cute and different. i was amazed at all the differentteasavailable!

they give you a huge cup and put the tea in a strainer and tell you how long to steep the tea you choose. they have little hourglass timers on the table that tell you just when its ready. realy a neat idea.

we sat out on the patio and tried the plum and lemon oolongs and both were amazing.

the menu was full of tasty vegetarian dishes and although i didnt get anything this particular time i saw several things i will try in the future.

they actually had a class going in the back and a nice selection of differnent tea pots and cups.

i like this place.  those of you who have read my reviews probably think i like a lot of places and you are right!  the wonderful smell of the variousteasin steeping on tables and loosely packed in jars is a boon.  i am not a huge tea drinker, when i do its sweet iced tea or the occasional chai tea when i am not feeling well.  so, my wife an i are novices and the lady behind the counter was patient and knowledgeable.  we smelled a few teas, staying away from the earthy blackteasfor now she recommended the weekend in provence.  we also ordered the caprese panini which was delicious.  the iced tea was great, sweetened with unfiltered honey and sugar in the raw.  they also serve gelato and various dessert items including baklava..which is awesome.  all in all boys and girls, i recommend this location.

worst customer service ever!!!!!. today my mom, sister and toddler came in for afternoon tea. i called weeks before to try and make reservations but was told that they didn't accept reservations. i was visiting from atlanta, and it's a tradition that when we all get together to have tea. after reviewing the menu online we were excited about theteasand the gluten-free options. but what a huge disappointment. when we arrived we weren't greeted by any of the waitstaff and were ignored until i asked to be seated. the waiter/host i asked to seat us was just "hanging around" so i don't know why he couldn't acknowledge us. then he told us to order at the counter and then find a seat. ok??? the man behind the register was so rude to us that before he swiped my card. i asked for it back and told him that we would not be having tea in their establishment. we were excited to sit down and enjoy tea together. but instead we got the worst customer service i've ever experienced in orlando!!!

atmosphere...amazing. as a first time visitor of infusion tea, i enjoy the place. it's like a starbucks but without the "being on every corner"-ness. the only problem i have is that its far from my location and in order for me to get here i will have to take a bus or bike here, which i don't mind doing. the inside has a very relaxing atmosphere, not too many people. i've come on a day where a lot of female continue to enter. i believe its just the time of day or just the day. well, as i typed this a male just walked in. either way, the place is worth visiting if you want to get away from all the outside noise. really, i can't hear much of the outside, just the sound of the store music which completes the atmosphere. also, the cashier, who's name i didn't get, was a great help with me being a newcomer. the tea is made free leaf style, which is the best way of making tea. there are 80 different choices ofteasand organic teas. there are also vegan options when it comes to edibles. there is also gelato, which i believe was my first time having. if i had it before, i don't remember because i don't have it often. that was delicious as well. i'd rate it a 10 of 10, because that is how much i enjoy this place.
