the decors are quite romantic but the food is what i actually came for. again, i always choose seats with bad lighting but i hope the food could suffice. we ordered crispy calamari, mixed grill and the fisherman’s catch. everything is quite nice except for the calamari. squid was tough, i bet they use frozen ones. hope they improve on this. overall average food,goodservice and instagramable ambience.

my sister had been talking about this place for a long time. so we thought of visiting with the family on our trip to al ain.
the interiors remind you as if your are in a shakespeare book. nicely decorated with the shakespeare touch i must say.
coming to the food. we ordered the mixed grill, classic chicken & the carbonara pasta. the mixed grill was okay. liked the baby potatoes in it the most. the steak could have been a little more well done though. the classic chicken is a must have. even though i'm not a mushroom lover, i liked it. the pasta was okay too.
the service was excellent. the staff was very friendly and tried their best to make us feel comfortable.
overall the place is a bit expensive but we had agoodtime. will definitely visit again.

i love shakespeare & co and been to dubai mall, souk al bahar, al ain mall and jimi mall branches.  some branches may serve better food than others though.  friendly staff and efficient service is consistent and i always love their bread and butter (the green one).  can be a bit pricey but portions aregoodfor sharing.

we went to shakespeare for a dinner with family. we ordered one mixed grill and a penne bolognese. i requested some customizations and staff was great to respond to all. mixed grill included a half portion steak, 2 lamb chops, half portion chicken and a chicken sausage. all was fresh and delicious. only drawback was that bolognese sauce was too salty. the ambiance in the mall is not great burly still one of thegoodoptions over there.

this restaurant  is ideal for business lunch, if the weather permit you can sit outside and enjoy thegoodquality food backed up by excellent service.  wish they have more options for vegetarians.  keep up thegoodwork..

perfect location if you are looking for a casual setting and inexpensive,goodquality meal. the restaurant is located on the ground floor of al hamra mall and had a steady flow of customers at lunch and dinner time. the interior is very pretty with pale pink and light coloured walls and an abundance of picture frames hung on the walls. i have been on several occasions and always found the food and service to be good. there is also free wi-fi available. we ordered a lasagne and the fisherman's catch, exchanging the rice for fries. both meals were of agoodsize andgoodvalue.

i was on a visit to hamra mall and i felt like having agoodsoup and salad so i walked into shakespeare. amazing experience, christy my server was delightful, the tomato soup is so rich and has the rich spices, and the salmon salad was sogoodwith great tasting dressing. portion of salad was big, i asked for avocado in the salad and they did not charge me extra. that was a memorable experience.

i absolutely love the decor at shakespeare, it's very pretty.

i do not particularly enjoy having dinner here but the breakfasts are always good. eggs benedict is always my first choice.

the fried fish and chips is really delightful, something i really miss from home.

the alfredo pasta was reallygoodtoo.

this place is super cool to hangout with family.goodservice.goodattitude from the staff. very nice ambience. and above all, the sunday offer is too hot.

my first visit to the hamra mall branch of shakespeare & co. and i wasn't disappointed at all.

as always the unique decor makes this place stand out from the crowd.... it was relatively quiet for a public holiday but i guess most people were sleeping in after the new year's eve festivities.

we ordered the poached salmon salad, fish & chips & the egg shakshouka. the fish & chips were ok and pretty overpriced in my opinion but all the other dishes were pretty good. i also had the very berry smoothie which i found to be reallygoodand not overly sugary like you find in most other places. for dessert we had the lemon tart which looks stunning and had a strong lemony tang without being overly sweet. liked it a lot.

service was average as the waiting staff did not come back to our table on and off during the course of our meal to check on us but i'm willing to give them a pass today as they were probably short staffed. prices on certain items are little exorbitant but again you are paying for the whole package so it just about balances out..... just!!!!

overall i enjoyed the meal and will probably make it a point to visit their naeem mall branch more regularly for coffee & cake since it's much much closer to where i live.

the best service in al ain...having a verygoodstaff..i had iftar for 25 person today and i didnt expect this high quality of service specially from the manager mr.ahmed who was really trying to make things as masterpiece as possible..i really appreciate the service and im advising you all to try..

what happened there simply high standard of customer service scope .
i visit them with my family me my wife and 2 child my we set inside family room but my boys starting moving and want to go outside while it really hot . i explain to ahmed the manager there what happened ,
he made the arrangement with his staff to make agoodplace out . he sent the ac out he personally take our food order , he made that moment nice dinner ,
about the food it is as usual as requested no any mistake founded also he suggest us a plate for my kids too .
i don't know what is the standards or the pinch mark to evaluate the service ,
staff also was really expert they know each things what customer needs ,
i guess such staff they have agoodmanager as they trade between them self very friendly helpfulgoodwork environment .

i live beside al hamra mall , so i visited this place many times with my queen dima suliman .
the decoration is very warm , food is delicious , shisha not bad but itsgoodthats available .

prices are acceptable , slightly expensive !

searching for a place to get some ice cream. went here with friends. hearing this place from my friends long time ago because they have agoodinterior design like your in a disney princess movie. their food is a little bit expensive don't know howgoodit is but we tried their ice cream and we were satisfied it was very good. though the portions were small if you compare it to other ice cream houses. 19aed for 3 scoops. it was worth it anyway i might say. with free chocolate bites.
