorites along with the burrito. it seems like that the top cheese was being slight baked because it’s already dry and with netted with pattern. it’s like you’re pouring cheese or ketchup in your food in sideways or whatever pattern you want and once you baked it, the pattern stays there and the sauce is already dried up but, you can still taste it. thenachoscontained tomatoes, beef and cilantro. ohh, the beef was very tender. it’s good to dip it with the cilantro sauce.

burrito- it tastes sooo good!! i love it! it contained mexican rice, beef, tomatoes, and cilantro. it’s better if you’re going to dip it with the cilantro sauce also. this is the best burrito that i have ever tasted. it’s better than chilli’s and army navy because their burrito is so “malasa.” i do not know but their burrito is not too messy to eat it.

calliente chicken wings- i do not find this food so special. it’s just a so-so and typical chicken buffalo wing. maybe one good thing about it is that the spice tolerance of their sauce is just an average so if you’re not a spicy love, you may want to try it. i didn’t like their sauce that much because it’s like a normal hot sauce and ketchup added by a cilantro.

steak. it’s quite difficult to slice it but when you taste it, it’s not so hard to chew it. yes, it’s still tender but not so much tender.

tried this place for the fourth time, first few times were okay. this time, we got the beef nachos, rib fingers and burger. got waitlisted but also seated after 20 mins. beefnachoswas served fast for starter, serving was generous for two and got our waiting time for the mains unnoticed. didn't also finish it, had the left over for take out. rib fingers will be cooked depending on your choice, served with mashed potato on a sizzling plate. serving was good for two, taste was fine unlike other ribs which has sweetness. burger was superb for its price which is just 180, tasted good. service was not so great, we were seated outside, had to call the attention of the servers several times. my friend also stood up and looked for a server to ask for water refill. they were full house though. it is understandable for them to be busy but not for guests to be neglected.

this is one of the restos that will make you come back. yes, their dishes are so delicious and perfect for those who have huge appetite. theirnachosis soooo good. if you're a cheese lover like me, you'll definitely like this appetizer as its loaded with 🧀 plus tender beef and unlimited dips. other yummy dishes are caliente wings, paella, grilled porkchop, burrito and avocado shake.

hello to my favourite branch and favourite people!

but first, food review because people come here for that. mamaya na yung ibang bagay. haha.

1. beefnachos- great as always, still the superstar of the menu. crispy chips, random tiny pieces of silantro, baby chunks of tomatoes, and sometimes may naliligaw na onion.

the size is good for sharing, legit di mabibitin ang dalawang matakaw (kaya kahit 4 people), but i am taking this for my self only. that is how much i love it. i hate onions kaya buti na lang at naliligaw ligaw lang yung 2 or 3 strips minsan and tomatoes. but when it comes to this nachos, i am looking for the tomatoes because it is complementing the taste of the beef and every other ingredient.

fun fact: i always ask for extra torched cheese because why not, comparing the serving of cheese to their glorietta branch, generous yung sa glorietta.

2. beef buritto - still so-so. for me, army navy's steak buritto is better when it comes to taste but silantro's serving is bigger. mas malaki nga lang yung size sa glorietta.

i cannot finish this since it is gigantic, i need to share it dahil nakakaumay din.

3. beef quesadilla - not the usual flat quesadilla. you need to use spoon and fork, not your typical finger food. masarap pero di ko maalala bakit, so di siya ganon ka-remarkable sa dila ko pero orderin niyo na rin kasi masarap fries na kasama neto.

again, good for sharing para sa typical na matakaw, unless super halimaw ka kumain.

4. caliente chicken wings - medyo spicy (as expected) pero yummy! the wings are from the gym, ilang buwan muna sila naglift ng dumbells before i-serve (yes mam ser boss amo ganon po sila kalaki.)

this is already good for 2-3 people tapos order ka din ng rice and extra rice kasi masarap din kanin nila, not just steamed.

everything above is good for sharing kasi nashshare ko talaga. trust me, sobrang lakas ko kumain to the point na pinipigilan na ako ng lola ko. take note, lola ko yon. but going back, lahat masarap, wala kang pagsisisihan. pricing is dapat lang, medyo pwede pa nga nilang mahalan sa dami ng serving pero tama na yan para lagi makakain mga students. the staff are always awesome and accommodating. kahit na sobrang pagod nila kasi sobrang daming kumakain dito, they will always smile and happily serve everyone. the place is squeaky clean too!

waiting time: di ka aabutan ng gutom at inis kung kumain ka na bago ka kumain dito. sobrang daming tao, baon ka skyflakes.

to be honest, the first experience i had with silantro wasn't pleasant. as always, the queue was so long, that we had to wait almost two hours just to be seated. it didn't help that the paella took forever to be served (we attempted to cancel the order but they insisted that it was on its way), and was lackluster in terms of taste and presentation. the only saving grace was the beefnachosas it was a meal on its own. but it wasn't enough to wow me in any way.

after that experience, i told my boyfriend never to bring me there again! haha

but when we dined here for a second time, i can say i may understand the hype now.

like a miracle, there was no queue when we came in. we ordered the beefnachosagain, and, this time around, two soft tacos each. our orders were served pretty fast.

