recently visitedseasonsfor their pre-ramadan iftaar buffet, and well it was lovely! 

they had a huge selection of appetizers and desserts which was fantastic! i also loved the variety of food and juices served! the best part was that almost all of the desserts were middle eastern-based and delicious. 

well, they also have some of the best sushi here which was lip-smacking tasty. one interesting thing was the seaweed kept near the sushi, never have i ever liked seaweed - but i thought of trying this one - it was absolutely delicious (well marinated i suppose!). also, tried the veg pasta and veg biryani which was decent. i just wished that they kept a label/ dish name in front of every dish, as it wasn't easy to figure out veg/ non-veg. 

service is good. the staff was attentive. and friendly even after the place was crowded. given the price of aed 129, i think it was a good deal for a person who can eat all!

in overall, a good experience and would recommend for a family or business iftar.

here is my first review of this ramadan’s iftar which began atseasonsrestaurant situated in pullman jlt. this was my second visit to the restaurant, i had pleasant dining memories from last year. so again with the start of ramadan , hotel offers great ramadan deals for iftar & suhoor. season restaurant has ample seating outdoor and indoor. pullman jlt has a wide lobby .

my first iftar invite of this pious month was fromseasonsrestaurant- pullman jlt. i got a chance to try their iftar buffet with my fellow bloggers. i have been to pullman dcc many times but it was my first time here in jlt. pullman dubai jlt offeras an array of middle eastern and international specialites in relaxed and family-friendly setting of seasos restaurant and la vue covered and air conditioned outdoor terrace lounge.

there are buffets for iftar and this year i've been to some fabulous ones so far. the iftar buffet atseasonshas a great deal for uae residents and has some amazingly fresh and tasty food along with a great variety.

the place was crowded simply showing its popularity and there were happy faces everywhere with people enjoying the food and the ambience. the service for a buffet spread is exceptionally good with the staff being very attentive to clear out plates very quickly. 

the spread is great with a huge variety of salads, supremely fresh hot mezze, the lamb ouzi, chicken roast and a variety of mains. of course, it goes without saying that you will be spoilt for choice with the desserts.

to break the fast, there were some dry fruits on the table and the efficient staff kept on refilling water. for one who is fasting, drinking plenty of water after iftar is a must and these guys have you covered. i started with the cold mezze and enjoyed the fattoush, the hummus with meat and the regular hummus. the cold mezze were very very good. what impressed me more were the sambosek, meat kibbeh and the spring rolls. 

i tried the lamb ouzi which clearly stood out in taste. there were some unassumingly tasty dishes such as the penne pasta with mushroom sauce and chicken shawarma. the shawarma had sliced chicken pieces perfectly grilled and placed with bread. this gives a choice to diners to have it with or without bread.

in the mains, i thoroughly enjoyed the samak harra - the fish in a thick sauce. the fish was extremely fresh. i also had the vegetable biryani and the butter chicken. there is so much attention to detail that the biryani had raita (yogurt), pickles and apricot sauce kept with it. the butter chicken went very well with the biryani as it was perfectly creamy.

its difficult to do justice to an iftar buffet when you have been fasting all day and i can tell you that this buffet for sure offers something for every taste bud.

the desserts station is huge and one can say its a iftar buffet by itself. there are plenty of international and mediterranean selection of desserts. one sweet dish that caught my attention was the rice pudding that had mango pulp in it. it was very different that the regular rice puddings. then there were cakes from which i tried the tiramisu, chocolate deviled cake and the blueberry cheesecake. from he selection of arabic desserts, i tried the basbusa and loved it.

here comes another iftar on the row and now it is at season’s restaurant located inside pullman jlt. located on the first floor theseasonsrestaurant that lays out a brunch featuring a range of international cuisine. but today i am about to write about the lavish spread of iftar. my hubby loved the chicken vermicelli soup done with lemon and coriander.

its interior is modern, bright and cheerful, with a wrapped of oriental and african heritage.. 
last night i came to try their pre- ramadan iftar .
the iftar buffet atseasonsdoes not disappoint you with huge sections covering salads and starters, mains and desserts. 
with amazing  live cooking stations, the most popular being the giant lamb qozi. the variety of dishes on aplenty and there was something for every taste and preference
their dessert section is stupendous.
service is very good. the staff are generally friendly and attentive.
highly recommended during ramadan time 👍🏼

i was invited for an iftar buffet dinner atseasonsin pullman jlt on the second day of ramadan this year.  in spite of reaching on time and getting to explore the display of food at my own pace, i  found myself discovering a new section every time i got up to fill up my  plate. that is how extensive the spread was !. a welcoming staff and the lustrous interior kept the atmosphere lively all night.

a below average experience at best - 

food - 2/5; nothing here is really much good - at max things are ok at best. in terms of starters,seasonsfails to deliver even on basics / staples which dubai has to offer. the hummous (being one of the easiest things to make) was actually dry. the bresaola was average - very thin slices but the flavor was on par with what you get at carrefour. the tea infused chicken was interesting at best - the sweetness from the apples and the tea was unique but for some reason the dish didn't work all together - bits of it worked individually but overall it just didn't gel.

