the food is horrible sweet and sourchickenwas old stale and disgusting the cream cheese wontons were under cooked and
soggy. owners, management and staff are ultra rude the staff actually told me they do not care about my wife and i as customers as they have plenty of customers , please do not waste your money or time on the garage food and rude staff . worst customer service i've ever experienced.

loved this place. my wife had the sweet and sour chicken. instead of the usual small pieces of breadchickenit was a wholechickenbreast breaded with a delicious sauce on it and then cut into edible portions. it was absolutely delicious. i had the kung paochickenand added a paddy of ham egg foo young. the kung papchickenwas advertised as being spicy, but i found it to be not so much and informed them so. they brought me out some of their chili sauce to use and it made my dish perfect. the sauce was spicy and had a fruity flavor too. my huge order of kung paochickenwas loaded with chicken, peanuts, celery, carrots and green pepper. it was very good, but i could only eat about half of what they gave me. my single paddy of egg foo young was the disappointment of my meal. both the party and gravy were flavorless and textureless. i would not order this again. besides the egg foo young we were delighted with our meal. the waiter even brought out the bottle of chili sauce so i could get some myself.

this restaurant is run by a former cook at magic wok but closed due to refiguring the road system around them that greatly reduced their customer base. it is now located in a small strip mall by a walmart. the food is great. plenty of food. they have the best sesamechickeni have ever had. they have take out and home delivery. if eating in they have only one lady servicing approximately 8 tables and booths. other people stand around waiting to take phone orders and do deliveries. however, food is very good and plentiful. highly recommended the sesame chicken.

fresh, friendly, flavorful!. it is hard to find a good chinese food restaurant west of redwood road, but lucky chen does a good job! food is fresh, the employees are friendly, and the menu is flavorful. favorites include ham fried rice andchickenchow mein (crunchy noodles or soft noodles). give it a try!

disgusting. got take out here for the first and last time. the sweet and sourchickenwas cut up so all the breading fell off. it was very over cooked, the breading was hard and crunchy and thechickendry. don't waste your time here.

never again!. my husband and i have been wanting to try out lucky chen for quite some time now and we were sooooo bummed with the outcome. we opted for delivery and they were 30 minutes longer than they quoted us and the food just wasnt good. it really had no flavor and thechickenseemed like nothing but breading and not to mention the portions were sooo small - usually when you order chinese you always plan on left overs because there is so much food, well i am sad to say we had left overs only because we didnt like it! we ordered one of the dinners for 2 which was $17 and than added a side of seasemechickenand a cup of egg drop soup and our total was just under $50 dollars! we expected it to be the best we ever had considering the price and boy were we wrong! stay clear of this place! i dont believe they will be in business long!

ok but not great. small menu, and over priced for the quality. orangechickenwas very small strips ofchickenthat were extremely dry and had mountains of breading on them. the sauce was great though. the low mien was extremely greasy like the egg rolls. the egg rolls appeared to be wrapped, then dipped in a heavy batter before frying.

san sauce is fairly close to lucky chen, and is a much better quality of "cheap" americanized chinese food.

i don't think i will get food there again, it just wasn't worth the price
