a below average experience at best - 

food - 2/5; nothing here is really much good - at max things are ok at best. in terms of starters, seasons fails to deliver even on basics / staples which dubai has to offer. the hummous (being one of the easiest things to make) was actually dry. the bresaola was average - very thin slices but the flavor was on par with what you get at carrefour. the tea infused chicken was interesting at best - the sweetness from the apples and the tea was unique but for some reason the dish didn't work all together - bits of it worked individually but overall it just didn't gel.

in terms of mains, i would recommend the roasted beef and the mutton chops; however both of them had their drawbacks. the roast beef was finished by 1:30 and the mutton chops were inconsistent; i had 5 and only 2 were juicy and moist, the remaining three were overcooked and dry.

the chicken (i can't remember the name) was bad - instead of bland food (that you normally find at big name hotels) the chicken had flavor however it wasn't a very welcome flavor. 

in terms of desserts, seasons again turned out to be a let down. the red-velvet cupcake was dry, the black forest mousse was too runny - the mousse wasn't well set and would drip. the creme brûlée and passion fruit panacotta were too thick and dry.

the brownies though were decent and would recommend.

ambience - 1/5; too busy, too noise, no privacy and a bit of a confused layout. because of the weird design, people queue up for food from both ends of the main table and often get clog in the middle. crossing from that point towards the dessert bar can be a bit of a challenge thereafter.

in terms of comfort, the place is ok but the loudness kind of is disturbing - this could be due to our table being right next to the saxophonist; who wasn't very skilled nor entertaining. 

service - 3/5; kind of ok - wasn't the best and the dirty plates would remain on your table for quite a while.

quite frankly, we went to this place only because of a coupon - at 195 though, other places have way better food / ambience to offer.

we would recommend this iftar for the huuuge variety of food and ramadan drinks: detox water, jallab, ayran, kumaruddin.. live pasta station, salads, vines leaves, ouzi lamb and biryani rice, fish (basic), falafel, beans, amaaaazing shawarma 😍 the place was a little crowded though and the desserts looked a lot better than they tasted but all in all, not a bad deal.

opinion – food guide official visited pullman jlt to try out their brunch at seasons restaurant. the brunch offers extensive dishes ranging from international, indian, mediterranean and italian cuisine. the grills were decent especially with sauces to improve the taste. biryani was a bit dry. daal makhani was on point. they also have a great selection of desserts to spoil yourself.

seasons restaurant serves one of the best brunches is located @pullmanjlt a culturally rich hotel. 

truly an affordable place for whole family, they had a huge selection of appetizers, main course and desserts.

one can visit for wide variety of italian specials like pizza, pasta and panini. some of medley’s house specialties are mezzeh platters and mixed grills. revisit time-honoured classics like caesar or indian curries. dishes burst with flavour.
adding to this they have two pieces band playing some excellent cover version, truly a nice addition to the vibe.

excellent buffet for lunch highly recommended for family and friends gatherings ..

what an amazing simple place for friday brunch! loved the ambience, welcoming staff, excellent chef, services and delicious food! joined them for friday brunch happens between 1pm - 4pm and variety was amazing! roasted beef and biryani was my favourite. stuffed fish was ok, but could be better. mushroom soup was delicious. dessert bar had so much variety and everything was delicious! loved red velvet and chocolate cake. outdoor seating area is huge and perfect weather to sit. all sops were followed, staff was serving the food and noone was touching spoons and utensils. manager was checking everyone if they are ok ( appreciated). it was a busy friday afternoon and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

a really good brunch option for brunch, with friendly staff, food options are what u want to eat with an inexpensive package, under-rated they should’ve more people coming over (they just opened after the corona thing) recommend!

pullman jlt has a fantastic all day dining option cashed seasons where they offer an incredibly affordable buffet with different themes throughout the week, topped off with the fabulous seafood night in thursdays that all of dubai looks forward to. i particularly enjoy pullman because they are a hidden gem of a 5 star that not many people know about so it is very easy to have the restaurant to yourself. for those that do know about pullman, they are treated to a great meal at an incredible price.

went for a friday brunch. the food options were quite with continental, arabic, indian and italian. the live counter had lamb chops and grilled prawns which were prepared very well. the desserts spread was vast with a lot of french pastries and other international options. make a lot of space for these desserts.

we were here for the ramadan iftar buffet (last ramadan but for some reason missed out on reviewing this place) and must say it was kind of crowded not to our liking. the desserts and the fruit counter can be better with more options.

the restaurant is located in the pullman hotel with vast seating space and plenty of room for large groups.i went there on wednesday for the asian night. perfect ambience to enjoy the indo asian menu on the buffet spread.

the salad counter has a fusion of arabic, asian and indo themed choices. the food is a mixture of indo asian night with varied options. they have a make your own pani puri counter. a sushi counter with many varieties of fresh made sushi. they had a laksa station live its a malaysian delicacy of noodles and veggies and chicken.

the main course was good with fish, meat, duck , chicken curries and gravies to opt for. they had dim sim, soups and crackers for starters as well.

the dessert station was too good. like they say there is no better way to bring people together then desserts.hot desserts like
gulab jamun, umm ali, gajar halwa. and cold dessets like cakes, cheesecakes, pudding jars, mouses, tarts and many more.

the team of chef and host were amazing with their service and hospitality. mr. roshan and supervisor mr. manish especially were very friendly and humbled to make our experience very comfortable.
i should soon try their friday brunch. such an amazing experience and 5 star food and service.

pullman jumeirah lakes towers is a 5-star hotel which is ideally located in jlt facing the sheikh zayed road. it is a beautiful hotel with modern facilities & has the gorgeous panoramic view of dubai skyline.

seasons restaurant is on the first floor, offering all-day dining concept. it has a massive friday brunch buffet with variety of items. on friday, the place was crowded with families having a great time. the restaurant has a modern décor and they have optimally utilized all the space, even have a separate kid’s play area. a clown was there to cheer the kids while parents could enjoy their food. there is also an outdoor sitting area which would be ideal during winters for evening gatherings. the live singing by the lady was pleasant and entertaining. the staff was super energetic and the service was outclass. they were attentive and at sight throughout for any assistance.

the buffet included almost everything; soups & salads sections, chicken/beef dishes, seafood, ribs, even sushi! it also had separate live cooking stations for pasta, shawarma and mexican tacos. indian dishes were placed in outdoor section. there was a large corner area dedicated to desserts and fruits. in short, the buffet had everything for everyone. all the items were absolutely fresh and excellent in taste. i tried to mix up my plate to taste maximum dishes and i was impressed. the food overall was pleasant and flavorful. pasta, shawarma and biriyani were my favorite. everything in the desserts section was masterpiece, i tried few of the items and they tasted as good as they appeared.

apart from all these delectable items, they also had shisha on the menu. so people can just hang out and have a wonderful time. i had a delightful experience at the seasons restaurant and would recommend all my followers to visit. it is also available on entertainer which makes it irresistible, literally.
