i face little issue with the food i order, but the manager there mr. abd algani and really he is decent man he solve the prblem in fast action. i appricate really what he do.
i hope shakespaer hirestaffsame mr. abd al gani.
and defeintly will recomend shakespare reseturant and cafe for all my friensd. and i will bering my family next time.🌹

my sister had been talking about this place for a long time. so we thought of visiting with the family on our trip to al ain.
the interiors remind you as if your are in a shakespeare book. nicely decorated with the shakespeare touch i must say.
coming to the food. we ordered the mixed grill, classic chicken & the carbonara pasta. the mixed grill was okay. liked the baby potatoes in it the most. the steak could have been a little more well done though. the classic chicken is a must have. even though i'm not a mushroom lover, i liked it. the pasta was okay too.
the service was excellent. thestaffwas very friendly and tried their best to make us feel comfortable.
overall the place is a bit expensive but we had a good time. will definitely visit again.

the most important there is how kind thestaffand so professionally dealing with guests specially the manager there mr.shadi..really thanks for the so warm and kind way dealing with us..

amazing ambience with very well prepared food.staffis attentive and service is quick. nice menu spread, definitely a must visit for quality food and service

i love shakespeare & co and been to dubai mall, souk al bahar, al ain mall and jimi mall branches.  some branches may serve better food than others though.  friendlystaffand efficient service is consistent and i always love their bread and butter (the green one).  can be a bit pricey but portions are good for sharing.

ordered vegetarian pizza : very dry and tasteless
the chicken lettuce wrap was amazing and succulent
the classic chicken in mushroom sauce in the mains was served with mashed potatoes and lettuce : was v tasty and is recommended
drinks:
cappuccino hot served with a small plate of complimentary cookies
kadak chai served with cookies as well
chocolate cappuccino
strawberry milk shake all were v tasty and worth having

bread was complimentary and served with herbal butter: the basket was demolished by us with in minutes

overall a very positive experience despite the pizza the place deserves a five

the most recent time i’ve been here was for breakfast.

i ordered the american breakfast which was as promised with hot chocolate and orange juice. nice crunchy potato hash brown

also ordered the shakshouka with bacon and mushroom which was under done although i asked for them over easy.

the steak sandwich was ok but the meat was super tough and over done.

the butter served to us was pre used but was replaced immediately after we showed them.
the toast took 20 mins to get to our table.

i’d still go because it’s a nice comfy place to visit and thestaffis always nice... greatstafftrumps average service and average food for me ... 😊😊🤣🤣

we've been there 2 years ago for a breakfast in commemoration to our wedding anniversary. aviationstaffmisfortune (awful shifts). the attention was great, the variety and food awesome and the atmosphere excellent. costly but it worth every penny.

we went to shakespeare for a dinner with family. we ordered one mixed grill and a penne bolognese. i requested some customizations andstaffwas great to respond to all. mixed grill included a half portion steak, 2 lamb chops, half portion chicken and a chicken sausage. all was fresh and delicious. only drawback was that bolognese sauce was too salty. the ambiance in the mall is not great burly still one of the good options over there.

having recently eaten here i should say the food was not what we expected. we usually end up here when we want cakes, croissants and anything sweet. but this time we thought why not sample something different and ordered in a seafood soup and baby chicken for lunch. the food was excellent and cooked to perfection.staffwere humble, attentive and courteous. loved every bit here. and oh yes forgot to mention there is sheesha lounge attached!

cobb salad and nicoise salads are filling and flavorful. perfect meal if you're watching weight. my brother ordered the baby chicken - the sauce in particular and the dish overall was really good.staffare helpful.

tried pizza, chicken bbq wings with samosa , coffee , it's really nice

i love the herb butter and bread basket before starting the meal

i would like to adjust my earlier review of this establishment. the food as always is wonderful however i realise that perhaps a new management employee has been appointed who purely doesn't seem to care about customer care. due to this they have now lost three of their regular weekly customers!
for over the past year my parents and i would spend almost 10 hours a week there relaxing smoking shisha and enjoying the food. tonight friday 22nd of november 2019...there was a misunderstanding as to what the balance was due for the bill. what with it being less than we anticipated....however we did not know this and offered our voucher exceeding the bill amount.... had we been told the amount we would have gladly paid cash instead of losing 100dhs of our voucher. we asked if something could be done to rectify the situation as loyal customers.... only to be told by one of the managementstaffon duty rather rudely that it was quote " not his problem" and refused to even try to help with the situation. this is how your establishment treats some of their most loyal customers!? i am so incredibly disappointed. we will miss the many of the kind waiters that we have come to know well and of who were always accommodating. however we will not be visiting any of your establishments in the future due to being treated in such a rude manner. i say this with a heavy heart because it was such an escape for us on weekends. updated nov 2019

my first visit to the hamra mall branch of shakespeare & co. and i wasn't disappointed at all.

as always the unique decor makes this place stand out from the crowd.... it was relatively quiet for a public holiday but i guess most people were sleeping in after the new year's eve festivities.

we ordered the poached salmon salad, fish & chips & the egg shakshouka. the fish & chips were ok and pretty overpriced in my opinion but all the other dishes were pretty good. i also had the very berry smoothie which i found to be really good and not overly sugary like you find in most other places. for dessert we had the lemon tart which looks stunning and had a strong lemony tang without being overly sweet. liked it a lot.

service was average as the waitingstaffdid not come back to our table on and off during the course of our meal to check on us but i'm willing to give them a pass today as they were probably short staffed. prices on certain items are little exorbitant but again you are paying for the whole package so it just about balances out..... just!!!!

overall i enjoyed the meal and will probably make it a point to visit their naeem mall branch more regularly for coffee & cake since it's much much closer to where i live.

what i like is thier margarita pizza, soups and the warm bread basket. what i don't like is the service, sometimes thestaffis arrogant.

this location does have a pretty cool ladies only party area as well.
