i did the hardest thing in the world on thursday.
it is what my running coach calls a hills session. or what i would call an hour of blood, sweat and tears.
we ran ‘the owl’ track. it was the steepest track i have seen and now conquered. 6 times.

i really thought given i gave my coach a cupcake he might go easy on me. i really believed when i reached the top on the fifth time he would say ‘don’t worry about the last one’.

i was wrong. holy moly what a workout.
i was hungry all day.
i refueled with a big breakfast of eggs, tomato and baked beans.

friday meant holidays. but i still headed to crossfit and totally nailed the wod.
it was 100 double unders, 800m run and then 5 rounds of 20 shoulder taps, 15 push ups, 10 hang power cleans. another 800m run and 100 double unders. i was first to finish! mainly be
