i face little issue with the food i order, but the manager there mr. abd algani and really he is decent man he solve the prblem in fast action. i appricate really what he do.
i hope shakespaer hire staff same mr. abdalgani.
and defeintly will recomend shakespare reseturant and cafe for all my friensd. and i will bering my family next time.🌹

my sister had been talking about this place for a long time. so we thought of visiting with the family on our trip toalain.
the interiors remind you as if your are in a shakespeare book. nicely decorated with the shakespeare touch i must say.
coming to the food. we ordered the mixed grill, classic chicken & the carbonara pasta. the mixed grill was okay. liked the baby potatoes in it the most. the steak could have been a little more well done though. the classic chicken is a must have. even though i'm not a mushroom lover, i liked it. the pasta was okay too.
the service was excellent. the staff was very friendly and tried their best to make us feel comfortable.
overall the place is a bit expensive but we had a good time. will definitely visit again.

visited there once inalain mall, along my nephew's daughter, and she made taste one of the best asparagus of my life. it was so delicious that i wanted to have more and more

we visited shakespeare and co. on our visit toalhamra mall and this is the first time i tried in this restaurant chain. the restaurant was well decorated and nicely lit. we ordered rainbow vegan pad thai and spinach lasagna. as soon as the order was taken, we were served with few pieces of hot breads with pesto sauce. the culinary they use are very attractive and the breads were very fresh. 

spinach lasagna: well cooked with enough amount of spinach.

rainbow vegan pad thai: this was ultimate and we liked very much. it tasted exactly like pad thai and the vegan protein chunks they added in it tasted like meat giving vegans the same taste. recommended.

pricing is quite above average and overall a nice experience.

i love shakespeare & co and been to dubai mall, soukalbahar,alain mall and jimi mall branches.  some branches may serve better food than others though.  friendly staff and efficient service is consistent and i always love their bread and butter (the green one).  can be a bit pricey but portions are good for sharing.

perfect location if you are looking for a casual setting and inexpensive, good quality meal. the restaurant is located on the ground floor ofalhamra mall and had a steady flow of customers at lunch and dinner time. the interior is very pretty with pale pink and light coloured walls and an abundance of picture frames hung on the walls. i have been on several occasions and always found the food and service to be good. there is also free wi-fi available. we ordered a lasagne and the fisherman's catch, exchanging the rice for fries. both meals were of a good size and good value.

depends on the day and branch. i used to live in abu dhabi and the branches down in ad were amazing, food was well cooked, very nice flavours, the service was perfect.

but, here inalhamra is a totally different story. the food was cold and i had to send it back, it wasnt even cooked properly the second time and by then, all my friends had finished their food. it didnt actually even taste that nice so i was shocked at how bad my experience was and im not planning to ever go back.

this is one of my favourite joints to relax. though i have been to most of their outlets in dubai, this particular one inalhamra rak is outstanding in terms of their hospitable service. lovely staff! i absolutely love the whole victorian style ambience of this restaurant.

the shakespeare & co we tried was located inalhamra mall rak, we were hungryyy and waiting to have a full scrumptious breakfast. although located inside the mall ..the moment you enter the cafe you feel you are instantly transported to the victorian era ..with lavender colored drapes, laces, and chandeliers . i absolutely loved the feel of the place . 🙂

the best service inalain...having a very good staff..i had iftar for 25 person today and i didnt expect this high quality of service specially from the manager mr.ahmed who was really trying to make things as masterpiece as possible..i really appreciate the service and im advising you all to try..

i live besidealhamra mall , so i visited this place many times with my queen dima suliman .
the decoration is very warm , food is delicious , shisha not bad but its good thats available .

prices are acceptable , slightly expensive !

we are usually massive fans of shakespeare's and used to consider it one of the best places to eat in the garden city ofalain. yet on our most recent visit with friends - we can only really describe the experience as distinctly average!

as usual the service was good, the staff are always polite and friendly and really go out of their way to guide you through the menu and answer any questions that you may have.

the venue itself is fantastic, and can only be described as shabby-chic and akin to the stereotype you would have of an elderly ladies house - full of lampshades, lace and other bric-a-brack! the interior design really should be commendable and really helps to add to the vibe of the establishment. the seating options are varied offering both indoor and outdoor seating, and also the option of a private family room.

the beverages and cakes are always good - no matter what your preference & the selection is extensive.

unfortunately on this occasion our main courses were a disappointment to the group we were dining with - crispy calamari was chewy and flavourless, whilst my steak sandwich was cold, the meat tasted overly processed, and the bread was barely toasted.

it's such a shame as we used to be regular customers here, but in all honesty i don't think we will be returning to this specific branch anytime soon.

the lunch was tasty and the service this time exquisite! we had the freekeh salad with a side of smoked salmon, and we also tried the steak with lemon sauce.
the potato base was a bit tasteless but it was fine

craving some cakes and coffee we passed toalhamra mall branch.
first of all the waiters are very slow and non reactive. we sat outside and it took a while for us to get the menus. we went to the cake display which was practically empty lacking options.back to our table we called the waiter to order however it took her forever to understand a simple order of sorbet i had to show her on the menu what i am requesting.off to the second request of a cake, american coffee and cappuccino. and here we started receiving our order seperately first the cake then the sorbet then american coffee then cappuccino. even the sugar came later. it was deceiving and unpleasant because of this service plus why the small piece of avergae cake cost that much??
