have eaten here a couple times and have also picked up pizza to take home. pizza is a1 and so have been the other meals. great service also. highly recommend.

we have been ordering from paul's pizza for a couple years now after i was first introduced to them by a friend here in airdrie. we absolutely love their food and prices! this evening i made an error ordering our pizza and when i called them to inform them they brought the order i meant to order immediately and did not charge me for the pizza and the delivery driver actually apologized to us even though it was my error! that is customer service!! definitely recommend this place to everyone!

first time there tonight and i'm kicking myself for not going sooner! the donair pizza was fantastic! 🍕 our waitress was very friendly and the prices are good. not much for ambiance so i'm thinking take out next time? check it out!

i called here with a fairly big order had a party and figured pauls was the place i was gonna order 8 lbs of battered mushrooms and other munchies plus 6 pizzas i asked guy on phone how much for this quanity he rudely said didnt u read on line i said no he said my loss obviously never placed order i called back and asked to talk to manager his reply was same guy what the f.... didnt i tell u already never had this treatment in my life my name is paul and wanted to drive there and kick his ass i throw a party once a month and we spend bout thousand on food everytime id never deal with this ignorance again i hope the owner gets this the guy should not have a job

i ordered a pizza with nothing on it, my kids are very picky. 15 minutes later (awful wait time by the way, my kids were already hungry when i ordered!!!!!!) the stupid delivery boy shows up at my trailer with a cheese pizza!!!! i said nothing on it!!!! there was sauce and cheese all over it! it looked like they forgot and put it on anyway, completely ignoring my directions!!!!!!! my daughter took one look at that "thing" (i say thing because it wasn't a plain pizza!!) and threw it at the delivery boy's car and stomped off to her room. thanks to pauls pizza, my kids had to go to bed hungry! this isn't africa, my poor kids shouldn't have to sleep on an empty stomach! shame on you paul, letting children go hungry!

went here for dinner with my family for the first time and was very disappointed. waited more than an hour for our food and did not get our appetizer. not going back.

ordered a couple pizzas and something for the little one. the order took close to an hour and a half for delivery. chicken and fries were cold and inedible without a microwave. delivery person arrived without the debit machine luckily we also had cash. severely disappointed in the new ownership.

pretty disappointed after our dinner delivery. they have boneless riblets which are awful, soaked and i mean soaked in grease. our pie was off too! just didn't taste the same. i'm not sure if they have changed management or just new staff/cooks but super disappointed from what is normally yummy food. to the woman answering the phones, remember we are your customer and it doesn't take much to be a little nicer.

my fiance and i order from paul's pizza quite frequently. it had been a little while since we had ordered and decided to have a night in. we are unsure what happened (new ownership?) but we were very dissapointed. the meat on the pizza look like rubber and the quality was disgusting, the dough was undercooked, and the wings had a squishy consistency. we won't be going here or ordering from here again.
it's unfortunate as we used to love this place.

was greeted kindly by the hostess. service was very quick. my children had fun coloring the kids menu. pizza was delicious. overall great time

amazing food with a solid atmosphere.  the pizza is really good and its a great place to watch the flames game.  staff are friendly and the food is always on point.  love going to this place.

i bring my wife and son here very often. i have pleasure of speaking to one of the owner. he's good guy. he care about family. he bring in new kids menu, kids day.he very happy. paul #1

went today for lunch and sat in the lounge. poor service with only a few tables occupied. finally got menus and ordered sodas. the glasses were disgustingly dirty. food took forever to come to the table. note to new owners….step it up a few notches. sorry, not going back.
