i very rarely leave reviews but this caused us grief today! we were looking for a brunch on the cheaper side and like many people visiting friday brunches we had an entertainer voucher for buy one get one free so after ringing around getting prices chose seasons. on phoning to book we were informed that the brunch was 225 including house beverages (which for most hotels means with alcohol) but ended up getting stung with a much larger bill! on arrival they messed up our booking but could accommodate us and when seated was informed that the 225 was for the buffet and soft drinks only and would be an extra 125 each to add on alcohol. considering when we phoned to book they even asked if we had any vouchers this should definitely have been mentioned as now the cost was 475 for the two of us instead of the 225 we had been expecting. we spoke to the manager to explain and whilst we were deliberating leaving he came back to say that he would do the alcohol brunch for 225 so happy to continue for this price we had the brunch with alcohol. only when the bill came it was for 450 as he forgot to mention that we would not be eligible for using the voucher now which only meant 25aed difference from what it would have been anyway! by this point we reluctantly paid and left. this brunch was definitely not worth 450 dirhams! service was good (after a lot of confusion and miscommunication) but the quality and selection of food was quite limited in comparison to other brunches. we have lots of other vouchers for the buy one get one free on the entertainer and had we known the true cost i would have gone to the likes of latitude in jumeriah beach hotel/mina a'salam in madinat/caravan in ritz carlton/imperium in jumeriah zabeel saray all of which have similar prices for their brunch with the voucher but at a nicer hotel with a much vaster selection of foods. if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to brunch try flavours on two in towers rotana, 220 including alcohol (no hidden extras) and has greater selection and quality of food! the manager laughed at us and said no brunches would cost this low. he obviously needs to do his research as there are quite a few! we were not the only ones this day to be caught out a couple with 3 children next to us were also having the discussion with the waitress when she brought the bill as they had only had a couple of glasses of wine each and were then told about the extra charges! definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend to anyone else! we both felt our money would have been spent better elsewhere!

when you book/reserve a table in a prime hotel like this one, your expectations automatically raise. well not always. it was a shocker for me to see their thursday night buffet that lacked on everything. only one soup option with no real condiments on side, few salad options that were continuously running out and no one was bothering to replenish them, fresh meat items placed on buffet giving the image that you will be served fresh grilled food however that wasn't the case. all you get it super dry chicken, rubbery fish and one one gravy item on the whole buffet.buffet was missing tags for several sauces and items and even cooks weren't able to explain what those items were. one thing i liked was the cheese, nuts and bread selection but that wouldn't compensate for the overall buffet's lackluster-ness

ambiance was good and music was matching it however staff needs a lot training to know when to pick up the plates and how to serve the drinks because that's all they have to do in buffet service. height of cheating that they sold their buffet on groupon showing it's a discounted price but when you reach there, you find out it is actually the buffet price and you have been just fooled into thinking it was a discounted deal. truly pathetic. i wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

the ambience of the restaurant as soon as you enter feels really a good vibe to it, cozy, clean and have a great lighting on it, the food was great, however it is very limited on choices on the main courses but the fish that was cooked on cream was to die for, for me at least, and the live cooking at its finest, the salad bar was very filling and the dessert is fabulous, but all in all i love how the staff's attentiveness and friendly manner as they come and serve us, appreciate it that much,

so disappointing restaurant.... not worth a single dirham for food, no flavors no test with the worst choice of dishes, i have been lie to because i asked if there are more than arabic food for iftar but i was shocked for seeing inly arabic food.... bad baaaaaad choice.

the shock..... it was really shocking restaurant by all the means for food , i think they have beginners chefs theres, no one had test the food before they present it. the choice of food are extremely bad, the price 195 aed per person don't even deserve 20 aed. not recommended at all.

i called and inquired about the cuisine prior to making reservations for iftar. as i am not a bug fan of arabic food i asked if there would be other food other than arabic. the response i got was that iftar from 7 till 8.30 will have arabic food and then at 8.30 the buffet will change to an international buffet and i can continue from 8,30 onwards. to my surprise when i got there the arabic food was sub standard and they had no intentions of changing the buffet. in short i was lied to.

when i spoke to someone in charge his tone was condescending and said if he would get the chef to do a pasta for me. i could tell the pasta was made out of spite, undercooked and without any spices for taste.

