i did the hardest thing in the world on thursday.

it is what my running coach calls a hills session. or what i would call an hour of blood, sweat and tears.

we ran ‘the owl’ track. it was the steepest track i have seen and now conquered. 6 times.

i really thought given i gave my coach a cupcake he might go easy on me. i really believed when i reached the top on the fifth time he would say ‘don’t worry about the last one’.

i was wrong. holy moly what a workout.

i was hungry all day.

i refueled with a big breakfast of eggs, tomato and baked beans.

and for dinner butter chicken and papadums.

and more cupcakes.

friday meant holidays. but i still headed to crossfit and totally nailed the wod.

it was 100 double unders, 800m run and then 5 rounds of 20 shoulder taps, 15 push ups, 10 hang power cleans. another 800m run and 100 double unders. i was first to finish! mainly be

love it!! service was excellent, food was delicious (even the pickiest person in my family thought it was outstanding!!). would definitely recommend for couples, families, girls night or any other occasion!! coffee was the best in noosa. waiters were lovely.

we've eaten here a few times but never again. food has to be asked for several times, staff poorly trained to downright rude and the manager/maitre d felt the need to argue with us rather than apologise for late, cold food. even kicked us out for it! awful experience.

not sure what the previous reviewer is on about but i suppose if you can't spell restaurant you may not be the best judge of one. we have eaten at seasons several times over our last couple of visits to noosa and service and food have been exceptional every time. the seafood antipasto is a must.

8 of us ordered few dishes for lunch. and the only feeling that we share is wtf is this sh*t they were cooking. the only thing that is soso is the fish and chips and you can have it anywhere else for less than 20 bucks. 82% like for this restourant is so fake. it deserves 8%. worst dining experience during my stay in aus.

best breakfast in noosa, just a tiny bit over priced, but i guess everything is here

our breakfast was nothing short of fantastic. the service was outstanding, view stunning and food was so fresh and delicious. the coffee was also wonderful.

nice spot for a spot of lunch.... enjoyed this lovely beachfront location just off hastings street, where we received pleasant service, and nice food off their lunch menu.

the wagyu beef burger, avocado, bacon, gruyere cheese, green tomato relish and cos lettuce with chips was the pick for value at the table...

breakfast with a view. after a refreshing walk in the glorious sunshine, we enjoyed a great breakfast looking out over the ocean. loved the fresh juice - we had the pineapple/mint and beetroot/apple/ginger ones. good service, well priced & yummy food. can't ask for more than that.

yum!. seriously the best ever field mushrooms! service immaculate, with a freshly squeezed juice arriving just minutes after sitting down. and unlike everywhere else, the coffee arrives when you want it! (at the end of the meal for me).

yum. the best fish and chips i can remember eating. seriously!

season is a great restaurant, the entree knocks your socks off, the main blasts you out of the water and the desert is to good for words! come along to season, you won't regret it.

i've been here a couple times now. beautiful spot on the beach. friendly service, good food, nice atmosphere. the fish and chips is just that, but the steak is delicious. no real complaints but in no rush to go back

my partner & i had dinner here last night and we thoroughly enjoyed it despite the oppressive humidity of the evening. the wait staff were friendly & thoughtful. my partner was really feeling the heat when the waiter brought over a large glass of ice & an extra napkin to make a cold compress. we had the special of night crisp skinned barramundi with tempura prawns & mango salsa which was offered with a glass of rose for $30 - all delishious. highlight was the basil ice cream with vanilla mascarpone cheesecake - very refreshing & not too sweet.
