tldr: order the bingsoo but forgo the brunch menu.
full review: went here for brunch and some bingsoo. i ordered the eggs benedict bagel which was extremely disappointing. firstly, the bagel was a charcoal bagel which did not match what was shown on the menu. secondly, the bagel itself was very hard and chewy, it was basically impossible to cut through the bread i resorted to using my hands (thinking it was maybe the knife’s issue) and then gave up altogether. (i noticed that other people
who came afterwards also had the same issue with their bagels) food also came out extremely slowly, we were the only ones in the store at the time, however it still took roughly half an hr before we got our food.
when we ordered the bing soo (old school milk tea flavour), however, this came out promptly and was yummy.
