awesome service we had a great waitress. the food was really good also! glad to find a good mexicanrestaurantwhile on vacation! will recommend this as a go to place!

excellent mexican food, from the nachos and sauce in the beginning to the main dish and desserts. prices are good as with most mexican restaurants, wait staff attentive. food quality is top notched. the inside of therestaurantdoes seems dimly lit but the atmosphere is good.

must get the mexican cuban sandwich!. i would almost bet that most customers over look the sandwich section of a mexicanrestaurant, because i usually do....but do not over look this one, the mexican cuban sandwich is absolutley amazing. almost a footlong fresh hot loaf of bread with the typical mayo/mustard blend with melted cheese, panfried ham, then add carnita(mexican mojo marinated pulled pork) add lettuce tomato and avocado!!! served with fries and pickled jalapenos! a different twist on the traditonal cuban but works phenomenally!!

quality going down. i used to eat here atleast once a week when it was toro bravo. food and service were consistently great. unfortunately, since new ownership the quality of the food and cleanliness of therestaurantis steadily going down. so sad.

dont go here. if you want an honest review- here it is! i have been going to toro bravo ( therestaurantthats exactly the same but name changed to rio bravo) for years. recently i have been extremely disappointed! first of all, the servers and management dont know what they are doing. the manager is rude and i get a bad feeling when i go into this restaurant. somethings not right. and the food isnt worth it. i would much rather go to mariachis which is right up the street, just dont order there ground beef. its not the best but everything else, and the people are sooooooooo much better there!

now on 9mile road in p'cola!. open in the former joey patti's on 9mile rd., we ordered 2 appetizers, chicken fajitas, flautas, mexican burrito and drinks for 3 adults. our bill came to $40. chips and 2 types of salsa arrive( as the usual mexrestaurantfreebie) chipotle and a hotter type. chipotle definitely homemade and very good. good carmelization on the fajitas, very flavorful. my party was happy with their food, wait staff and the fact they serve beer and huge margaritas....we will be back.

we're from out of town and were looking for a mexicanrestaurantnear pensacola beach. saw the reviews for thisrestaurantand decided to give it a try. a little concerned when we pulled up to the place since it was in a strip mall that shared a parking lot with walmart, but we entered determined not to judge the book by it's cover. although the inside isn't anything special, the food more than made up for its lack of luster. i just want to confirm that thisrestaurantlived up to the hype. everything we ordered was delicious. we would recommend thisrestaurantto anyone looking for a great mexican meal. we'll definitely return here on our next trip.

consistently awesome. the salsa is delicious, my quesadilla has been consistently awesome, and the prices are reasonable. therestaurantitself is very clean and the staff friendly. we go here often-it is the kind of place that everyone in our group enjoys.
