was there over the long weekend having not been for about 10+ years. wasn't surprised to see it was as busy as ever.
luckily we didn't have towaitfor seating, as there were 2 of us, unlike some people who were forced towaitin the wind and cold for 20+ mins to be seated. so consider this when going there without a booking - be prepared to wait.

we only stopped by for drinks and snacks, so couldn't try anything major on the menu. however, we tried the feta focaccia.. honestly in the top 3 pizzas i've ever eaten in my life. highly recommend it! it's a must have. trust me. do it.

only complaint was about the cocktails. we were told they don't have a speciality cocktail menu, but could make us what we wanted. so we ordered a strawberry daquiri and a long island. the long island was super tasty but the daquiri failed in all respects. it was not nearly as icy and as thick as it should be, and was made super sweet with syrup as opposed to strawberry juice and fresh berries - it was virtually syrup in a glass. would recommend focusing some attention on cocktails as i think it would be a very popular addition to the menu when you take into account the demographics of the patrons and the location!

pizza and mussels were good. would not recommend the fish carpaccio, it did t have much taste. the service was standard and be prepared towaitfor a seat as they don’t take bookings, even in peak times.

this is easily the best restaurant in and around plett! we arrived for a late dinner and were seated outside with a view of the sea. we didwaita little while to be given a menu, but, to be fair, the place was packed. once we had ordered, our food and drinks arrived promptly. the food was outstanding - my pasta came in such a huge portion that i had enough to take home for two meals! my husband said his pizza was very good and not oily at all.

make sure you arrive at least 20 minutes before you want to eat so you can put your name down on the waiting list... this place is popular and for good reason. the view on its own is enough to make thewaitworthwhile but the food is also magnificent. try a boma and some wine while watching the sunset over the sea. magical.

we ate here twice during our stay in keurbooms. yes, it is a problem to get a table during season but thewaitis well worth the effort. i had a stumpnose (linefish) the first time (sq on the menu) and was a little shocked that it turned out to be r300 but it was lovely. the second time i had a rump to die for (served rare with rocket, parmesan shavings and olive oil)

after being willing towaitan hour and a half to be seated. the waiter treated us so kindly that we left him the money for our bottle of wine and left for another restaurant. won't be returning to try the so called good food. very unsatisfied with the staff's snotty attitude.

wonderful setting, stunning sunset sea views, charming hosts (enrico and his wife) - great pizzas. huge seating (around 400 outside in december). be prepared towaitin a queue from 5pm onwards for over an hour to get a tablepizzas good, salad average, but pastas in peak season are poor, expensive for what you get - the seafood pasta at around r140 with 3 little shrimp, 2 pieces of calamari and 4 pieces of linefish, and 2 mussels, with a basic tomato sauce is underwhelminglinefish is also very expensive for small piece in peak season, especially considering his deep sea fishing boats that go out each day

now been there twice in the last 10 days. the first time we ordered pizza. they were among the best pizzas we have had. i had the seafood send my wife had a vegetarian. both were great, no skimping on the ingredients.
on our second visit we both had veal. my wife had the vest marsala while i had the oso buco. i can recommend both.bsetvice wad good both times, the view is great, and the atmosphere is good. just beware you can't book in advance and might have towaitfor a table, especially in busy periods.

yes there was a 1.5hrwaitbut boy it was worth it. breathtaking views and an even more spectacular sunset. the pizza was terrific, you could taste the ingredients were of a high quality. starter caprese was superb, best buffalo mozzarella i have had for a while. waiters were great despite the hectic crowd. throw in a touch of live music and you have a winner. for me the best restaurant in plett. slight concern was the alcohol that seemed slightly watered down but hey. bravo enrico!! a true gem of a place in beautiful keurboomstrand.

i've heard great things about this restaurant so we really had to go. waited to be seated for a hour which we were told is normal. the views were spectacular & the waiters were friendly. we ordered three pizzas and one calamari meal. the food toke ridiculously long (1 and a half hours).. although the restaurant was filled to capacity, 3 pizzas & calamari shouldn't take so long. the food was delicious but couldn'twaitthat long again.

i have always loved this restaurant - located on keurbooms beach with views for days, vibey and boasting possibly the best pizzas in sa!

and this time was no different! we popped in for an early lunch and a few chilled beers. as plett is entirely packed over season, it is recommended to get there as early as possible - the restaurant opens at 12, and even though we arrived a few minutes before, there was already a queue of loyal patrons. but this is what makes enrico's so special - from the time we stepped into the line, waiting to be seated, the hostess informed us that they needed towaitfor a waiter to walk you to your table to ensure we got the best possible service! and we sure did - our waitress was friendly and on absolute top form, ensuring we had cold drinks in our hands within minutes, on her own initiative brought out the kids food before everyone else's as not to leave little tummies hungry and ensured that every need was catered to and expectations managed throughout.

the food lived up to expectations - thin, crispy based pizzas loaded with fresh toppings and served hot, straight from the oven!

one of plett's gems, a restaurant and team that understand service and quality produce - would recommend any day!

considering the food was good and the view was amazing we waited quite awhile to get served between our meals, our waiter did apologise for thewaitnon the less. but its not nice having to move all your stuff from the table when it starts to rain and then stand around waiting to find your own dry table.

spectacular views, delicious food and great service. the restaurant was packed all afternoon but they ran a completely seamless queue and never failed to ensure we were looked after. can'twaitto go back!

ristorante enrico was a great dining experience that had everything a star costal restaurant should - excellent service from well-trained enthusiastic staff, delicious, interesting italian food and a fun atmosphere overlooking the indian ocean from an outdoor deck with live music from a local busker. having the flamboyant italian restaurant owner himself interacting with diners made for an amusing as well as authentic dining experience. being right on the beach, a leisurely walk after dinner was well worth it. even through the restaurant was a bit of a drive from knysna, it was well worth the drive there and back. enjoy a glass of their fine local wines and make sure that you're early for dinner else you can expect towaitfor the hotly contested tables.
