it was the second time that we visited peshawri for dinner. earlier on our visit we had tried the vegetarian flare (tandoori aloo, paneer khurchan, dal bukhara).

this time we went all in with the non vegetarian flare and it was delectable. we ordered murgh tandoori, seek kabab, dal bukhara, rumali rotis and a butter naan.

the quality of the food can definitely be felt. it’s of the the highest quality and every bite is scrumptious where it is vegetarian or non vegetarian.
the portion size too we felt were good for a group of 4 people (we three felt a bit over stuffed 😉).

of all dalbukharais something that i would always go for. the ghee-mud pot slight flavour is quite apparent and it feels like you are eating a very comfortable meal. just that with dalbukharathe portion size is less (i am not sure if you can ask for a second serving without paying additional). of everything on the menu, this feels slightly cut in the portion size.

rumali roti although in wheat is a bit chewy whereas butter naan is pretty crispy and a delight to eat.

we paid approx 10k for the meal. definitely not disappointed but dalbukharacould have been served in better quantity!!!

expensive but worth the money !
it’s because of the aforementioned reason i have always gone back to peshawari. i am a north indian and love my food. the food here is rich and amazingly delicious. most of my visits have been happy ones. i would highly recommend the meat dishes over seafood.
peshwari kabab, raan, reshmi kabab, barrah kabab are just full of flavours and love.
the famous dalbukharais to die for and a must try.

went to peshawri today after many years expecting to eat their mouth watering dalbukharaonce again... it was good but not upto my expectation. the onion kulcha and sabj seekh were good, not sure if they justify the price, though... the complimentary papad and green chutney were most amazing and so was the service... on the flip side, the seating stools are very uncomfortable... as if peshawri management doesn't want you to spend too much time in the restaurant...

it's dalbukharais mouth watering with either peshawari naan or garlic naan.

reasonably priced.

big thumbs up.

sitting can be difficult if you dont get the seats by the wall. in the middle of the restaurant the sitting is without back support.

we went to itc maratha - peshawri for dinner. we specifically went there to eat dal bukhara, so we ordered dalbukharaand some different different breads. we were instructed that please enjoy the food in traditional style i.e. eat your food with your hands not with spoon and fork. eating food in traditional style also give you a different feel and taste. and dalbukharawas ambrosial. you can feel the taste of butter in every bite. staff is very polite and friendly😊

peshawari….take a bow!

been here 5-6 times with different sets of people, all of whom absolutely loved the food. sikandari raan and dalbukharawere ordered on all these visits, and they got it right every single time! i have never come across a place as consistent as this!

the raan is ridiculously tender yet retains its texture. the marination is beautiful but subtle. the idea is to enjoy the flavour of meat, which of course, is top-quality and always the right shade of pink.

the dal…well, you have kaali dal at other places and then you come here to realise how vastly superior their dal is! it’s slow-cooked, subtle and creamy. the queen of dals!

above items pair well with pudina paratha.

other items on menu pale in comparison.

service is impeccable!

the place is expensive but they do not add service charge.

all and all, it’s one of favourite places to celebrate an occasion or to entertain guests.

supposedly one of their signature dishes which people rave about ...the dalbukhara, it was absolutely tasteless like cooking the daal in boiled water with salt and serving it...horrible...abysmally horrendous quantity for such a high price point..7 grand for 1 starter 3 naans and one dalbukhara, the price would still be justified if the food wasn't so abysmal...save ur money..totally not worth it

located inside itc maratha, this is one restaurant known for their yummy dalbukharaand a luxury dining experience. the seating is comfortable with large wooden tables and benches. service staff is well mannered and very knowledgeable. the pricing is a bit on the expensive side.
we opted for a vegetarian & a non vegetarian set three course menu consisting of starters, mains and desserts.
the vegetarian starters consisted of tandoori aloo, tandoori salad & subz seekh. decent in terms of flavour, but we didn't find this extra ordinary, unlike the non vegetarian starters, murgh malai kebab, reshmi kebab & peshawri kebab, which were truly mouth watering. all of them were tender and moist, the balance of flavours was outstanding and the quantity was great too..😍
the main course was paneer makhni for vegetarian menu & murgh makhni for the non vegetarian and dalbukharain both served with a choice of indian bread. dalbukharawas simply too good and something one wishes to have more of..😋
for dessert we requested for kulfi & rabdi. both were delicious and were the perfect end to such a lovely meal. we also had watermelon juice and sweet lime soda to help gulp down the food.

it's over hyped and over priced. the kebabs are over priced and they are nothing extra ordinary. dalbukharaportion size is small and over hyped again. no rice prepration so if you are a rice person please avoid going to the place
ambiance, seating and staff is good but food is just not worth the price

the service at peshawri is superlative. their covid precautions are very meticulous, hats off to itc to take such good care of their employees and clients.

special kudos to mr. niladri who went above and beyond to give excellent food recommendations. we ordered paneer kadak, chicken kurchan and dalbukharaon his suggestion and every dish was scrumptious! the conversations he had with us made our visit even more cheerful. it’s people like niladri who are an asset to itc. will keep coming back to itc maratha thanks to such good service and hospitality.
