they promote themselves to be the best bingsu in sydney, and i agree! i would say my sample size is very large as i have tried many places in chatswood, strathfield and the cbd.

they are my new favourite bingsu place. you can tell the bingsu is good when the shaved ice feels light and fluffy. the ice also has so much flavour (definitely not watery). the bingsu we got also hadnicejelly suprised at the bottom which we forgot about.

the thai milk tea one is a must try, it is super sweet. they made the ice our of thai milk tea and it has jelly, cream and fairy floss. they also give you condensed milk to drizzle on top.

i've also tried the taro bingsu. its basically taro shaved ice with real taro pieces at the bottom. it was good but i thought it was a little boring since it was all taro. (not as good as the milk tea one basically)

this is dangerously close to my boyfriend's apartment but i'm not complaining 😂

oreo nutella toast and watermelon lychee drink was nice. the perfect sweetest after a main meal. the decor inside is lovely. staff werenicetoo. i would recommend and i would come back.

had to head there early evening on a sunday to avoid queuing.nicefrontal shop interior but as we were located near the kitchen, it wasn’t as impressive. bingsu wasniceand soft but there were clumps closer to the bottom. not much toppings beside grass jelly at the bottom, marshmallows and cotton candy at the top. thai milk tea flavor was not outstanding. price is a little steep when there’s not much toppings. look forward to trying other flavors next round.

required to pay when ordering. then waited over 40 minutes for our order and couldn’t do anything about it as we already had been required to pay. minimum order was required which was really weird. we ordered the brownie bingsoo but there was no brownie in it?? when we asked where our drinks were after 40 minutes just received the response “making”, wait staff was overall very rude. the drinks were terrible, just soda and and cordial with ice. the thai milk tea bingsoo was delicious however all the bad experiences out weighed it’s taste and not really worth a 40 minute wait... management has changed recently and the quality has gone down drastically as a result. disappointed because i used to really like this place!! decor is stillnicethough.

we got the strawberry cheese bingsu, thai milk tea bingsu and banana nutella toast. all tasted amazing 😝
the ambience isniceas well, except the fact that it's quite small so probably are not suitable for groups that have more than 5.
will come back later to try the other bingsu as well ☺️

finally had the chance to try this place out because every other time i've tried to dine, they were packed to the brim. the customer service is ok. i recommend coming in either very early or very late to beat the huge crowd. the place is a bit smaller than expected, if you're not in a group there's a big chance that you'll be seated with other diners which isn't really ideal. the decor is veryniceand lively. the bingsu itself was quite a decent portion but i found the shot of condensed milk to be inconsistent. other tables had theirs filled to the brim whereas ours was a little over half way. the texture of the bingsu was very nice, super soft and has a good amount of flavour. not a big fan of the toppings at the bottom of the bowl though as they didn't really suit the flavour of the bingsu. lastly the price is quite good for what it is but it appears they have increased the prices due to increasing popularity, but still quite affordable. please note they have a rule of 1 bingsu per pair.

the best bingsu. i tried the strawberry cheese bingsu. it was soniceand not melting easily. and i tried the toast with ferrero. it was delicious.

probably closer towards 3.5. visited this cafe for a takeaway afternoon coffee. the service was quite nice. a small delay in pick up but overall quite efficient. the cappuccino i had wasniceenough.

my friends and i went on anicewarm evening for some post-dinner delights. it didn’t seem very busy but because there aren’t many seats, we had to wait about 20 minutes (we were 3 people) before we were seated. after we sat down, we ordered the famous thai milk tea bingsoo. the vibes were chill inside andnicecovers on youtube were being streamed. and then 40 minute passes and our bingsoo was still not out! worst was that tables that sat down after us had already received theirs! this really bugged us so we asked and eventually it came.

thankfully the dessert was yummy. it resembled thai milk tea but something was lacking... nevertheless it was good. when we got to the bottom of the bowl, the good part was there. textures i didnt know i needed! i had never been excited about cornflakes and grass jelly but it all worked so well with the tmt bingsoo.

what a ride of emotions. that’s the reason for the score. i will be back but i really hope they are more efficient next time.
