great lunch. a party of 15 went for lunch and had great service! food specials were great and food ordered off the menu was great too. highly recommend. will definitely go back.

great place!. this is one of norfolks finer dining establishment.s if you want good quality food at a very reasonable price then this is the place for you. it has a wonderful inviting atmosphere. the wait staff are very friendly and do their utmost to ensure your dining experience is a delight. the bar staff are also very friendly and if you like craft beer, they carry a few from a local norfolk brewery as well as one of my favorites, the alagash white. the food is not only delicious but it comes in a quantity not often found in a restaurant of this quality. unless you are really hungry, forgo appetizers or you will be taking home a doggy bag! my wife and i make this one of our regular outings and never fail to be impressed!

always good. this is a very reliable place for good food. the dishes are very generous portions and fresh. i have eaten here numerous time and have never had a bad meal. the service is very dependable.
try the sunday brunch!!

love, love, love. this restaurant is my favorite "american fare" place in hampton roads. i've moved away from va. beach and i miss no frill so so much. good solid meals. great tasting, affordable and good portions. my favorite is the tuna pita. fresh, real, grilled tuna with a corn salsa and yummy peppercorn dressing. highly recommend this place!

our favorite place to eat in ghent. this is hands down my favorite place to get a salad. it's giant and i am a hungry gal! the food is consistently good, the service always on top of it and the quality of menu items is amazing considering how affordable the prices are. there's something tasty on the menu for everyone in the family. that's important. i also really like their little sunroom dining area. (just do me a favor, don't tell too many people about it...i've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a table. )

our go-to. this is our go-to restaurant. when we don't know where to go, we go here. we bring all our out-of-town guests to no frill, because we know we'll always have a good experience and first-rate food. my husband loves the large portions (and since he takes home half, it saves me the trouble of cooking the next night, ha). this place is a no risk and no brainer!

no frill, but big thrill!!. this was a pretty cool place! pretty busy when i got there, which was a thursday night. the pirogues were outstanding, and the salad with it was superb! it was a neat and trendy bistro style atmosphere and the staff were great! all in all, a great expirience! very recomended! xoxo

easy place to go. this place is kind of like a ghent institution and has enough stuff to please most people. it's not really an amazing place but if you live in ghent and have a lot of friends there, it is a place to see and be seen.

the food is all over the place. service is usually fine. i don't go out of my way to go here but when there is someone who is more of a chain restaurant fan or just not in the mood for a hassle, it hits the spot.

so good!. we had a bunch of out-of-town guests and decided to try out no frill grill.. everyone was very impressed with their selection and the food when it came out. i had the turkey reuben. it was huge and tasted great.. a few of our friends got pierogies and burgers and enjoyed those as well. you've got to try this place!
