small town dining..... paul's pizza and steak house "is what it is." it is a small town style restaurant that serves up large portions of fairly traditional food. the pizza is amazing. other items on the menu are acceptable in terms of quality. a good place to go for lunch or supper, but don't expect a fancy dining experience. the restaurant is ready for a makeover as the setting is retro 70's.

sometimes good, sometimes bad. very bad experiance last visit. our group was rushed out as soon as we got our food,last call was givin, and withing 1 min of starting to eat, we were asked how we were payin and to clear up asap. that is almost unheard of. especially when your making a living off your tips. be friendly and make people feel like their buisnes is appreciated. it does't hurt to smile once in a while.

never had a bad pizza here.... i've been coming here since i was a teenager drug out by my parents...then paul sold it to ted's and now paul is back! pizza is awesome and the food is awesome. well worth the drive from calgary. amazing pizza at a reasonable price.

was staying at the best western next door; was starving and the motel kitchen was closed. clerk said pau's pizza next door is amazing. omg was she right! amazing pizza! it was worth the drive from edmonton....

amazing pizza. after reading the reviews we decided to stop in for dinner on our way back into calgary. glad we did, my boyfriend had the meat pizza, had a bite, it was soooo good! i had the veal parm, the garden salad it came with to start wasn't good, the lettuce was all wet and the "ranch" wasn't right (seemed more like a cheap peppercorn ranch or something), the meal came with 2 large pieces of veal and a huge portion of spaghetti and garlic toast. i took half home! only real complaint would be lack of children's menu and coloring, and the service was very average, at best. at least the food was really good. decor could use an update but seems to be common to the "mom & pop" type restaurants. can't wait to try one of the calgary locations!

good stuff. we've only been to paul's the once and for the life of me i can't think why we haven't been back. probably because its on the opposite side of town. the food is absolutely delicious, the couple next to us ordered a pizza and it was massive!!! comfy surroundings, not badly priced and good service. we shall return.

for those from regina/area. this is about as close to triffon's as i have found for pizza.
very tasty!
only complaint, is wish there would be more size options/pricing.

after reading the reviews on this place i thought i'd check it out. glad i did, the pizza was great and the waitress was awesome.

paul does a great job with his restaraunt. i am currently sitting in his restaraunt waiting on my take out order and paul personally treats you like royalty. i would recommend this restaraunt to anyone. the service is wayy above expectations, and the food is even better.
-----update-----
after dining here a few times i have come to notice the employees tend to slack off when paul is not personally working. though the service is still great! not to meantion the food is even better!

pride of aidrie. there a only a few restaurants like this in airdrie where the owner take personal pride in the food and service. the decor is nothing special, but the food and service make up for it. worth visiting, good value for your money.

well this is an airdrie institution that has been located here for years as i growing up here. the lasagna is meaty and cheese is amazing with the tangy tomatoes sauce that is so thick. you just get a full portion size that leaves you satisfied. the pizza is another delight that has the same mozzarella cheese that is nicely browned on the top giving it this great flavor. i love the pepperoni pizza its good size, greasy and browned nicely. service is always very good as they give back to the community regularly.
