i approve of everything they did. i'm usually accustomed to eating at hole in the wall type places, so when i was brought tolindomichoacan, i was expecting it to be your average middle of the road type restaurant. however, i was surprised to find that my carnitas were quite good, besides them being a tad stingy with the tortillas, even though they did bring more within about a minute of me asking. otherwise, the food was good, the service was great. nearly anytime i looked away, i had my drink refilled. all and all, it was a good break from the usual, and definitely worth it.

i'm having a lot of trouble wrapping my mind around what people have said for a long time that thislindomichoacan is the best mexican food in las vegas. i guess i was looking for a mind-blowing mexican food experience and i just didn't get that fromlindomichoacan. i've had better mexican food in the midwest and i really thought this would be just out of this world.

the founder’s story is also steeped in the kind of heart-rending rags-to-riches details that raconteurs tend to embellish until those details become legendary. the story has it that javier barajas learned his culinary craft as a young boy working at a convent. mother superior was so impressed by his work ethic that she assigned him to work in the kitchen where he absorbed everything he could about cooking. one meal atlindomichoacan and you’ll be convinced the nunnery served diving gastronomy and was staffed by cherubic, fat nuns who may have taken a vow of poverty, but not of gastronomic self-denial.

it's a must once in vegas. it's a must to experience the mexican food styled bylindomichoacán, we went twice and we could repeat it again and again and again.
service is awesome, food is awesome, and price ratio is outstanding.
we recommended it.

a rarity... comida mexicana muy buena en las vegas!. for whatever reason, las vegas is cursed. we just don't have too many good mexican restaurants up here in sin city, especially for a southwest town. however, lindomichoacan is a family owned and operated hole in the wall on the east side (the first of their now mini-empire of good mexican restaurants in town) that serves food that anyone's proud abuelita would approve of.

the chiles rellenos and enchiladas are good... no really, they are. however, one might find them pedestrian. if you're a vegetarian, try the avocado tacos to go a little more on the wild side.

and if you're a carnivore... well, you'll be in heaven here with all the interesting finds on the menu! (trust my dad: he knows his comida mexicana, and he approves.)

oh, and btw... even though the enchiladas may be pedestrian, they're done so well here that i don't care too much! they're so tasty, and i always appreciate a mexican joint that does its vegetarian dishes as well as the meaty stuff.

gringos suck..... this has been my favorite mexican restaurant for well over ten
years.. i have taken many of vegas newbies here and have yet
to have anyone complain.. when i'm in mexico i surely don't order enchiladas or beef tacos so when i go tolindoi use the same theory..otherwise its like going to mexico and eating taco bell... all of the more authentic dishes here are amazing the tongue is off the wall tasty..
so if you go tolindoand order enchiladas and complain your the idiot, expand your taste buds gringo or stick with the chihuahua meat at taco bell..
