highly recommend. the lemon butter fish plate was delicious. the fish was cooked perfectly, without being drenched in butter and it came with a nice fresh side salad (not iceberg) tossed with a lite dressing. i don't know about anyone else but i'm getting tired of everything coming with rice and macaroni salad. the rest of my family had burgers that they thoroughly enjoyed. the staff were very friendly and welcoming. wish that we discovered thisplaceearlier. we're definitely going back.

great dinner!!. read about thisplaceon-line so we went there while on vacation. had dinner there and each of us had a hamburger(cowboy and teriyaki) and potato fries and they were so good! we also had a shrimp combo and thought we would take it to go but the macadamia and garlic shrimp were so good we ate those too! all the avacado and pineapple were great. best food on the trip so far so we might go back before we leave tuesday.

unffffff. oh my sweet, sweet baby jesus...thisplaceis great. went there on a whim after a long day of sunshine/swimming. great prices, amazing food. had a gigantic cheeseburger with bacon and avocado...nothing could've been better at the time. they were out of the coconut+macadamia shrimp at the time but i'll definitely be going back to try it. yum.

great find. kahuku grill is tops! thisplaceis great for a quick bite to eat or a take-away meal for the family. thank god i found somewhere that makes homemade chips not french fries! their coconut shrimp is world famous and now i understand why! would definitely recommend to all my travelling friends! the service was exceptional, and the meals were delivered fast! great find!

best burgers on the north shore. i came to the north shore for the surf competition at sunset beach. i stopped and ask a blonde young man where the bestplacetoe at was and he said kahuku grill had the best burgers on the island. simply put, he was right. the portions are big and tasty. i now try to find any excuse to go to the north shore so i can eat at kahuku grill

thisplacereally knows how to make a burger! it was delicious. i am from texas so i know my way around a great burger and they nailed it! everything was perfect. i normally don't like onions on my burger but i thought i would try it and the combination od the sauce and onions was a good mix! definitely go here when you are in hawaii i would go back just for another burger!

really good and fresh!. we found thisplaceon urban spoon. the burgers were big and the meat was fresh. i had the coconut macadamia nut shrimp which came with a great salad and bed of rice...wow, more than enough food. everyone else loved the spicy, seasoned steak fries. family-owned and super friendly. must try.

thisplacewas great. my friends and i happend upon it and we loved it. they all ordered the panido burger. they loved every bite. it was big, juicy and resonably priced. the fries were spicy and nummy. i ordered the teri chicken plate. it came with a salad and i savored every bite. the teri sauce was sweet and thick. wow. the kahuku grill is a perfectplacefor an outdoor, relaxing lunch! don't miss it.

best food on osland. i have eaten all over oahu my family and i visit all the time and thisplacehas the best food and the best prices on the entire island. its a small family owned and operatedplacetucked away behind a gas station in a town called kahuku, and it has been the bestplacewe've been too as far as restaurants go. great atmosphere and great service and the mural in their diner is a must see. we will be back! don't miss out on the kahuku grill and their coconut macadamia nut shrimp (onlyplacethat has this type of shrimp)
p.s. come hungry because they give you alot of food!

food vs service. the food was great. once we got it. amazing how bad service can be.....especially given this economy. our orders i honestly believe were given to the friends of the lovely waitresses (who showed up after we did) we had to ask several times for our food and were always met with a wide eyed "oh!!" response.
the owners of thisplaceshould spend some time there. locals would love to have aplaceto go for a nice casual meal, but if i have to fight to get my food, it's not really worth the night out, is it??