i would never recommend this place to anyone

standard continental buffet breakfast spread with a live egg station. will rate the place average on most dimensions of service, food, ambience and warmth.

came here for saturday roast brunch using a timeout buy one get one free voucher & to be honest if i had to pay full price would have been sorely disappointed.

starters - pumpkin soup was very good, salad section was ok but no hot starters.

main - small selection overall. included indian, arabic, pizza & roast meat but no yorkshire puddings :( the roast beef & chicken were mediocre but the lamb chops were amazing - the highlight of the meal.

deserts - very poor selection with no chocolate items! the pistachio pannacota was runny but the umm ali was tasty.

drinks - the package included fizzy drinks & carton juices.

a nice additional touch was the cheeseboard.

the price for the soft drinks package is 195dhs which in my opinion is overpriced without using a voucher.

probably wouldn't be back unfortunately.

came here today for the thanksgiving buffet. i made a reservation over the phone after the lady told me they will have several turkey options (fried, roasted..ect) unfortunately there was only 1; roasted turkey. but let me not get ahead of myself, i'll start from the beginning.

the resteraunt is located in a stunning hotel; pullman hotel. free valet parking, beautiful lobby and very kind and welcoming staff.

seasons is on the first floor. it's beautifully designed. the interior designers really put thought into the design and i for one really appreciate that.

the restaurant was literally empty though. that really worried me. the buffet opened at 7, and my friends and i were the only ones there...

their food selection wasn't too vast. they had a mixture of arabic, indian and asian food. all of which tasted quite decent. my favorite item in the buffet was honestly not the turkey (too bland and dry) but was the salmon wellington. it honestly tasted very good. everything else was in the average category. their desserts were also limited but tasty, nonetheless.

was it worth the 195dhs i paid? no. i think it was a buffet that would have been fairly priced at 120dhs. but i suppose with all that food and only a few people to feed; they can't afford a lower price.

overall, i believe a decent 3/5 is fair. needs some tweaking here and there but overall average place to eat.

soooo disappointing !!
we wanted to try the italian restaurant manzoni- which turned out to be closed on a saturday, so we decided to go to seasons for their dinner buffet!!
the whole experience was awful as i was expecting international cuisine in a 5 star hotel which turned out to be - when it comes to the taste - like a cafe in karama , even worse - for 145 aed per person
very few options to choose from, and the cuisine turned out to be indian cuisine - which i wouldn't mind if they did it the proper way !!! the meat was smelly , the lentil soup a joke with indian spices , the pasta - tasteless !! even the deserts , few options and hilarious as they are fooling the guests !! not acceptable from a 5 star hotel

we went there using a groupon voucher.. the atmosphere is very romantic.. very quite and food is sooooo yummy.. ubfortunately there was no sea food at all on that day.. variety are moderately less.. but the quality of food covers that.
the original price is so high so highly recommended during offers time.

the ambiance is good as well the customer service.

quality of food was good, however, there wasn't much variety in starters. that's something which can be improved.

variety of dishes become improved compare to my previous visit from couple of moths ago. excellent service they provide and people are so initiative. ambiance of the restaurant is good enough to compare many other.
fruits dishes was testy and fresh.

to be fair, their unbeatable pricepoint and the possibility of getting unlimited everything was the sole reason why we even came. so you get what you paid for.

food was a hit or miss. i would say more miss than hit. they however did the clever thing of wowing you with the appetizers (good cheeses, prawns, crabs etc) that you kind of forgot that mains were disappointing and dessert was mediocre. 

service was more like an on-going battle of which of us 5 diners in our party would catch the attention of the waiter who seem to be managing all the tables in an otherwise full restaurant. nobody even asked proactively if we need drinks refill unless we ask them for it.

ambiance is okay. the hotel is new and jlt on a friday becomes calm and peaceful.

in summary, i would say if you're looking for a place to get 'okay' food and unlimited alcoholic beverages without breaking the bank, this is not a bad choice. but don't expect al qasr or imperium experience.

we loved it!!!!? great atmosphere, amazing value for money, friendly attentive staff, clowns and jazz music! all you need on casual friday brunch☺ food is good but could improve with meat and fish selection. crepe station is a bit annoying if you are seated close by as the oil burns on the hot plate the whole time and smells quite a lot. no whipped cream with waffles? our overall experience however was great!?we had a wonderful afternoon and defenately coming back!
