omg!!! don't know where to start with. i have been to almost every non-veg/veg restaurant in ahmadabad. the very first day of opening i got invitation from my social network.i had heard a lot about the guys who are opening this restaurant.all are professional bachelors of hotel management and have 5-7 years of experience in all 5 star hotels. it'd be stupidity not accepting this invitation.
on arrival we were shocked to see the prices as they were almost 10-20% lesser than near by restaurants.menu has prices by portion,which is again good , for large and middle size group with discounted prices for 4/10 person. it was pretty clean and decent.
i have had rajma masala and cheese butter masala at many places but this has been the best.i would strongly recommend their shahi paneer, paneer tikka, aloo parantha and lastly dal makhani or rajma masala which is to die for!
amazingly they had fish,prawns,mutton and chicken which is quite rare to find in ahmedabad. we had ordered chicken soup, had real fresh noodles like 5 star(thick in size but fully ripe} and chicken as well.
like all amadavadis i have extra taste buds and always look for the best, i found cheese butter masala 10 times better than our all time favorite restaurant kalarav. cheese lasuni naan was awesome as it garlic was partially smokey and giving better taste than best pizza.
i would highly recommend their special parda chicken biriyani or any tandoori items. chicken tikka was really authentic any way superior than we had in bademiyan.
the food is cooked in a clean kitchen.curiosly they are inviting patrons to visit the kitchen if they wish to.
service is very very good. right from the start they usher you into the place till you leave you will be well looked after.
though this one has limited sitting capacity (around 16 person), so better to order parcel more .will order every time i will come to ahmedabad till i dont taste each and every item.
one last important thing , just don't go my words. just taste the real food cooked by 5 star hotel's professional chef by calling or visiting them.
