i face little issue with the food i order, but the manager there mr. abd algani and really he is decent man he solve the prblem in fast action. i appricate really what he do.
i hope shakespaer hire staff same mr. abd al gani.
and defeintly will recomend shakespare reseturant and cafe for all my friensd. and i will bering my family next time.🌹

the decors are quite romantic but the food is what i actually came for. again, i always choose seats with bad lighting but i hope the food could suffice. we ordered crispy calamari, mixed grill and the fisherman’s catch. everything is quite nice except for the calamari. squid was tough, i bet they use frozen ones. hope they improve on this. overall average food, good service and instagramable ambience.

my sister had been talking about this place for a long time. so we thought of visiting with the family on our trip to al ain.
the interiors remind you as if your are in a shakespeare book. nicely decorated with the shakespeare touch i must say.
coming to the food. we ordered the mixed grill, classic chicken & the carbonara pasta. the mixed grill was okay. liked the baby potatoes in it the most. the steak could have been a little more well done though. the classic chicken is a must have. even though i'm not a mushroom lover, i liked it. the pasta was okay too.
the service was excellent. the staff was very friendly and tried their best to make us feel comfortable.
overall the place is a bit expensive but we had a good time. will definitely visit again.

good place for a decent breakfast. yah, as mentioned in other reviews, service was a bit slow. maybe because it was early morning. been here only once. but the food was good. and portions were also large.

visited there once in al ain mall, along my nephew's daughter, and she made taste one of the best asparagus of my life. it was so delicious that i wanted to have more and more

if i could decorate my private bedroom with the decor shakespeare has, i would do it. i am in love with your victorian-style decor!

from antique interior to great seating area, from scrumptious meals inclusive of succulent steak sandwich to delicious alfredo pasta, shakespeare and co. has it all to cater your fancy dine-out needs.

moreover conveniently located at hamra mall, it also has another branch in rak located at naeem mall. humble and cooperative staff. two thumbs up.

being a chocolate lover, the pave chocolate cake is everything i could ask for- the chocolate sponge cake soaked with chocolate syrup and the dark whipped chocolate ganache between the layers with a dark chocolate glaze, chocolate decor and finally chocolate crumble on the sides (you see how many times i’ve used the word chocolate just in the description, you can only imagine how much chocolate it could have!!!)🍫🍫
since this is my favorite at shakespeare and i’ve tried it more than once, i know it could’ve been softer as the piece of cake i got was harder than usual.

if you like your chocolate with a hint of coffee, melissa is the one for you!

the very gorgeous melissa is topped with a cute little chocolate macaroon and a coffee bean indicating the choco-coffee combo! it is a chocolate sponge biscuit, filled with choco-coffee mousse and coffee cream ☕️🍫

and finally, to beat the heat with something cold with a touch of caffeine get the iced latte! ❄️

shakespeare and co. has many branches located all across the uae with beautiful interiors and great food!

i ordered online and included a note to write something on the cake. i even called the delivery man to make sure they write it, he agreed but when i received nothing written on the cake. so disappointing but the cake taste excellent at expected.

we ordered chicken sliders and pasta.vegan options were out of stock 😕taste is average and fair portion size.
taking care of cleanliness as they are sanitizing every table.

we visited shakespeare and co. on our visit to al hamra mall and this is the first time i tried in this restaurant chain. the restaurant was well decorated and nicely lit. we ordered rainbow vegan pad thai and spinach lasagna. as soon as the order was taken, we were served with few pieces of hot breads with pesto sauce. the culinary they use are very attractive and the breads were very fresh. 

spinach lasagna: well cooked with enough amount of spinach.

rainbow vegan pad thai: this was ultimate and we liked very much. it tasted exactly like pad thai and the vegan protein chunks they added in it tasted like meat giving vegans the same taste. recommended.

pricing is quite above average and overall a nice experience.

the most important there is how kind the staff and so professionally dealing with guests specially the manager there mr.shadi..really thanks for the so warm and kind way dealing with us..

i ordered pizza and taste is average cheese is less . i will try ordering breakfast next time. 

chocolate cappuccino drink is good.
