hot. damn. can these gentlemen sell or can they sell? the food alone is a winner. it tastes so good like nothing i’ve ever tried before. tried it, then went and tried to somewhere else but nothing beats the knafeh that is sold here. the boys light up the atmosphere with their amazing dancing and amazing charisma. did i mention it was amazing? they even said so in my photos 😜

been here way too many times to count. they never fail to provide an enjoyable experience whilst sampling a fine flavour of the middle east through their warm, sweet knafeh. it is served warm and tastes amazing. there’s always music playing and the atmosphere is very fun and welcoming. make sure you’re on the lookout for when they’re near you!

this is worth the hype and the late night calorie trips. probably the best knafeh i've ever had! guys are so welcoming, entertainingly (& easy on the eyes too!) but most importantly, the flavours. just spot on !

hands down the best! i love the texture and the fillings of it! balances out soo well. definitely a regular customer since they started. unfortunately we noted that their sizes have decreased. but the prices are still reasonable. there is always a huge line of people trying to grab their hands on them, make sure you get in quick! and they always have an amazing time taking orders + setting a cultural scene as they work. honestly worth a try as it tastes sooo good! will definitely have you coming back for more!

a great atmosphere to be in as the bakers are extremely friendly! the knafeh is just divine however sometimes getting towards finishing it can get a little hard as it gets really heavy tasting.

i respect these palestinian brothers. i love their knafeh, they are generous like middle eastern people and not like cheap jew russia whatever!!! love the atmosphere around this truck, reminds me of the time sheiky baby had mr bob backlund in the camel clutch in madison square garden. these brothers are great athletes, great high jumpers and hacksaw doesn't need to save them. other than that, everything is just great!!!

we really wanted to see what all the hype was about, so we tried knafeh when it was in the local area. 
we waited for over an hour, but we think it was definitely worth the wait!

these guys definitely know how to entertain a crowd. the atmosphere was great, as the music and dancing really added a whole new dimension to a food truck. all of them were really friendly and charismatic, which we thought was great. 

the knafeh itself was delicious! it was light and rich on the inside whilst having a nice bit of crispness on the top, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

✔️ absolutely incredible atmosphere. the bearded bakers are the highlight, so funny and entertaining. and coming from a lebanese background, i can easily say that this was definitely up there with the best knafeh i've had!!! for people who don't know what knafeh is, it's a middle eastern dessert similar to a sweet custard with a crispy surface, served hot & with syrup. i personally drench mine in syrup, but i would recommend not to if you don't like too much sugar - knafeh is sweet already!

❌ a bit more sweet than authentic cheese knafeh in lebanon (not necessarily a bad thing for sugar freaks like me) the line is never shorter than a 30 minute wait, but i guess you can expect that with such a popular business, and this isn't a big deal anyway because i find that the entertainment distracts you anyway!

visiting knafeh is a food experience that i really recommend. there’s singing, there’s dancing, and there’s a single dish that is done very well. that’s right, they serve only one dish. this is actually a huge attraction to me. this is the essence of street food in my mind. where you get an outlet selling the one thing they’ve perfected. they don’t try or need to diversify and add more food to the menu as their dish is that good. i know that when street food originated a shop owner adding a second product to their menu came with many challenges, and therefore they focused on what they could supply and doing it well. but to see this replicated in australia is exciting and worth checking out as it needs to be very good food to survive.

one of the best food experiences i have ever had. entertaining staff (singing and dancing, i guess a pre-requisite to the job) and quality food to boast.only downside to the singing and dancing part, the cue gets really long. yet, you just can't help but smile as these bearded bakers exude passion in what they are doing. they can get the crowd going. one of the things that stood out for me was the interior of their food truck explained where the food originated.

knafeh is certainly one food experience which you should have if you were living, working or studying in sydney. the team is friendly, funny and dancing with joy while i am trying their knafeh!

food wise, the knafehs are decent and tasted as similar as those which i tried when i was working in jerusalem a few years ago. so, make your way to knafeh and have an enjoyable weekend 😁

delicious and definitely worth the trek to check them out wherever they are! best eaten when fresh and warm! the flavour is hard to describe but it reminds me of eating breakfast but in a good way! not too sweet and just right! would definitely get it again if they are in the area!

kanafeh is not just about the dessert it's about the personality and entertainment!
the dessert was beautiful, sweet, creamy but nice crunch top.
the entertainment: they're so enthusiastic and energetic! singing and dancing and making up dumb rhymes to go with your name.
they're great, worth a visit!

oh the bearded baker boys. they're cheeky. they're hot. and they dish up one hell of a knafeh.

knafeh has to be one of sydneys most fun food experiences. the food truck/container always has the tunes pumping, and the boys make sure the place is a party. they sing on the mic, dance on the tables and try and make everyone's experience a great one.

the knafeh itself is of course spot on. a nice crispy top, under which lies a warm melting knafeh. you can also douse it in rose water for some extra sweetness.

if you haven't had the chance to visit yet then you are missing out. if only you could take one home... i'm not talking about the knafeh :p

heard of knafeh? if you haven't you don't know what you're missing out on. they serve a sugary sweet creamy dessert that is served hot and is simply delicious. but there's more to it than just the food. the bearded bakers at knafeh basically put on dessert and a show for you from their food truck. there's music, singing and a lot of humour too.
