infusion tea

there is a new, very sweet guy there. i think his name is jeff. i've been reluctant to leave a review, but i must say he is a breath of fresh air. i've been in more often now in hopes i get to see someone with a smile behind the counter. i hope this is an upward trend for infusion. lately the service staff has been lackluster at best. it's nice to see someone who is friendly and helpful instead ofrudeand repugnant.

the food is wonderful but the service is horrific. i liked the food so much i went back twice despite feeling like the cashier was extremelyrudeto me for no reason and i'm better off drinking my own spit than asking for a refill. every time i dined at this restaurant i was left unhappy with their service which has totally turned me off and i will not go back. management is a joke and the employees that i came in contact with are snobby.

gave it a second change and.... kourtney, one of your so called employees kept me waiting for 15 minutes on a to-go pathetic cupcake. her attitude was less than mediocre. she ignored me! mind you there were no other customers in front or behind me. you know that you treat your hispanic customers like garbage, and on top of that kourtney, your employee, is a racist. do you think that is ok? because it is not! you should be more gratefull and embrace diversity. this is florida, not hitler's germany. i gave this place a second chance to redeem themselves but i guess even the american money i had in my pocket was not good enough for them. get it right if you want to stay in business. keep deleting, i will keep posting. trust me on that!

rude and nasty behavior. yesterday at around 6pm i decided to go to this place to try their famous coconut cake. upon arriving my husband parked his truck in the handicap parking space located in front of the establishment. my son and i entered the store only to be greeted by arudeand improper employee (tall, around 50 year old guy). this was his approach: "if you are going to eat here that is the only handicap parking space for handicap" my husband replied: "i know, my license plate states handicap veteran." old guy had a nasty look and walked to the kitchen in the back where he stayed for most of the time. shame on you. this so called man was nasty, uncivilized, and lacked common decency and manners. why would you question us about being handicap? are you a doctor or have any medical background? just because we arrived on a truck does not gives you the right to give us an attitude. bad experience for us first time customers. my son and husband had the cupcakes. they were good but, $3.50 for a tiny cupcake? don't see why they will charge that much for such a small thing. will not go back and will never recommend this place to any of my friends and family, not even for the excellent coconut cake, for that, you can thank the unpleasant and nasty guy behind the counter.

rude owner. we are regular customers. the food is great but a recent incident questions my loyalty. basically, he did not think out what would happen if you take the entire inside to a huge party and leave only outside seating. the storm clouds were rolling in and he had no seats. when questioned he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. at first we were going to get the food to go but i wanted my money back. he refunded the bill but left the tip on there. really, after your mouth ran you would do that? redeeming grace was the blonde hair young lady who came out and talked to my wife. once again i point out we are regulars and expected more than just his shrug andrudetone.

rude service. the food is quite good but the service leave much to be desired. i went with my family on sunday and they closed the kitchen before 6 pm. some of my family did not get to eat. they wererudeabout it. they did not warned us that their kitchen was about to close. so be ware that they close their kitchen "15 min early", because they won't care to let you know. very unfriendly for vegetarian people. i left quite disappointed.

worst customer service ever!!!!!. today my mom, sister and toddler came in for afternoon tea. i called weeks before to try and make reservations but was told that they didn't accept reservations. i was visiting from atlanta, and it's a tradition that when we all get together to have tea. after reviewing the menu online we were excited about the teas and the gluten-free options. but what a huge disappointment. when we arrived we weren't greeted by any of the waitstaff and were ignored until i asked to be seated. the waiter/host i asked to seat us was just "hanging around" so i don't know why he couldn't acknowledge us. then he told us to order at the counter and then find a seat. ok??? the man behind the register was sorudeto us that before he swiped my card. i asked for it back and told him that we would not be having tea in their establishment. we were excited to sit down and enjoy tea together. but instead we got the worst customer service i've ever experienced in orlando!!!

i like it but...... ok the food is very very good and i love that they have vegan and vegetarian options galore but the staff is bad like real bad. i say this in hopes someone from the place will read it and make a change. they are snobish andrudekind of like "we will help you when we are ready and you will like it that way because you are beneath me". so to sum up, the food again is very very good but unless you too are a snob brace yourself for a little bit of chilly service.
