keventers remind us of wonderful european breakfast n breathtaking views.
the open terrace baskes in sunlight while u gorge upon ur breakfast overlooking the stunning kanchanjanga.
have never missed at least a single breakfast per trip at keventer's.

the large portion (rs 350/-) is more than adequate for two adult persons. photos attached.

when you're a foodie and at darjeeling, keventers is the place you must visit. this is one of the oldest restaurant in darjeeling, and mostly full. the ambience was amazing, you can seat inside also at the rooftop. loved every item which we ordered. ❤

this place is amazing for having your morning breakfast and starting your day by having tea or hot chocolate at keventers. it has rooftop seating arrangements where you can enjoy the mountain view and the clock tower on the other side. its in mall road. there platter is really awesome. we ordered hot chocolate, black tea, chicken meatloaf sandwich and chicken salami sandwich. the staffs are good and they serve very fast.

what to say about this eatery. almost all the tourist visit this place at least for once during their sojourn in darjeeling. the platters are legendary and will keep you full for hours. tea is good. service is good. everything about this place is good.

keventers is an amazing restaurant for breakfast. the breakfast platter here is amazing as well as the darjeeling tea served here is not from a tea bag. quality food with a nice basic ambience. service is quick and it's difficult to get a table for breakfast, but it's totally worth the wait.

no place can't be better than kaventers for an early breakfast in darjeeling . coffee in a beautiful morning with a marvellous view of whole darjeeling can't be replaced ever. hot chocolate , chicken salami sandwich and their exclusive darjeeling tea everything can warm the heart in a cold morning. service is quick and staffs are very friendly. let me tell you one thing - if you are in darjeeling and haven't yet tasted the breakfast menu of kaventers then you have missed a huge part from your travel. so hurry up and at least once enjoy the view of whole city from this amazing place.

iconic place!! one must visit this bustling place to understand why is it iconic. shakes, which this place is famous for, deserve the importance given. coffee here is delicious. food is delectable, be it burger, meat platter, omelettes. one can't get enough with just one order. and how can i forget, chocolate and vanilla softy. it is one such thing, that we never settled with one or two.. but three and some more!

well, breakfast in darjeeling = keventers.
outstanding view of himalayan terrain and a meat platter, what more u can ask for?
we went for a mandatory breakfast there..
we ordered a lot of things.
pork meat platter: outstanding .. consists of bacon, salami, ham, sausages, egg. all day breakfast to be frank.
baked beans: very nicely cooked. really liked it.
chicken sausages: it was better than pork sausages ..
chicken ham sandwich: nice. nothing special. butter toast: normal. you can't expect anything but normal. hot chocolate: my favorite. totally loved it.
ps: non-vegetarian people, don't forget to visit this more than 100 years old eatery.
totally worth it.

this heritage place in darjeeling is just 😍 for any foodlover who loves traveling too.

i visited the place on last week of october'18. the sky was clear, perfect weather to view the kangchenjunga behind the restaurant.

ordered chicken platter, pork sausages, fried egg poach, a bread loaf, coke, cold coffee and hot coffee.

food was fantastic ❤️ for that price (though little oily). but services were little slow during the peak hours (9:00hrs - 10:30hrs). but no one was bored during the waiting time. we enjoyed the view of kangchenjunga and never felt how time flew. i must say that this is a must visit place if you are visiting darjeeling

another historical place in darjeeling...a must visit for every tourist. the ambience, open air balcony and food all are just delectable to the hilt.

great food, great views at reasonable prices. we ordered a chicken sausages platter, a plate of fried bacon and coffee. starting with the sausages, there were about 8-10 pieces of medium sized sausages and two sunny side up egg fries. sausages were well-fried and succulent. bacon was slightly under-fried though. the coffee was great; rich, foamy, frothy, topped with cocoa powder. overall, keventer's should be on every darjeeling goer's list.
p. s. keventer's shuts down early, around 6 30 pm, so make sure you go there way ahead of time.

this place is no longer unfamiliar. people que up from early morning to get a taste of this authentic english breakfast platter. you're lucky if you get a table at the terrace.

i personally prefer the pork dishes over chicken because of the soft texture and the in-house recipe.
beverages too are mention worthy. hot chocolate and coffee are sheer bliss.

courteous staff, prompt service and pocket friendly pricing have made this place a huge hit over the years.

your darjeeling travel is probably incomplete without a visit to the keventers... they are a brand name for a good delectable breakfast at darjeeling. there is always a rush in the morning hours as many people flock their to have breakfast. however, last time, i found the bacons and salamis to be a bit too salty. we ordered the platter and salami burger and downed those with a hot chocolate drink. always a nice and memorable experience to visit here...

a beautiful place, i had got my seat in one of the outer tables, so had a clear view of the city. clouds were there and the food was hot and tasty. my favorite #smokedchickensausage was awesome. i also tried out the #chickensalamisandwich and #chickenmeatloafsandwich.
