staff could be a bit more smiley and enthusiastic looking. but asides from that, tea is good

i was thoroughly disappointed with this place. they had the worst service (being ignored because the wait staff is too hip to be social and welcoming is not appealing) and the food was all prepped beforehand (a made-to-order pizza should not come out in 10 minutes). for a place that wants to come across as handmade or crafted, especially by all the decor, it certainly is cutting corners in the worst way.

rude customer service. i was very excited to go to infusion tea as it is located in my neighborhood. there were two femail staff working at the time, were very rude. very poor service. would not be going there again.

good enviroment, but very bad customer service.

cute and different. i was amazed at all the different teas available!

they give you a huge cup and put the tea in a strainer and tell you how long to steep the tea you choose. they have little hourglass timers on the table that tell you just when its ready. realy a neat idea.

we sat out on the patio and tried the plum and lemon oolongs and both were amazing.

the menu was full of tasty vegetarian dishes and although i didnt get anything this particular time i saw several things i will try in the future.

they actually had a class going in the back and a nice selection of differnent tea pots and cups.

amazing!! had a wrap with cashew butter, bananas, strawberries, and honey. it was sooo good. can't wait to go back!!!!

there is a new, very sweet guy there. i think his name is jeff. i've been reluctant to leave a review, but i must say he is a breath of fresh air. i've been in more often now in hopes i get to see someone with a smile behind the counter. i hope this is an upward trend for infusion. lately the service staff has been lackluster at best. it's nice to see someone who is friendly and helpful instead of rude and repugnant.

it's a pleasant enough place. vegetarian menu with lots of tea options. the prices are good. the ambiance is very bohemian. i go on occasion, but it is not overly memorable.

i like this place.  those of you who have read my reviews probably think i like a lot of places and you are right!  the wonderful smell of the various teas in steeping on tables and loosely packed in jars is a boon.  i am not a huge tea drinker, when i do its sweet iced tea or the occasional chai tea when i am not feeling well.  so, my wife an i are novices and the lady behind the counter was patient and knowledgeable.  we smelled a few teas, staying away from the earthy black teas for now she recommended the weekend in provence.  we also ordered the caprese panini which was delicious.  the iced tea was great, sweetened with unfiltered honey and sugar in the raw.  they also serve gelato and various dessert items including baklava..which is awesome.  all in all boys and girls, i recommend this location.

infusion tea is an eclectic cafe with many varieties of tea. i ate the roasted vegetable curry burrito - delicious. it was like a super charged samosa.

i'm so glad i didn't let the negative reviews change my decision to try this place! my friend and i had a great experience - the meal was delicious and the service was totally professional (as well as courteous). i'll definitely be back!

the food is wonderful but the service is horrific. i liked the food so much i went back twice despite feeling like the cashier was extremely rude to me for no reason and i'm better off drinking my own spit than asking for a refill. every time i dined at this restaurant i was left unhappy with their service which has totally turned me off and i will not go back. management is a joke and the employees that i came in contact with are snobby.

so so. the food is good, but the service is lacking. not very friendly and have never witnessed a smile from any of the employees.

lots of tea. their tea is amazing but the service is pretty rude! i asked a question about food and i got a pretty snotty response like how dare i even bother asking a question! the food is good but if you're looking for rays of sunshine as far as staff don't bother. looks like i'm not the only one who thinks so too looking at all the other reviews.

gave it a second change and.... kourtney, one of your so called employees kept me waiting for 15 minutes on a to-go pathetic cupcake. her attitude was less than mediocre. she ignored me! mind you there were no other customers in front or behind me. you know that you treat your hispanic customers like garbage, and on top of that kourtney, your employee, is a racist. do you think that is ok? because it is not! you should be more gratefull and embrace diversity. this is florida, not hitler's germany. i gave this place a second chance to redeem themselves but i guess even the american money i had in my pocket was not good enough for them. get it right if you want to stay in business. keep deleting, i will keep posting. trust me on that!

rude and nasty behavior. yesterday at around 6pm i decided to go to this place to try their famous coconut cake. upon arriving my husband parked his truck in the handicap parking space located in front of the establishment. my son and i entered the store only to be greeted by a rude and improper employee (tall, around 50 year old guy). this was his approach: "if you are going to eat here that is the only handicap parking space for handicap" my husband replied: "i know, my license plate states handicap veteran." old guy had a nasty look and walked to the kitchen in the back where he stayed for most of the time. shame on you. this so called man was nasty, uncivilized, and lacked common decency and manners. why would you question us about being handicap? are you a doctor or have any medical background? just because we arrived on a truck does not gives you the right to give us an attitude. bad experience for us first time customers. my son and husband had the cupcakes. they were good but, $3.50 for a tiny cupcake? don't see why they will charge that much for such a small thing. will not go back and will never recommend this place to any of my friends and family, not even for the excellent coconut cake, for that, you can thank the unpleasant and nasty guy behind the counter.
