rude management they got theorderwrong and wanted us to return it instead of giving us a discount! way to expensive! unfortunately only chinese nearby but next time we will drive to pick up our food at a different restaurant! i guess the customer isn't always right!

loved this place. my wife had the sweet and sour chicken. instead of the usual small pieces of bread chicken it was a whole chicken breast breaded with a delicious sauce on it and then cut into edible portions. it was absolutely delicious. i had the kung pao chicken and added a paddy of ham egg foo young. the kung pap chicken was advertised as being spicy, but i found it to be not so much and informed them so. they brought me out some of their chili sauce to use and it made my dish perfect. the sauce was spicy and had a fruity flavor too. my hugeorderof kung pao chicken was loaded with chicken, peanuts, celery, carrots and green pepper. it was very good, but i could only eat about half of what they gave me. my single paddy of egg foo young was the disappointment of my meal. both the party and gravy were flavorless and textureless. i would notorderthis again. besides the egg foo young we were delighted with our meal. the waiter even brought out the bottle of chili sauce so i could get some myself.

horrible service i just ordered a la carte three full orders and two spring rolls and two handfuls of soy sauce packets for delivery my totalorderwith tax was 28.00 and i was informed of 4.00 delivery fee. myordershowed up an hour later i gave a 6.00 tip brought it back to the kitchen and no chow main noodles and 3 soy sauce pkts. i called and explained their oversight and was put on hold and hung up on 8 times after finally getting someone i asked them to remake myorderand pick up shorted order,they claimed they we're too busy and only wished to extend a future credit of 2.00 for the noodles and sauce. i explained i couldn't eat chow mein without noodles or rice without sauce. i had to threaten to call police to receive a refund. will neverorderfrom them again abc chinese here i come

horrible. worst chinese food i've ever had. the guy on the phone was very slow and didn't ubderstand anything we were saying got ourorderwrong. very small meals. a joke. rice wok is way way way better for the same amount you get twice as much food and it tastes better. i will neverorderfood here. it was truly disgusting.

great food but terrible wait staff.. i used to go here all the time, until they hired this, older waitress. i've been there twice since she was hired, since then i will onlyorderdelivery. she has an attitude, and even when the dining room was empty i found myself waiting on her to stop taking to a cook to even place my order, then she had an attitude with me having indecision about my order. so again onlyorderdelivery, john is sweet.

horrible customer service. we placed anorderfor take out my husband waited thirty minutes and was told by the front desk that it had not been started so he left. i called to ask that they deliver and waive the $4 delivery fee which didn't feel unreasonable considering their error, but the owner refused to do anything for us. we wont eat here again, because it is clear the people that keep them in business mean nothing to them.

never again!. my husband and i have been wanting to try out lucky chen for quite some time now and we were sooooo bummed with the outcome. we opted for delivery and they were 30 minutes longer than they quoted us and the food just wasnt good. it really had no flavor and the chicken seemed like nothing but breading and not to mention the portions were sooo small - usually when youorderchinese you always plan on left overs because there is so much food, well i am sad to say we had left overs only because we didnt like it! we ordered one of the dinners for 2 which was $17 and than added a side of seaseme chicken and a cup of egg drop soup and our total was just under $50 dollars! we expected it to be the best we ever had considering the price and boy were we wrong! stay clear of this place! i dont believe they will be in business long!

awful customer service !!!. last night my friend and i went to lucky chen having always wanted to try it. it always smells soooo good so we were finally like "lets go !!!" . so we get there and as soon as we walk in you could tell that the lady at the front kinda has an attitude, but she hadn't said or done anything yet. so we start toorderour food and upon ordering we decide we only want half orders of the ham fried and shrimp fried rice. well the shrimp fried doesn't come halforderso we cancel the ham fried and just get the shrimp, but then my friend is like " no lets go ahead and get both. so the young man taking ourorderrepeats everything back to us including both rices. no problem...until we get home and there is no shrimp fried rice. so we call and explain that a part of ourorderis missing. the lady who was up front when we initially walked in ( and was standing there the whole time ourorderwas being taken.) answers. she tells us that we weren't charged for the shrimp fried rice, but we explain that it was half our meal and that we'd still like it. she then proceeds to tell us (after trying to convince us that we canceled the shrimp fried rice when we know for a fact we never did) that despite the fact that they deliver we must go pick it up even though it was their fault. she caught major attitude with us on the phone (which is a huge mistake to make with my friend and i given that we both work in customer service and are sticklers about it) so having not taken a single bite we took it all back , got a refund and went to another chinese restaurant right around the corner from our house that had friendlier staff, better prices, and better food !!!. lucky chen not only had to throw away $30 worth of food, but they also lost 2 customers because we know alot of people who eat there. i've heard the food at luck chen is good...it sure looked and smelled good, but i'll never know and don't really care to.

good food & great service. lucky chen is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. the food is really good, inexpensive and the service is wonderful. i love how they will deliver so i canorderwhen i am almost home and have dinner served a few minutes after i get home.
