a fabulous restaurant. my family loved pizzeria stella. bestspaghettiwe've tasted outside italy. the tartufo (truffles) pizza was sublime, as was the pistachio pizza. plus the eggplant calzone. try the olive oil gelato, it's great. very good service, a beautiful pizzeria - cheers!

fancy pizza. so me and my bf were out wandering around the city. we ran in to a local lady and as we walked along together got to talking about food. i said that i had not had good pizza while in philly yet so she said that we had to go to stella's. i got the number 5 pizza (the one with pepperoni), by bf (who hates pizza) got the octipus salad and the spaghetti. i loved my pizza but the bf hated hisspaghettiand salad. he said the octipus was cooked well but the salad was just boring.

the best speghetti i've had!! thespaghettipomodora is simple food done very well. the flavors of the fresh basil and creaminess of the sauce was an eye opener - and that wasn't what i order lol. i was eating my husbandspaghettiand forgot about my lamb bolgenese. great food and i next time maybe i'll try the pizza - with myspaghettipomodora. :)

excellent food, great service!. just came from having an excellent pizza (the "special") and thespaghettipomodoro. also the arugula salad was light and fresh. the food was flavorful and the service was great. a wonderful meal to end my trip to philadelphia. :)
