nice taste worth visiting. have to increase veg starters. good ambience. main course items for veg is too good. customer service is nice. one time visit

this place has really great food. but it's exorbitant prices are a major problem. palak paneer cost us 400/-. the taste of the food, the ambience, the service, are very very good. but it comes at a very huge cost.

the all day dining at grand mercure is a pleasant enough place. however as far as taste of food goes, it falls short. being hotes guests, we have been having the dinner buffet for last few days but find the food very average.

the menu lacks imagination. the live counters are too routine woth hardly and changes. all in all avoidable

a nice restaurant in the grand mercure hotel. essentially a coffee shop which serves a super breakfast in morning and nice dishes during the day.
what sets it apart is the friendly and courteous staff. gautam and pranov will go that extra mile to make you comfortable and enjoy the meal.

we had the western-style food for brunch on republic day: bacon, eggs, sautéed french beans, steamed tomato, hash browns, oats porridge, espresso. everything was cooked to perfection by superb chefs. the vegetables must have been specially sources, because they were exceptionally tasty. the tomato was topped with subtle, delicious herbs. the espresso was better than some of the espresso i've had in paris. i was very surprised by the taste of the food and the soft, quiet ambiance of la uppu. it was a better experience than i've had in many 5-star restaurants in bangalore and mysore.

great ambience, fantastic service! good waiter aman. food is divine, best burger you can find in mysore, truly worth it. even breakfast is good there.

beautiful place, elegant ambience. we had gone for dinner and they do have buffet as well as ala-carte. one thing i realised both in buffet and ala-carte is that, there are comparatively very less options for vegetarians here. we did order vegetarian!! and what ever we ordered were very tasty, neat presentation. loved it. service was really nice. value for money, well it is bit on the higher side but for there hospitality it's totally worth it. recommended ✌️✌️ satisfied foodie. cheers 🍻🍻

worst service and worst taste....waiters needs to be more professional and should talk properly to guest...
none of the dish is worth of the money. needs huge improvement in all aspects

nice food, great spread except to starters can be more in number! refilling was bit slow but the staff did a excellent service. dessert was too good

the food was neither good nor the behaviour of the waiters, we ordered something they provided something and when i enquired about it he was like, sir it is the dish you have ordered, secondly the waiter was talking and behaving like as if he was drunk. really disappointed.

tried out la uppu for lunch. nice place to be .. warm smiles are always welcoming.. though a business hotel, the place looked fresh and appealing.. bhadru was kind to help us figure out the menu from starters, mocktails, main course and finally desserts.. the chef signature fish was soothing to palate.. best part was we were on a birthday lunch of my grandma for which bhadru had arranged a small pastry for my grandma which was an icing on the cake.. will surely be back to la uppu

one of the best places for buffet or brunch in mysore. i can't think of anything less than best for this restaurant. their staff is awesome too. this is my favorite place in mysore. i won't miss a chance to visit this place anytime i'm in mysore.

excellent service and hospitality. the buffet spread is lavish delicious.
ideal for meetings, parties and get together. had visited the place on valentine's day,and saw hospitality at its best.

this place is one the new places and striving to standardise the menu...

but still going to standardise the same...some of the north indian menu is quite good to taste...but being in south india..they haven't been able to standardise the south indian menu to the level people may like...

even the pasta and pizza are over done or missing with the flavours or even some times salt to taste...

but the place is striving to inprove...may be next time they have a better menu to present the same...
