a nice restaurant inside the grand mercure hotel. i went their with my office team and tried their lunch buffet. the food was delicious. the fish koliwada starters was very tasty. the butter chicken in main course was the best. the vegetarian dishes methi paneer and gobhi manchurian was okayish but the aloo gobhi sabji was very good. the assorted breads were not good and were hard. for desserts it was a mix of desi desserts like rasgulla, gulaab jamun along with mousse, tarts, pudding and ice creams. all in all a good experience. just the service to fill thebuffetcounters was a bit slow. we had to wait for several dishes after they were finished.

they claim that they are first 5 star hotel of mysore.but i suspect the standards are far from being 5 star.we went on a rainy day for la uppu restaurant and the floors were full of water and there was nobody to clear that untill we left for that evening.it was slippery andbuffetthey charge 900+taxes but no much items.only one soup and for starters i waited more than half an hourto get the starters and even curries and rotis are also not upto the mark.desserts also limited.service also not satisfactory.very limited staffs and lack of co-ordination.overall lot of improvements required when it comes to hospitality and it should be same for everyone.

so came here for a stay during diwali. had the lunch and breakfast here. being a foodie and a bfast lover, i was really looking forward to the breakfastbuffetat this place. one good point is to maintain safety, the waiters out here serve the food for you and don't let each one of us to touch the spatulas and bowls continuously. but while this continues to be a positive point, it comes with a dozen of negative points. the quality of the taste of food has decreased so much that you can smell the egg of the sugar doughnut kept for the breakfast. you can also have omlettes and dosa which have no salt or believe in "salt to taste". also, while being served what you want, please make sure to be fine if your served with just 2 potato wedges when you ask for it to be served on your plate . before coming to this place, we not only checked online but also called to check if they resumed completely as before and they mentioned yes. however, on comparing the bfastbuffetfood that used to be served here, the food quality, quantity and variety has reduced 99x times. it is understandable when the reason for quantity and variety is covid and the pandemic. but no salt and egg smelly doughnuts are not valid or right to blame it on pandemic. this is just inhuman.

go there only if you want to have buffet. horrible experience for a la carte. furthermore, you will be blind to them in front of all the foreign guests from the hotel. in a nutshell it is excellent forbuffetand horrible for a la carte

one of the bestbuffetin namma mysuru that covers wide range of dishes!! such as delicious spicy chats, grilled chicken, fishes and best veggies!! together with load of unique starters and main course and huge variety when in comes to desserts!! we had visited during sunday's brunch and its was amazing!! hope you guys have a best experience too! dont wait just visit and enjoy the bestbuffetwith best ambience in namma mysuru!! we were served a delicious dasara thali especially crafted for this dasara festival session and it was delicious coverd the entire regional dishes!!

i was here for breakfast during my stay at grand mercure mysuru. excellentbuffetand there’s a lot to choose from. i must say the place is an aesthetic delight with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. peaceful ambience, friendly staffs and prompt service.

we had almost everything from one end to the other. they had live counters where you could get piping hot tea, coffee, dosas and so on. also, the freshly baked pastry session was a nice addition.
did i talk about the pancakes ?! fluffy and yummy, ugh!

best place to hangout with friends and loved ones. they offer you abuffetwith more then 42 dishes and the best part of thierbuffetis thier thier way of presenting food to thier guests and how can one in the world can forgot thier live counters. overall a good mixture of good food and overwhelming staff😊

nice spacious restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating... the place wasn't clean enough though.. we opted for the sunday brunch but the food options were limited.. the momo's and grilled chicken were the best amongst all the food served.... the desserts were mediocre and rasmalai being the saviour... service is extremely courteous and quick.. they had a live chats, grill and dosa counter... thebuffetis on the pricier side for the quality and number of items served but 5 stars for the service.

the all day dining at grand mercure is a pleasant enough place. however as far as taste of food goes, it falls short. being hotes guests, we have been having the dinnerbuffetfor last few days but find the food very average.

the menu lacks imagination. the live counters are too routine woth hardly and changes. all in all avoidable

beautiful place, elegant ambience. we had gone for dinner and they do havebuffetas well as ala-carte. one thing i realised both inbuffetand ala-carte is that, there are comparatively very less options for vegetarians here. we did order vegetarian!! and what ever we ordered were very tasty, neat presentation. loved it. service was really nice. value for money, well it is bit on the higher side but for there hospitality it's totally worth it. recommended ✌️✌️ satisfied foodie. cheers 🍻🍻

one of the best places forbuffetor brunch in mysore. i can't think of anything less than best for this restaurant. their staff is awesome too. this is my favorite place in mysore. i won't miss a chance to visit this place anytime i'm in mysore.
