food is the star. there is no other way to describe theserviceexcept awful! from the hostess to the servers to the checkout counter staff...customers do not come first. that being said...the food is good. the pastries are great, the cookies are worth remembering, and the cakes are divine. the full continental makes a good breakfast. great outdoor patio when the weather allows.

this place literally gave me cold chills. this place is awesome for deserts. there variety of pastries are absolutely amazing and are pretty decently priced. the customerservicewas also great. . i don't think i have ever seen so many pretty desserts in one place. went here because other reviews raved about the macrons. well not disappointed at all. and i got their famous fruit cake (yes the whole small cake:)) and all were delicious. folks if you are in the area just pop in and take a look i guarantee you will leave with something.

we were there with my daugther. had breakfest. serviceand menu was excellent. i had a large chocalate croissan. my daugther and my wife had three chese quiche.

french onion is really salty. the cappuccino was watery with no flavor ajd was filled with grounds. the staff was very unprofessional. they were talking about arrest records and childbirth experiences quite loudly using many curse words. it looks fancy and quiet so i thought i would have a much more delightful lunch. the food is quite expensive as well for the quality ofserviceand food. the macaroons aren't fresh, very disappointing.

worst experience i've ever had at a restaurant. i went out to lunch with my friend friday april 17th. we both ordered the chicken salad sandwich and about four bites into my sandwich i find a twist tie in my mouth from the bite i had just taken and when the server decided to come back over to our table at her own convenience mind you i asked her for the manager she replied with her being the manager i was immediately shocked because theservicewas horrible already so when i let her know what just happened she didn't apologize all she could say was well that's not good well of course that's not good i just pulled a twist tie out of my mouth so she offered me something else and i let her know i wanted absolutely nothing else from that establishment so she took my plate and left when she came back she had the nerve to hand me a bill i looked right at her and said so you're still charging me she was like yeah your tea...excuse me i just pulled a twist out of my mouth and you think that it's reasonable to still charge me for a drink i don't think that is the right thing to do at all i've been a server for 10 years and never treated a customer like that and quite honestly paying was not the issue whatsoever i had a gift certificate with me i had every intention of spending the entire thing while i was there but because of what had happened i didn't want to give this lady anything i ripped that gift certificate up and left and i didn't even mention the fact that me and my friend had to clean off our own chairs that were covered in dirt and she had to ask for a new plate and new silverware that were absolutely disgusting and the tea the lady decided that she needed to charge me for was in a dirty glass so i don't recommend this place to my worst enemy in my opinion this place deserves to be shut down immediately

not likely to return. theservicewas poor with the staff not knowing what the specials if the day were (soup etc). it took over 45 minutes to get veggie salads of which the spinach was not cleaned appropriately ( massive stems) and was drowned in a mostly vinaigrette "raspberry vinaigrette", making the lower part of the salad unable to be eaten. also, not a good value either at over 30 dollars for the two salads and soft drinks.

denny's grade slop! their breakfast is disgusting.servicewas terrible! pastries are over priced and stale.

their le croque monsieur is definitely worth trying. so decadent! do yourself a favor and pass on their macaroons and napoleons, both were lacking flavor and stale.

just had a wonderful lunch. delicious french onion soup with yummy chicken salad sandwich. great friendlyservicewith lovely atmosphere. spectacular desserts. will definitely be back

thank you la bonne bouchee!. i recently hosted a bridal shower here and the food andserviceexceeded all my expectations! the planning process spanned over three months and the management patiently accepted any changes, as well as making helpful suggestions. cheryl, the dining manager, was supportive, professional and attentive to my needs.
my guests were really impressed with the quality of food and portion sizes. the pastries for dessert were truly a "wow" factor as you could see by the expressions on everyone's faces.
la bonne bouchee will be a regular stop for my family...

excellent french pastries. i cannot comment on in-dining experience that others have had. however, la bonne bouchee has unquestionably one of the finest french pastries and confections around. their special fruit tart is a thing to behold: fresh, bright, colorful fruits, expertly sliced and arranged on pastry, and then glazed with a subtle, slightly sweet glaze. if you want to impress guests, this is highly recommended. their chocolate mousse cake and carrot cakes are also recommended. you may be overwhelmed with the choice selections of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods, so drop on in and browse for awhile--i have always had excellentserviceup at the pastry counter.

even worse than you might ever think !. 12 of us had a reservation for 6:30 and we were all on time , table was not .
we got seated after moving a table together and asking if we could have 2 more chairs , granted . the server took our drink order at 6:40 . we waited until 7: 15 for water and then she had the wrong drinks . she wanted to give us 2 drinks that had been set at the wrong table . 10 more minutes and our drinks came . the bread was good but we ran out and asked for more . we
were told that it was not her table . more bread did appear about 7:35 or 7:40
but no butter . we were now out of water and drinks . 4 salads did come , but
4 did not make it for at least another 10 minutes . we had gotten up 4 times and asked," what is going on ? " they were so busy , well not that we could we
could see . now we saw 2 tables of diners who came in well after us had their food . now it is almost 8:00 and no dinner . the last soup did come out , but not what was ordered , this was the only soup left .
i went to the men's room which is on a path that takes you into the kitchen and almost into the storage room . the kitchen counters had purses and shopping bags plus coats on the counter where someone was still working .
the men's room was dirty and out of towels , just kleenex .
at 8:10 we said we were leaving , one member of our party said don't go , ,
our food is sitting up there under the lamps right now . well some of it might have been but there were not 12 plates there . now at this time there were only 2 other tables and they were getting wonderfulservice.
i got up and asked a second time to see the manager , i waited and a young woman said she had no idea that there was any problem . we had complained 6 times at this point and she did offer to even go help get the food out . there were 8 retired veterans at that table and i feel that they needed betterserviceand care than we got . finally 8:22 , food on the table , some , ,
cold , , , and some not worth any wait, , , and 5 were called good .
no discount was offered , no free anything and no real concern except that
they would be closing in a little soon

yes withservicelike this they will be closing soon ,

terrible service. we were a table of six (therefore, automatically added tip), and theservicewas surly at best and disconnected at least. there was not a 'lead server,' apparently, so it's hard to hold only one accountable, but collectively theservicewas bad. the entrees were acceptable; the french onion soup was good. then to add insult to injury, the queue to pay at the front desk was ten minutes long.

beautiful, delicious pastries good salads and very tasty crepes. the french onion soup is also vet delicious.servicewas a tad bit slow but the food was worth the wait. best madelines i have tasted since i have been stateside. definatly worth a visit.

euca. theserviceis very poor, and even the manager is very rude.
suggest never call to ask for questions or reserve the cake over the phone because the people on the phone are extremely rude or inpatient. recommended them learn how to manage customer service.