- beef nachos: this was excellent. all ingredients were fresh or made to order. i like how they deep fried the corn tortillas instead of using generic ones. they didn't skimp on the beef. and as you can see in the photo, they used real cheese which they blowtorched!

- tacos (ligero): i had one of each: beef and lamb. beef was really good, while the lamb was okay. for php 85 a taco, the serving was huuuge. i could've just eaten one and would be satisfied already.

i like how the servers were attentive during the entire dining experience. we didn't have to call their attention to refill our drinks or sauces. however, it did take awhile for them to give us or bill and change, but that's already nitpicking on my end.

overall, the second visit was enough to make me a silantro convert. just don't make me line up for two hours again! 🤣

the beefnachosand the caliente wings used to be great. but today, the both dishes were the worst. thenachoswere served cold and have gone flat, instead of the heaping mound they’re supposed to be. the cheese was cold, stale and rubbery ‭too. the wings were bland. the service was just as bad. server yson was rude, bella was slow and manager tonio was not very helpful. we complained about the nachos, none of the three, not even the manager bothered to have it replaced, despite us requesting so. they all kept insisting that that was how it was, which was not true because we have eaten here before and we compared the orders if other tables, which looked fresh, heaping mounds of nachos. yson kept suggesting that we cancel the order (which was already on the table), and proceeded, without our consent, to take the plate. we were under the impression that the service staff were inefficient and because they are used to serving the younger crowd who would be happy with whatever food is in front of them, they seemed amateurs. please train your staff and improve your food because it is clearly deteriorating. until then, my family, friends and i will not return.

straight up great food! what i love so much with this resto is they are very simple with their dishes, they have generous food servings and their food is consistently good! i've eaten here alot of times and their food always delivers! hope they keep this up even with the other branches. their burritos andnachosare really top notch and will always be my go-to food :)

0.5 pt for the place, it was small, and the aircon was leaking water residue, with their tile flooring someone would have slipped, i almost did. their menu is limited to 4 only, so if you are with your friends, there's a wating game before you can order but i'm still giving it a point as their table was grease-free despite the type of food they're serving. their napkins are thick ones which is very advisable specially if they are serving greasy food.

1 pt for the staff they are very accomodating and focused on their customers, and cute also (esp benj lol)

2 pt for the food, their food is so good, it is even better with taco bell which i rarely say because i love taco bell. their quesidillas oozing with mozarella and theirnachoswas thr best!! as per keyshia cole "sent from heaven" 😂, their serving per plate is actually good for 2 persons which os one of the things i like.

1 pt for the price simple because you get what you pay for, if not more.

dined here on a thursday lunch, the place is already full but we were able to get a seat outside.

we ordered the following foods:

1. beefnachos- i literally uttered “wow” when the server handed the platter to us. the melted cheese on top topped with tender cuts of beef is for the win. it was soo good plus the serving can feed 4-5 people.

2. beef quesadillas - it was so good, i forgot about the calorie. 😂 the cheese and the beef was so perfect. serving size is good for 2 hungry stomachs.

3. calliente chicken wings - sweet and tasty, good for 2 people.

4. grilled pork ribs - wasn’t what i expected. the meat wasn’t tender enough, and i wasn’t able to eat much.

5. grilled porkchop - this one is sulit. there were 2 pieces of large porkchop, grilled to perfectiom. sweet and tender.

6. silantro steak - paired with fries, the rice is a separate order. you have options on how
you want it to be done. the serving is good for 2 people.

service - we were seated at around 12nn. we were able to eat at around 1:00. so i guess, that’s like 45 -50 mins waiting time. the only order that was served fast was the beef nachos, but the rest of the order took a lot of time. i wouldn’t suggest to dine here during lunch break most esp if you are pressed with time.

judgment: i would come back because of the serving size. i think it’s sulit and it’s actually good when you are with family and friends.

good food and so busog at very affordable price. for two people, we ordered beefnachos(bestseller) and silantro quesadilla. thenachosis very crunchy and tasty. they refill the sauces quickly. for the quesadilla, the cheese is just so cheesy :))

their service is fast, and the place is jam packed but worth the wait. #mustvisit

favorite place in kapitolyo! i would never get tired of ordering their famous beefnachosoverloaded with lots of freakin' cheese! this place is so packed during weekends but people are very patient to wait in line even if it takes them an hour. i know coz i am one of those people who are willing to wait because i know it'll be worth it! pretty much everything in their menu is a must try!

so happy they have several branch already! proof how good they are in what they are doing! 😋🍴

after my mom and i finished shopping around. we decided to eat here because we're really hungry and we know that we gonna be full after eating here. i ordered pork chop,nachosand my mom ordered something, i forgot what she ordered. overall the food is pretty consistent from other branches. the service is just meh and the ambiance is just alright.
