we organized our staff night out at the pullman last evening, unfortunately we had a good atmosphere but disappointing night! firstly we purchased a groupon voucher the person on the phone mentioned that thursday night is bbq night and we need to pay extra for it, everyone agreed to pay 125 for soft drinks buffet and 225 for alcoholic package buffet. the buffet was purely indian food such as biryani, butter chicken, noodles,samosas and tandoori rotti, when we inquired from the waitress where is the bbq she said there is no bbq but the indian buffet we were looking at. this made us all very angry, another waiter then told us there was a buffet outdoor (waiters are useless at communicating information to customers). the buffet was terrible and disgusting, what kind of 6* hotel offer chicken tikka, lamb kofta and white sauce chicken for a bbq buffet???? do you guys consider this as bbq??? where is the meat, seafood or anything else? customers pay big money for this disgusting buffet, such a waste of money and thoroughly disappointing dinner!!! waiters need to be trained to communicate well and you guys definitely need to look into your buffet choices! in addition to that there was another staff party your waiters watched us being videoed by an unknown individual and when i spoke to him to mention it was inappropriate none of your employees wanted to interfere or help our table of even inquire if everything was alright such ignorant people! never will we return here for a buffet! below is the comment from their management, assuring me they will contact me to discuss this further it's 9 months now and nothing has come around! disgusting place will never ever visit it again for any great occasion!

variety of food mostly indian and arabic food. yummy mutton biryani, meat is very soft and moist. large selection of desserts. good ambiance.

went for their dinner buffet and all their dishes were quite good. however for the price paid the variety was very limited for the main course dishes. moreover their lamb, beef sirloin and salads were great. overall, the restaurant had a nice ambience and staff was very friendly.

when you pay 100 dirhams per person after a discount ( 150 originally ) you expect a wide variety of items to choose from and high end foods such as shrimps, steaks or what not the day i showed up none of that was present. the number of dishes was barely anything to brag about and the fancies thing on the menu was a roasted chicken.

the food is good but not outstanding. dessert section is probably the only one standing out in the buffet. overall choices are small for its price.more options possibly on bbq would be nice.  location is good and service is good.

went here to celebrate dad's bday with the family for friday lunch. the ambience was relaxed, the staff friendly and the food excellent! lots of options to choose from for all courses; and they even had an outdoor grill section. desserts were absolutely delectable, with the um ali being a personal favorite!would definitely recommend and visit again!

i had one of iftar buffets this ramadan at seasons after reading some really good reviews and finding a groupon voucher for it.
the food spread was really good, with a large selection of appetizers, salads, cheeses, mains and desserts. there weren't any of the dishes that i tried that were bad.
the servers pretty attentive and the place was adorned well with ramadan decorations.
overall, it is definitely one of the better iftars i've been to this year and i really liked the place.

visited the place on my wedding anniversary sometime back, it is a well decorated and setup place. we had buffet
all the dishes were very good specially the beaf steak and grilled fish was a stand out. deaerts were also very delicious and taste enriched - will surely pay a next visit soon.

we bought a groupon for 2 to the friday iftar at the seasons and called ahead to reserve our table.for starters, they do validate parking which was convenient and a nice touch to avoid paying an extra 30aed.now moving on, we made our way up to the restaurant which is located on the first floor and were directed to our table. our table was located on an outdoor deck that was completely sealed and air conditioned. now this would've been great had it been a sit down dinner, but since it was a buffet, it didn't make much sense. however it wasn't that big of a deal.at a first glance, the buffet seemed very impressive, with a wide range of desserts as well.

off we went for our first fill, the first fill was the usual cold mezza items such as hommos,tabboule,baba ghannouj,kebbe,sambousek... the only thing worth mentioning is the kebbe as it was great, the rest of the stuff was average at best.moving along to the hot dishes, with a wide variety, i started off with some lamb and again it was nothing special, as a matter of fact it was rather cold too. also from the hot selection is the spicy potato which typically is a can't miss, however again it was cold and some of the potato pieces were undercooked, same for the kafta with potato, extremely cold again. the pasta was good but again too simple and nothing special about it.finally the dessert section, visually it looked very impressive, a wide variety of both arabic and international sweets, however the taste is nothing like the looks.again, the umm ali was rather cold, so was the knefe and the creme brulee as you could taste some of the burnt bits. other than that the knefe was highly disappointing, same can be said for the atayef and the halewet al jeben, the achta was bland in taste, and so was the cheesecake. the tiramisu cup however was rather good and so was the chocolate cake.i was very disappointed with this visit, and to think the regular price is 258aed for this? plenty of things need to be addressed, most important the temperature of the food.

my review of seasons - if you're looking for a good place to break your fast at sunset, this restaurant has a decent sized buffet. with a variety of options, there is something for everyone.

i stuck around the salad station and dessert station as most of the items had meat in them, so if you are a meat eater, you won't have a problem filling your stomach up. the salad station had many fresh items and i really enjoyed the different hummus options.

i enjoyed the chickpea dish from the hot foods section of the buffet. each chickpea was cooked to perfection, and the flavours were nice. i loved how soft this dish was, and it went well with my salad options as well.

finally, i was happy with the dessert options that were offered here in the buffet. there was a nice ratio between western and arabian desserts. my favourite, however, was the walnut tart. the tart was a perfect sweet, and the crust was beautiful. i loved biting into a soft tart with the nice crunchy texture of the walnuts.

this restaurant deserves a rating of 4/5.

i ordered the iftar buffet.

the service was great here, despite one server who kept forgetting my watermelon juice. the finished plates were cleared from our table right away, which showed that the servers were attentive.

the ambience of the restaurant was decorated nicely for ramadan, and the buffet setup was beautiful. i loved how there was a terrace that you can sit at to enjoy your dinner while being under the dark skies and a bonus - it is air conditioned so you won't be sweating away. this restaurant is located in the pullman hotel in the jumeirah lake towers area.

definitely it was a bad value for money! we paid 129 aed instead 258 aed because we used entertainer! but even with entertainer it's not worth it

pullman hotel & residence located in jlt is at the hub of the city and an easy accessible one. overlooking the panoramic view of the city and dubai marina skyline it is an impressive property offering an upscale and modern stay.  i recently visited them to one of their restaurant known as seasons for the iftar review.

we went for friday brunch, i bought deal on groupon...it was super delicious food, everything was very tasty, nice restaurant, polite and helpful staff!❤️

breakfast,lunch and dinner amazing selection being buffet you have a lot of options and that make it great and quality of food i like it this is my usual spot and that is why i advise you try this place.
