great food terrible take out service. we called keos directly to place an order for pick up but we were told that we could only order for pick up via skip the dishes. so we ordered from there. we did not receive a confirmation email to let us know it was ready so i called 45 minutes later only to be told that my order was sitting there ready. when the person on the phone read the order to me, it was incorrect to which she said that the manager would void the extra item. we were then charged the incorrect amount upon pick up. when i called the manager to report our issues, she was not very pleasant. she claimed that my not receiving our confirmation email wasn't their fault (it was the skip the dishes service that they use). she also told me that they do accept phone orders, even though i was told otherwise when i had tried to place an order that evening. finally, i was told that it was "too bad" that we hadn't asked for a receipt upon pick up. we assumed that the till paper attached to the bag was a receipt, but it was actually only a list of what was enclosed. so....the food was very tasty but the skip the dishes service didn't work for us and the management that evening could certainly use a lesson in customer service and taking responsibility for your business decisions. we will never order take out from keos again or use skip the dishes.
