joke. i was born and raised in the northeast. spenttimein ny, nj, nh, ct, ri and this isnt anything like a true italian pizzeria from back east. im italian, been cooking italian food since i was 8 and i could make a better pizza in half thetimeat half the cost from a generic house oven. their dough is ok, but not as thin as it should be and not correctly cooked. their crust isnt good and their sauce...joke. ive only been there twice, firsttimethey had almost no sauce on the pie....secondtimei went there i asked for extra sauce, the guy made a sarcastic comment to the likes of, do you want just all sauce or something to that nature...until you buy my pie for me...make it how i want it. thanks. btw, i dont go back cause i make my own. i do however go to falcones when i dont have thetimenor will to make one myself, its better.