in terms of mains, i would recommend the roasted beef and the mutton chops; however both of them had their drawbacks. the roast beef was finished by 1:30 and the mutton chops were inconsistent; i had 5 and only 2 were juicy and moist, the remaining three were overcooked and dry.

the chicken (i can't remember the name) was bad - instead of bland food (that you normally find at big name hotels) the chicken had flavor however it wasn't a very welcome flavor. 

in terms of desserts,seasonsagain turned out to be a let down. the red-velvet cupcake was dry, the black forest mousse was too runny - the mousse wasn't well set and would drip. the creme brûlée and passion fruit panacotta were too thick and dry.

the brownies though were decent and would recommend.

ambience - 1/5; too busy, too noise, no privacy and a bit of a confused layout. because of the weird design, people queue up for food from both ends of the main table and often get clog in the middle. crossing from that point towards the dessert bar can be a bit of a challenge thereafter.

in terms of comfort, the place is ok but the loudness kind of is disturbing - this could be due to our table being right next to the saxophonist; who wasn't very skilled nor entertaining. 

service - 3/5; kind of ok - wasn't the best and the dirty plates would remain on your table for quite a while.

quite frankly, we went to this place only because of a coupon - at 195 though, other places have way better food / ambience to offer.

experience rating – 7/10

dishes tried – buffet (biryani, pasta, daal makhani, meat and seafood grills, desserts)

opinion – food guide official visited pullman jlt to try out their brunch atseasonsrestaurant. the brunch offers extensive dishes ranging from international, indian, mediterranean and italian cuisine. the grills were decent especially with sauces to improve the taste. biryani was a bit dry. daal makhani was on point. they also have a great selection of desserts to spoil yourself.

pullman jlt has a fantastic all day dining option cashedseasonswhere they offer an incredibly affordable buffet with different themes throughout the week, topped off with the fabulous seafood night in thursdays that all of dubai looks forward to. i particularly enjoy pullman because they are a hidden gem of a 5 star that not many people know about so it is very easy to have the restaurant to yourself. for those that do know about pullman, they are treated to a great meal at an incredible price.

pullman jumeirah lakes towers is a 5-star hotel which is ideally located in jlt facing the sheikh zayed road. it is a beautiful hotel with modern facilities & has the gorgeous panoramic view of dubai skyline.

seasons restaurant is on the first floor, offering all-day dining concept. it has a massive friday brunch buffet with variety of items. on friday, the place was crowded with families having a great time. the restaurant has a modern décor and they have optimally utilized all the space, even have a separate kid’s play area. a clown was there to cheer the kids while parents could enjoy their food. there is also an outdoor sitting area which would be ideal during winters for evening gatherings. the live singing by the lady was pleasant and entertaining. the staff was super energetic and the service was outclass. they were attentive and at sight throughout for any assistance.

the buffet included almost everything; soups & salads sections, chicken/beef dishes, seafood, ribs, even sushi! it also had separate live cooking stations for pasta, shawarma and mexican tacos. indian dishes were placed in outdoor section. there was a large corner area dedicated to desserts and fruits. in short, the buffet had everything for everyone. all the items were absolutely fresh and excellent in taste. i tried to mix up my plate to taste maximum dishes and i was impressed. the food overall was pleasant and flavorful. pasta, shawarma and biriyani were my favorite. everything in the desserts section was masterpiece, i tried few of the items and they tasted as good as they appeared.

apart from all these delectable items, they also had shisha on the menu. so people can just hang out and have a wonderful time. i had a delightful experience at theseasonsrestaurant and would recommend all my followers to visit. it is also available on entertainer which makes it irresistible, literally.

it’s almost weekend this thursday head down to @pullmanjlt its seafood night out there every thursdays .. how exciting is that !

loved the food service and ambiance and most importantly felt it was great value for money. it’s perfect for your seafood cravings . they do have lot more varieties of desserts along with it ..highly recommended 👍🏼

the friday brunch atseasonsrestaurant is an absolute not-to-miss event for the entire family. its one of the best family oriented brunches i’ve been to, in dubai. the entire restaurant was abuzz with activity and i found a lot of kids enjoying their time at the special kids play area, where a separate kids menu replete with burgers, fries, pop corn, candy floss- the works were facilitated for them to enjoy. the play area also had kids bean bags and slides for the kids to play and the space was manned by a special kids caretaker, assigned to let the little ones enjoy their game as their parents indulge in the elaborate international buffet.  
the food was, needless to say – amazing! the variety of dishes on offer aplenty and there was something for every taste and preference. the best part was the live band that played classic english music all afternoon. it was a friday afternoon well spent.  christine the waitress paid very meticulous attention to detail. she knew i preferred sparkling water over normal water and i preferred it with ice cubes and a slice of lime. i give her a 5/5 for her attention to details and impressive service.

brunch atseasonsis a convenient way to spend friday afternoon if you live in jlt as it’s just a walk away. there is complimentary valet for those who reserve to driving.

the place has a community feel and a pop-up bar, kids corner, free wifi, buffet with options ranging from seafood and sushi to curries plus a live cooking station, grill. 

there is a lovely band playing soft background tunes too.

the best part of the brunch is deserts and chocolate station (in my opinion).
