here comes another iftar on the row and now it is at season’s restaurant located inside pullman jlt. located on the first floor the seasons restaurant that lays out abrunchfeaturing a range of international cuisine. but today i am about to write about the lavish spread of iftar. my hubby loved the chicken vermicelli soup done with lemon and coriander.

experience rating – 7/10

dishes tried – buffet (biryani, pasta, daal makhani, meat and seafood grills, desserts)

opinion – food guide official visited pullman jlt to try out theirbrunchat seasons restaurant. thebrunchoffers extensive dishes ranging from international, indian, mediterranean and italian cuisine. the grills were decent especially with sauces to improve the taste. biryani was a bit dry. daal makhani was on point. they also have a great selection of desserts to spoil yourself.

what an amazing simple place for friday brunch! loved the ambience, welcoming staff, excellent chef, services and delicious food! joined them for fridaybrunchhappens between 1pm - 4pm and variety was amazing! roasted beef and biryani was my favourite. stuffed fish was ok, but could be better. mushroom soup was delicious. dessert bar had so much variety and everything was delicious! loved red velvet and chocolate cake. outdoor seating area is huge and perfect weather to sit. all sops were followed, staff was serving the food and noone was touching spoons and utensils. manager was checking everyone if they are ok ( appreciated). it was a busy friday afternoon and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

a really goodbrunchoption for brunch, with friendly staff, food options are what u want to eat with an inexpensive package, under-rated they should’ve more people coming over (they just opened after the corona thing) recommend!

pullman jumeirah lakes towers is a 5-star hotel which is ideally located in jlt facing the sheikh zayed road. it is a beautiful hotel with modern facilities & has the gorgeous panoramic view of dubai skyline.

seasons restaurant is on the first floor, offering all-day dining concept. it has a massive fridaybrunchbuffet with variety of items. on friday, the place was crowded with families having a great time. the restaurant has a modern décor and they have optimally utilized all the space, even have a separate kid’s play area. a clown was there to cheer the kids while parents could enjoy their food. there is also an outdoor sitting area which would be ideal during winters for evening gatherings. the live singing by the lady was pleasant and entertaining. the staff was super energetic and the service was outclass. they were attentive and at sight throughout for any assistance.

the buffet included almost everything; soups & salads sections, chicken/beef dishes, seafood, ribs, even sushi! it also had separate live cooking stations for pasta, shawarma and mexican tacos. indian dishes were placed in outdoor section. there was a large corner area dedicated to desserts and fruits. in short, the buffet had everything for everyone. all the items were absolutely fresh and excellent in taste. i tried to mix up my plate to taste maximum dishes and i was impressed. the food overall was pleasant and flavorful. pasta, shawarma and biriyani were my favorite. everything in the desserts section was masterpiece, i tried few of the items and they tasted as good as they appeared.

apart from all these delectable items, they also had shisha on the menu. so people can just hang out and have a wonderful time. i had a delightful experience at the seasons restaurant and would recommend all my followers to visit. it is also available on entertainer which makes it irresistible, literally.

went for friday familybrunchand it was awesome.. with an array of international dishes which include cooked-to-order meats, pasta stations, sushi counter, live cooking stations, a bbq, healthy corner and desert corner it was really worth for money.. staff were so humble anf always ready for our service.
the little ones dines for free, an they had lots of fun in play area and enjoy activities such as balloon twisting, face painting.. enjoy urbrunchwith live concert in the background..

the fridaybrunchat seasons restaurant is an absolute not-to-miss event for the entire family. its one of the best family oriented brunches i’ve been to, in dubai. the entire restaurant was abuzz with activity and i found a lot of kids enjoying their time at the special kids play area, where a separate kids menu replete with burgers, fries, pop corn, candy floss- the works were facilitated for them to enjoy. the play area also had kids bean bags and slides for the kids to play and the space was manned by a special kids caretaker, assigned to let the little ones enjoy their game as their parents indulge in the elaborate international buffet.  
the food was, needless to say – amazing! the variety of dishes on offer aplenty and there was something for every taste and preference. the best part was the live band that played classic english music all afternoon. it was a friday afternoon well spent.  christine the waitress paid very meticulous attention to detail. she knew i preferred sparkling water over normal water and i preferred it with ice cubes and a slice of lime. i give her a 5/5 for her attention to details and impressive service.

seasons restaurant is an amazing place to dine in. its all worth it. from the food down to the service you can experience. seafoods night every thursday is the reason where you wanna go back again and again. and the offer of having access pool after familybrunchevery friday is one of a kind offer.

"one of the best family brunches, value for money, fantastic service"

truly an affordable place for the whole family, if fridaybrunchis your thing. honestly friday cannot get any better than this. pullman jlt is such a calming place and something that you can thoroughly enjoy with your whole family, kids specially. they have kids play area, drawing, a dessert section and all. adding to this, they have a two piece band playing some excellent cover version, not too loud so it doesn't spoil the conversations over the table but truly a nice addition to the vibe.

we had a festivebrunchon a friday for a group of six. we loved the meat and seafood at the live cooking station. the desserts are not overwhelmingly sweet, which we really like. excellent staff service as everyone is very friendly and accommodating of our requests.

we also enjoyed the live band serenading us in the background! overall a great dining experience! great value for money.

brunch at seasons is a convenient way to spend friday afternoon if you live in jlt as it’s just a walk away. there is complimentary valet for those who reserve to driving.

the place has a community feel and a pop-up bar, kids corner, free wifi, buffet with options ranging from seafood and sushi to curries plus a live cooking station, grill. 

there is a lovely band playing soft background tunes too.

alcoholicbrunchprice communicated and agreed upon by phone during booking was way different than that on zomato and hotel website and the bill came with no relation to any of the above methods (even the entertainer). this created a problem for all 8 persons on our table (and many others as can be seen on other review posts); restaurant staff were so poor and unprofessional in tackling this issue. although food and ambiance were excellent, it was all spoiled due to above issue. you must know that customers are kings and must be preserved for later bookings. this will negatively affect your credibility. i recommend hotel and restaurant staff to start working on this issue asap and urgently. first step can be by training the staff and bring mature or experienced ones.

horrible experience. definitely will not go back there. worst service and staff ever. they are not transparent about prices. on zomato the price for the alcoholicbrunchis 179. on the hotel website the price is 209 for the alcoholic package. when we called the hotel for booking they informed us that the price is 245 for the alcoholicbrunchbut the bill came with 390 for the alcoholic package. the staff and manager were very rude when we informed them that this is not the price that has been communicated to us. they don't even deserve the 1 for the rating.

the food was really good. loved the seafood items, salads and vegetable biryani they have some seriously good tasting chocolate buttons and mango panna cotta for desserts
one complaint though: no breakfast items like waffles/pancakes etc. they shouldn't call it a brunch. i mean this was just a general saturday lunch buffet
