if you are looking for a wholesome dal bati meal in udaipur then this place is ideal. they offer unlimited dal bati, a dry subzi, another subzi, some salad, chaas, plain rice and papad. all this for 220 bucks.

the service is very generous and they explain everything before serving. the taste is very good if not top notch. i was literally stuffed after a lunch here. the dal bati and gattae ki subzi were the best part for me. definitely a one time visit for the famous dal bati meal.

the best place in udaipur to have authentic rajasthani daal baati churma. it was so good. they serve thaali which comprises of daal, gatte ki sabzi, baati with ghee, salad, papad, lehsun ki chutney (out of the world!), chaas and churma. believe it or not all of this is the best i had. simple interiors. very good service. very warm. it serves food only during the day.

taste and affordability combines here. if you are looking for fresh authentic thali krishna dining hall is the place in udaipur. serves thali only nothing else but is the best in town. dining space is less so u might have to wait. nice and quick service as well

one of the best daal baati.

this is near the vintage car gallery.
its a small place with a seating of about 30-35 people.
nothing to write home about the ambience.
normal tables and chairs.
so then why such a rating?

well, the experience starts as soon as u enter.
the owner greets us in a very enchanting way.
the daal baati is served smoking hot along with churma.
they encourage u to eat with hands.
the garlic and other chutneys enhance the taste along with some ghee

they serve u in a way as if u are a baraati.

they explain the nuanced of the preparation.

the taste is just awesome.

the rating is for the quality of the food and the lovely hosts.

we left with our stomachs full, but still craving for more

we didn't have much time to eat there so we packed their food and had it airport . daal/baati/choorma along with besan curry was good . overall it was good in taste and will try again !

very simple and authentic taste..never had such a tasty daal bati churma ..hosts request to eat from hand and it was enjoyable experience. ..even kids liked it.

we had been told by quite a few people about krishna dining. we wanted to eat authentic dal bati and churma, and i assure you, this is the place you must visit.
the staff is very polite and helpful. once the food is served, the owner very kindly takes two minutes to show you how to eat dal bati@ and how to enjoy it the most.
the batis are very soft and freshly made. the dal is thick and medium spiced. and the churma is soft, not too sweet and delicious. there was also gatte ki sabzi, capsicum and salad. the gatte ki sabzi was delicious. i'm not a fan of it personally, but even i liked it.
surely thank you so much 😊 best dal bati i've eaten. must visit for sure. and at a price of 220 per thali, i would say its worth it.
