we went here during a weekday lunch for me the lunch sets was okay. it is definitely worth the price but i didn't find anything special about it. what really turned me off was the staffs. they were definitely short-staffed and therestaurantwas packed. the servers were frowning most of the time and it took them a while to complete our orders and bring our bill.

we had ika geso karaage, san ten mori, gyu don and oyakodon.

the shrimp was fresh. hindi sya lasang calamares lang, so no worries. parang may tinge of saltiness dun sa squid and may certain crunch sya. the rice bowl (gyudon and oyakodon) is good enough for sharing if you're not that hungry since rice meal naman sya. feeling mo lang pricey yung place but the servings ng rice bo are quite sulit. may complementary miso soup na rin yata. they also offer cold barley tea or hot idk tea, but if you're not in to tea wag ka na humingi. haha. they also have complementary black seaweed.
san ten mori has salmon, squid with roe, and tuna. of course salmon is, as always, heavenly. you can never go wrong with salmon. :)

eto lang yung mej ayoko. the staff aren't as accommodating as i expected, considering na they have service charge. saka based on my experience kasi if therestaurantis pricey, usually the staff are really nice. i overheard one staff pa na parang foreigners (taiwanese) give higher tips. i leave tips when the staff deserve it pero kung may service charge na nga, sana pantay pantay na yung treatment kasi whether we like it or not, nag tip na kami e. yun lang, i hope they would be more attentive even to their kababayans.

i always order the yakisoba, spicy tuna crunch, gyoza and spicy tuna roll.

my sushi hard some hard parts that it was not possible to chew. the squid was not even easy to chew. had softer elsewhere. felt like therestaurantis not the same as it was before.

seryna is our go-to sushirestaurantin makati and we always sit by the bar to watch the chefs prepare our meal. it is better to go early as this place tends to be packed with people. if you are into nigiri, order the sushi gozen for variety and perhaps reorder an ala carte plate of whichever sushi you liked best from the platter. if you want to eat sushi but you get intimidated by nigiri, you can begin with a sushi roll instead. the salmon negi toro maki (scallion and salmon roll) is a good choice.

this is my favouriterestaurantin little tokyo. it is by far the cleanest in my opinion. their sashimi’s are always fresh and their salmon is sweet! their wagyu cubes are just incomparable their soft and melts in your mouth. during lunch their offer really yummy and super sulit lunch bento specials! i always look forward to coming back!

if you love japanese food thisrestaurantshould be in your top list to visit. the menu is extensive and the portions decent. we tried several sashimi and my favorite “saikoro” cube steak which i swear to god literally melts in your mouth. do make reservations if your a group, therestaurantgets full easily

kaisen gozen was insanely delicious! both quantity and quality of this lunch set was extremely satisfying! soup was amazing though it wasn't miso, so i don't know what to call it. the potato salad was terrific; i could taste kewpie! the 2 boxes filled with assorted generous servings of sashimi, veggies, and rice were very fresh and delicious! even the slimy sea urchin is noteworthy!

budget here during lunch is near php500 but you get what you pay for. there's no service charge and they serve refillable hot or cold tea. restroom has an interesting toilet set-up.restaurantis well-known for sashimi so make sure your tummy has a bit of food before you start eating raw.

overall, this place is expensive but worth it and perfect for occasions and romantic dates, or regular casual visits if you have the purchasing power.

this is the most authentic japaneserestauranti’ve ever tried. the place was actually quite intimidating when we first walked in since it was filled with japanese, it felt like we teleported to japan and was intruding some activity. it was a completely new experience.

this was where i had my first chirashi and i haven’t had anything better since. highly recommend this place 👍🏻

a goodrestaurantespecially for lunch. their sushi and sashimu are good and substantial. sitting is mafe in sort of compartments. the place is rather dark. no particular effort was made to create an atmosphere but food is good and reasonably priced. that is the most important thing after all.

the service is quick. the food is fresh. the flavors are authentic! and the ambience is a mix of modern and traditional izakaya.

it's pure joy sitting by the sushi counter, watching the chef prepare the food. if only they have nigiri omakase... *sigh!*

has my vote as bestrestaurantin little tokyo. dont miss the chirashi, the dish i keep going back to. can be pricey though. interior will need to be updated soon

tucked in a narrow street not so far from makati , thisrestaurantsupposedly serves some of the best japanese food in manila. crab salad was awesome , caledonia roll was ok , we have had better ones. highlight of the night soft shell crab , we ate the whole crab without removing the shell. it was nice of them to give us a table without a reservation, service was very prompt.
