inattentive staff no cutlery on table had to go to the desk few times to get spoons. staff need customerservicetraining. they are most of the time taking to each pther, minimal attention to guests.

a nice restaurant inside the grand mercure hotel. i went their with my office team and tried their lunch buffet. the food was delicious. the fish koliwada starters was very tasty. the butter chicken in main course was the best. the vegetarian dishes methi paneer and gobhi manchurian was okayish but the aloo gobhi sabji was very good. the assorted breads were not good and were hard. for desserts it was a mix of desi desserts like rasgulla, gulaab jamun along with mousse, tarts, pudding and ice creams. all in all a good experience. just theserviceto fill the buffet counters was a bit slow. we had to wait for several dishes after they were finished.

the food was excellent and theservicewas also good. taste and quantity will match the best in the city. ambience stands out as much as the food and the outdoor setting enhances the experience. prices might be little bit high compared to normal but each one of the dishes is every bit worth it. the chef also came and enquired about us and about the food looking for genuine feedback which is always a sign of a good restaurant.

highly criticize of his services. as far as food is concerned, they served stale and cold indian breads. rest all theserviceguys were warm and welcoming.

i visited this place for a sunday brunch they've the place is very spacious and attracts family crowd the place is very crowded most of the time and it's luxurious ✨

there was variety of food for the brunch which includes fresh fruit juices, fruits, cornflakes, boiled eggs, toasted bread, and bakery dishes like pastry, breads , donoughts .
in the indian cusine they had puri bhaji, freshly cooked and cycled dosa and uthappa and idli and vada.

also they had an on tableservicefor omlette and serving tea or coffee.

nice spacious restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating... the place wasn't clean enough though.. we opted for the sunday brunch but the food options were limited.. the momo's and grilled chicken were the best amongst all the food served.... the desserts were mediocre and rasmalai being the saviour...serviceis extremely courteous and quick.. they had a live chats, grill and dosa counter... the buffet is on the pricier side for the quality and number of items served but 5 stars for the service.

beautiful place, elegant ambience. we had gone for dinner and they do have buffet as well as ala-carte. one thing i realised both in buffet and ala-carte is that, there are comparatively very less options for vegetarians here. we did order vegetarian!! and what ever we ordered were very tasty, neat presentation. loved it.servicewas really nice. value for money, well it is bit on the higher side but for there hospitality it's totally worth it. recommended ✌️✌️ satisfied foodie. cheers 🍻🍻

the perfect place to taste some great food, superserviceand perfect ambience. we opted for lunch buffet here and were pleasantly surprised with the way the staff were ever-smiling and keen to assist. kids will love this place as there is an outdoor play area as well. the buffet was a good spread with a decent mix of authentic and continental cuisine. the desserts were too tempting. i would particularly recommend choco mania, a sinful mix of chocolate, some more chocolate served with some more chocolate :-) ...a must try.
