how do you get a non-veggie eating boyfriend to try some delicious and healthy food? feed him mexican dishes. omg. i've never seen my bf be so willing and giddy to eat stuff filled with lettuce and tomatoes ever, yet silantro has convinced him on a level that i cannot even reach! haha! while their nachos are quite good, and their burritos and seafood fajita is amazing, for me, it's the soft tacos that are the stars of the show. just...wow. the flavors, the textures, the fresh and spicy with the soft and crunchy... it's like a song turned into a delicious meal. totally worth the wait in line (p.s. come early) so get your ass over to the nearest silantro with your veggie-hating friend and get ready to see the stars in their eyes! 🤩

ordered hard tacos and waited for 25 minutes and they came back and said they don’t have hard tacos. third time i’ve been here and they ran out of tacos.

their food is one of the things that are worth waiting for. dining with a friend, waiting didn't seem like a waste of time too! we just had their nachos and grilled mahi-mahi, both of which were appetizing. the prices are reasonable. no wonder, the queue was like that during lunch.

we were here on a weekday. so thankful there are no long lines.

beef nachos - we ordered this twice. generous amount of nacho chips, beef chunks, and tomatoes. it's even yummier when you match this in their dips.

grilled porkchop - we also ordered this twice (hindi satisfied sa isa lang?! 😂) were easy to chew on. you can taste that these were grilled on charcoal. comes also with rice. good for sharing.

caliente wings - juicy chicken paired with their barbecue-y sauce with a little kick of spice.

caesar salad - vegetables were fresh and crunchy. they also added in some grilled chicken.

their dips are also a little extra. the dark green one was spicy, the white in the middle i think is garlic mayo and the light green dip was blended vegetables?! not sure, just my guess. but they are perfect dips for your food.

place was quite small since there are lots of customers. please expand?! hihi
crew were very attentive and polite.

decent food (nothing great -- i've eaten at silantro multiple times)
terrible service/management. 

the servers got our orders while we were in line. we were in line for half an hour or more, got to the table, and were told that one of our orders was no longer available. 

perhaps we had come on a busy day (but isn't it busy every day?). silantro still needs improvement. they have been up and running for years now, and can't handle a simple management issue. 

it would have been ok if they told us while we were in line that the order may be unavailable.

the issue could simply be addressed by keeping track of what resources are in the kitchen: x is enough for y number of people.

worst restaurant ever. i’m latino and their tacos are no close to true tacos. not sure what they are trying to sale, but good luck with that. never never come back.

food quality is good but inconsistent. my go-to orders are beef nachos, burritos, and quesadillas. entrees can be a hit or miss as sometimes they're too salty and sometimes they're perfectly done. the sauces can do with more "ooomph" (flavours too weak). wait time can also be a problem, especially when you go during the lunch or after church rush. wait time: 6 long songs (november rain levels)

one of my favorite restaurant here in kapitolyo. their quesadillas and burritos are the top on my list as this satisfy my tummy. for me, these are the perfect combination here in silantro. i ordered beef burritos, the beef was so juicy and chunky - it was perfectly matched to the rice and pita. additionally, i ordered the famous quesadillas. it was so creamy and tasty. this serving, i guess, is good for two peeps. also on the side, the sauces compliment the burrito and quesadillas. i really love the white sauce and the chili sauce. i highly recommend this restaurant! #mypatheticdiary #foodie #foodporn #happy #satisfiedcustomer #foodph #silantro #burrito #quesadillas

good food, awful, awful service. hope u guys can change your alleged closing time to your actual closing time. your crew had no trouble shooing customers away an hr and a half from your supposed closing time. smh i hate you, silantro uptown branch

i had a wonderful lunch date with my girl here, the place is along the food trip street of kapitolyo.

parking is a bit difficult as there are only 2 slots in front of the restaurant luckily there are parking boys willing to help you in the area.

so to the food, we had the soft shelled tacos(completo and medio) and beef nachos both were very filling choices. all this at a sub-500 pesos bill was amazing! the quality of the food was well worth the price and the taste especially with their signature sauces were over the top!

the smoky cheese taste of their beef nachos was surprisingly good and brings novelty to an otherwise common dish.... their mojito is very light and refined...their chicken wings was a bit sauce heavy but was balanced well with their healthy portions of veggies. their soft shell tacos were very filling perfect for weight watchers.

my friends and i had a great time for lunch here at silantro. portion sizes for almost everything was great for sharing, so it turns out to be filling in the stomach but light on the wallet. would go here again. only point of improvement would be to maybe be more courteous to the customers waiting in line? nothing wrong with serving water to queuing patrons. maybe add more seating if possible?

parking is a big letdown. food is great and worth every peso. can't eat and talk properly because of staff letting us know that our vehicle might get towed. should have a decent parking area for the number of people who goes here.

big serving, everything tastes good, affordable price, you'll want to go back for more and so worth it!

the place was packed, but the long line was worth the wait. their beef nachos is the bomb!!!
