the food is horrible sweet and sour chicken was old stale and disgusting the cream cheese wontons were under cooked and
soggy. owners, management and staff are ultra rude the staff actually told me they do not care about my wife and i as customers as they have plenty of customers , please do not waste your money or time on the garage food and rude staff . worst customer service i've ever experienced.

rude management they got the order wrong and wanted us to return it instead of giving us a discount! way to expensive! unfortunately only chinese nearby but next time we will drive to pick up our food at a different restaurant! i guess the customer isn't always right!

awesome. i don't know why some of you are giving such a bad review. 25 min to make something for take out. well if it was made fast wouldn't that mean that most likely it was premade and sitting under a heat lamp or a steam table for a while? the food is pretty good and made fresh when you order. so yes there is a wait. but patience is a virtue. and good things come to those who wait. i have had nothing but great friendly service. oh and they also deliver so that is definitely a plus. so to those of you who have had something they didn't like on the menu try something else. oh remember a lot of traditional chinese cuisine is mostly vegetables so please quit bitching.

delicious!. this restaurant is probably the best around this neighborhood. the food is plenty and really cheap. it is very good and filling. there is no need to wait for a booth or a table. the employees are very nice and very social. they check up on customers very often and they do it well. i have been going there at least once a week to eat. the employees are very joyful and they make you feel right at home. i recommend to everyone i know!

loved this place. my wife had the sweet and sour chicken. instead of the usual small pieces of bread chicken it was a whole chicken breast breaded with a delicious sauce on it and then cut into edible portions. it was absolutely delicious. i had the kung pao chicken and added a paddy of ham egg foo young. the kung pap chicken was advertised as being spicy, but i found it to be not so much and informed them so. they brought me out some of their chili sauce to use and it made my dish perfect. the sauce was spicy and had a fruity flavor too. my huge order of kung pao chicken was loaded with chicken, peanuts, celery, carrots and green pepper. it was very good, but i could only eat about half of what they gave me. my single paddy of egg foo young was the disappointment of my meal. both the party and gravy were flavorless and textureless. i would not order this again. besides the egg foo young we were delighted with our meal. the waiter even brought out the bottle of chili sauce so i could get some myself.

this restaurant is run by a former cook at magic wok but closed due to refiguring the road system around them that greatly reduced their customer base. it is now located in a small strip mall by a walmart. the food is great. plenty of food. they have the best sesame chicken i have ever had. they have take out and home delivery. if eating in they have only one lady servicing approximately 8 tables and booths. other people stand around waiting to take phone orders and do deliveries. however, food is very good and plentiful. highly recommended the sesame chicken.

the food is phenomenal!!! i ordered the seafood delight and wow.. now that's what i'm taking about... nice.. will definitely be ordering again!!!

horrible service i just ordered a la carte three full orders and two spring rolls and two handfuls of soy sauce packets for delivery my total order with tax was 28.00 and i was informed of 4.00 delivery fee. my order showed up an hour later i gave a 6.00 tip brought it back to the kitchen and no chow main noodles and 3 soy sauce pkts. i called and explained their oversight and was put on hold and hung up on 8 times after finally getting someone i asked them to remake my order and pick up shorted order,they claimed they we're too busy and only wished to extend a future credit of 2.00 for the noodles and sauce. i explained i couldn't eat chow mein without noodles or rice without sauce. i had to threaten to call police to receive a refund. will never order from them again abc chinese here i come

i was disappointed. there are a lot of workers on the clock and no one noticed my drink needed a refill. i had to ask for my check after sitting there. also they don't carry sriracha?? what the heck?!

they never answer the phone i called for three days and never got an answer i will go else where. they obviously don't follow through with there services.

horrible. worst chinese food i've ever had. the guy on the phone was very slow and didn't ubderstand anything we were saying got our order wrong. very small meals. a joke. rice wok is way way way better for the same amount you get twice as much food and it tastes better. i will never order food here. it was truly disgusting.

great food but terrible wait staff.. i used to go here all the time, until they hired this, older waitress. i've been there twice since she was hired, since then i will only order delivery. she has an attitude, and even when the dining room was empty i found myself waiting on her to stop taking to a cook to even place my order, then she had an attitude with me having indecision about my order. so again only order delivery, john is sweet.

horrible customer service. we placed an order for take out my husband waited thirty minutes and was told by the front desk that it had not been started so he left. i called to ask that they deliver and waive the $4 delivery fee which didn't feel unreasonable considering their error, but the owner refused to do anything for us. we wont eat here again, because it is clear the people that keep them in business mean nothing to them.

chinese cuisine lover. we love your food, and your service. we look forward to many years of coming to your restaurant.
(we also loved the food at magic wok. the soup was our favorite, my children always requested it when they were sick, it's just a comfort food. dear mr. owner of lucky chen, please add the old recipe to your menu? you could call it lucky comfort veggie soup, lol.)

we were in love with the magic wok. the food at lucky chen is very similar, but better. we dine here about twice per month and would go a lot more if they had the really good soup. super hot and fresh food.
